运用散斑统计理论,结合数字图像处理技术,设计了一套激光散斑测量刚体面内微小位移的实验系统,再利用刚体位移前后的散斑图像的互相关性,实现了刚体面内的位移测量.测量结果表明,针对刚体面内小于300μm的微小位移,x轴和y轴的绝对位移误差为±14μm,相对误差为±6.25%左右.  相似文献

提出了一种以Harris算子和空间位置约束条件自动提取的初始特征点为引导,利用小面元模型进行灰度分布的拟合曲面求极值点的超精度特征点定位方法。并利用超精度的特征点估计立体图像对的对极几何约束关系。通过对真实图像的对比实验证明该方法能有效的提高基本矩阵估计精度,与传统的基于像素级特征点的估计算法相比,平均余差值降低了3.4%~21.4%,算法运行速度快,能在视觉测量中有效地提高测量精度。  相似文献

研究了基于投射彩色伪随机编码图像的三维测量技术中图像特征角点的检测问题.为了克服传统的Harris算子只能对灰度图像进行像素级定位的缺点,提出利用伪随机编码图像独特的窗口阵列唯一特性,将其扩展到彩色图像,并通过对特征点周围的像素灰度值分布做二次曲面拟合并求解其极值,实现了彩色角点的亚像素级准确定位.理论分析和实验结果均表明该方法是有效的.  相似文献

通过在连续域内,建立光栅型结构光光条图像的数学模型,提出了一种用于提取昆虫翅膀运动变形测量中弱光条中心点的图像处理方法。该方法根据光条图像灰度的二阶方向导数极值条件,利用Hessian矩阵算法提取弱光条中心点的亚像素位置,通过连续性约束、方向约束和光条间距约束等特征约束条件去除图像处理过程中出现的噪声点。实验结果表明,该方法成功地将昆虫翅膀图像中的弱光条中心点与“虚假点”进行了分离。  相似文献

为实现在高亮度条件下模型外形轮廓的测量,首先在计算机上生成随机矢量化散斑图案,并用激光雕刻技术制成散斑片作为散斑投射模板,采用光波为850 nm的VCSEL激光器作为投射光源并制成激光散斑投射器。在高亮度条件下,通过给相机加装窄带滤光镜实现散斑图像的清晰获取,最后基于数字图像相关法完成图像的立体匹配并最终解算出模型点云。实验表明:该方法在20 400 lx条件下仍然可以实现模型的外形轮廓测量,且标准球测量结果相对偏差为0.038 4%;应用近红外激光散斑投射并给相机加装窄带滤光镜可有效减少干扰光影响,可以在高亮度条件下完成模型轮廓的精准测量。  相似文献

随着数字电影技术和新型显示技术的快速发展,为了配合未来电影行业应用高动态范围(HDR)、宽色域(WCG)技术,采用激光光源的数字电影放映用投影系统已成为技术研发、行业应用、系统设备升级改造的热点领域。激光散斑对比度是影响数字电影放映用投影系统性能的关键参数,同时也是采用激光光源放映技术影响画面主观观感的最主要原因,对激光散斑对比度的定量测量评估是电影技术领域近年来的关注焦点之一。本文对激光散斑的成因及评估方法进行了研究,提出了一种激光散斑对比度测量试验方法,开展了实际测量试验和数据分析,并对本方法的测量不确定度进行了探索性的分析。本文将为电影行业标准《数字电影放映用投影机系统技术要求和测量方法》的制定提供散斑对比度测量技术方案。  相似文献

基于高速摄影成像技术,利用改进的数字时间序列图像相关方法,测定了自由振动状态下拉索模型的模态参数。该方法具有实验装置简单、全场非接触、无附加质量、无附加阻尼、测量频率和位移范围可调等优点。采用高速CMOS摄像机及其计算机处理系统,实时获取拉索的振动图像,基于VC编制时间序列图像相关软件自动对序列图像进行相关运算,获得其位移-时程曲线;利用小波分析的方法确定拉索的固有频率和阻尼比,实验结果与理论分析结果吻合得较好。测试及分析结果表明:该方法为拉索模型的模态参数识别提供了新的途径。  相似文献

为了提高超声检测的灵敏度和检测精度,优化检测工艺参数,充分了解超声换能器形成的声场至关重要。搭建了超声换能器声场的激光可视化实验平台,利用超声换能器在试样中激发出超声波,利用激光散斑接收试样表面某点在一段时间内的位移,再通过扫查获得一定区域内质点的位移,进而形成多时刻的质点位移场,以此实现超声场的动态显示。利用该系统对超声换能器声场的扩散情况进行了探测,探测结果与理论计算结果基本一致。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
