为了克服非煤矿山矿井火灾传统应急培训方式效果不佳和部分培训内容难以实现的问题,设计了包含项目基本介绍、事故场景体验、人员角色体验和综合考核评价4个子系统的矿井火灾应急培训系统功能框架。利用3Ds Max三维建模软件和Unity3D游戏引擎建立了矿井火灾虚拟场景,通过C#语言脚本编程和HTC VIVE头显设备实现学员与矿井火灾虚拟场景的交互,从而完成了系统的开发,并对系统进行了评估。评估结果表明,VR培训系统的用户体验指标一般是PPT培训的2~4倍,其中沉浸性是PPT培训的22.5倍,培训效果指标一般是PPT培训的1~2倍,说明基于VR技术的矿井火灾应急培训系统的用户体验和培训效果更好。  相似文献

In March 1998, the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering, completed a nine-month training effort including over 30,000 hours of project management training for over 1,000 employees. This work documents the challenges faced and the solutions formulated during the course of the training. The two separate needs assessments done prior to developing the training program are explained. The development of the course contents for each of the three elements included in the training program—system optimization, project management technical tools, and human relations∕organizational development training—is described. The multiple-level training assessment processes of measuring the instruction, measuring the learning, maintaining the learning, and utilizing the learning are explained and illustrated with examples and results. The lessons learned in managing the training effort, particularly with respect to the logistics of training so many people in such a short amount of time, are documented for managers facing similar large scale training programs.  相似文献

The historical context of the predoctoral internship system is contrasted with the current state of graduate training. The internship system emerged because psychology students often acquired insufficient clinical experience during graduate training in the mid-20th century. However, modern graduate training typically involves extensive supervised clinical contact prior to internship. Moreover, traditional internships exact significant financial, psychological, and personal costs from students. The authors conclude with a discussion of recent progress in the internship process, promising alternatives to traditional internship training (i.e., elective internship training, distributed clinical training, and the affiliated internship model), and implications for the profession. The aim was to examine the effects of group training techniques in job-search training on later reemployment and mental health. The participants were 278 unemployed workers in Finland in 71 job-search training groups. Five group-level dimensions of training were identified. The results of hierarchical linear modeling demonstrated that preparation for setbacks at the group level significantly predicted decreased psychological distress and decreased symptoms of depression at the half-year follow-up. Trainer skills at the group level significantly predicted decreased symptoms of depression and reemployment to stable jobs. Interaction analyses showed that preparation for setbacks at the group level predicted fewer symptoms of psychological distress and depression, and shared perceptions of skilled trainers at the group level predicted fewer symptoms of depression among those who had been at risk for depression. Describes a comprehensive system for training general practice residents to integrate behavioral science knowledge into all aspects of their work. This system provides guidelines for information gathering, goal-oriented assessment, and treatment planning. A program used to train residents in this system is outlined. Results of a study evaluating this training show that residents were able to incorporate only the diagnostic phase of the system. The role of internists has been extensively debated in the last decades. Chile has a 40 years experience in specialist training, based on USA hospital residency programs. The universities have tuition of programs and financing comes from the Ministry of Health. The Chilean Association of Medical Faculties accredits training centers. The present paper proposes a profile for internists (referred as an adult general physician) in the areas of attitudes and behaviors, knowledge and skills. The features, training areas and educational experiences that the internist should have, based on the described profile are also pointed out. Current training programs should be modified, since they have become the vestibule for super-specialization rather than conducting to the practice of general internal medicine. The internist's amplitude and integration of knowledge, fine clinical skills based on medical interview, physical examination and therapeutic mastery, differentiates him from sub-specialists.  相似文献

The authors examined the effectiveness of self-regulated learning (SRL) training in facilitating college students' learning with hypermedia. Undergraduate students (N = 131) were randomly assigned to either a training condition or a control condition and used a hypermedia environment to learn about the circulatory system. Students in the SRL group were given a 30-min training session on the use of specific, empirically based SRL variables designed to foster their conceptual understanding; control students received no training. Pretest, posttest, and verbal protocol data were collected from both groups. The SRL condition facilitated the shift in learners' mental models significantly more than did the control condition; verbal protocol data indicated that this was associated with the use of the SRL variables taught during training.
