随着网络技术的发展,基于Internet的机器人遥操作因其广泛的应用前景而成为研究的热点,如何消除Internet引入的复杂时延对控制系统的影响是解决问题的关键.该文在分析Internet两点间时延规律的基础上,设计并实现了一个基于视觉反馈和预测仿真的机器人遥操作系统(Telemanipulator,Tman),三维仿真服务器模拟出操作现场,远程用户根据视觉反馈和本机的三维仿真及时做出控制决策;同时,为了消除时延可能导致的超调所带来的安全隐患,采取远程控制结合本地自主控制的模式,由本地服务器完成最后的小区域内的精细操作.实验结果表明仿真预测和控制模式切换有效地补偿了时延,保证了控制系统的鲁棒性和安全性.  相似文献

The integration of a single camera into a robotic system to control the relative position and orientation between the robot's end-effector and a moving part in real time is discussed. Only monocular vision techniques are considered because of current limitations in the speed of computer vision analysis. The approach uses geometric models of both the part and the camera, as well as the extracted image features, to generate the appropriate robot control signals for tracking. 为了解决传统油烟检测方法中成本高、效率低、实时性差等问题,设计开发了一种在线油烟实时监测系统;系统由采集、通讯、服务器和用户交互四个模块组成;采集模块采集油烟数据,通过GPRS通讯技术将数据发送至服务器;数据在服务器中按照解码规则进行解码后,存入数据库;通讯模块采用MINA框架进行开发,服务器模块采用SSM框架开发;用户交互模块为B/S模式,用户登陆监测网站访问服务器;服务器提供实时数据、历史数据和超标数据查询等功能,极大地方便了相关部门对油烟排放的监督与管理,提高了监测中心工作效率和服务质量。  相似文献

In this paper, a 3D computer vision system for cognitive assessment and rehabilitation based on the Kinect device is presented. It is intended for individuals with body scheme dysfunctions and left–right confusion. The system processes depth information to overcome the shortcomings of a previously presented 2D vision system for the same application. It achieves left and right-hand tracking, and face and facial feature detection (eye, nose, and ears) detection. The system is easily implemented with a consumer-grade computer and an affordable Kinect device and is robust to drastic background and illumination changes. The system was tested and achieved a successful monitoring percentage of 96.28%. The automation of the human body parts motion monitoring, its analysis in relation to the psychomotor exercise indicated to the patient, and the storage of the result of the realization of a set of exercises free the rehabilitation experts of doing such demanding tasks. The vision-based system is potentially applicable to other tasks with minor changes.  相似文献

Runtime Monitoring (RM), also known as Runtime Verification (RV), is the process of monitoring and verifying the sequencing and temporal behavior of an underlying application and comparing it to the correct behavior as specified by a formal specification pattern. Hidden Markov Model (HMM)-based RM enables the monitoring of systems with both visible and hidden data, using the same formal specifications used by deterministic RM. 设计了一个汽轮发电机在线监测系统,以监测汽轮发电机运行过程中的各种参数.主要硬件包括各种传感器、西门子PLC以及触摸屏等;软件设计中PLC使用STEP7进行编程,触摸屏使用EB8000编程.PLC和触摸屏相结合,PLC作为控制器,具有模拟量输入、输出功能,能够满足汽轮机的调节和应用;在触摸屏中设定参考值,与实际值进行比较,监测过程中各种参数的变化,对汽轮发电机进行科学的预知和预判,以保证其能够稳定运行.系统优点是能够实时监测各种运行参数和状态,并可直接在触摸屏上显示,如果发生超速或者超温等故障,能直观地发现并发出报警信号.汽轮发电机在线监测系统的应用领域很广,主要在中大型热电厂、水电厂以及各种核电站.  相似文献

In this study, the virtual reality (VR) proprioception rehabilitation system was developed for stroke patients to use proprioception feedback in upper limb rehabilitation by blocking visual feedback. To evaluate its therapeutic effect, 10 stroke patients (onset > 3 month) trained proprioception feedback rehabilitation for one week and visual feedback rehabilitation for another week in random order. Proprioception functions were checked before, a week after, and at the end of training. The results show the click count, error distance and total error distance among proprioception evaluation factors were significantly reduced after proprioception feedback training compared to visual feedback training (respectively, p = 0.005, p = 0.001, and p = 0.007). In addition, subjects were significantly improved in conventional behavioral tests after training. In conclusion, we showed the effectiveness and possible use of the VR to recover the proprioception of stroke patients.  相似文献

研究设计了一种动态位移在线监测系统,可以测量物体的某个表面或某点相对于参考表面或参考点之间的距离或位置的变化,广泛应用于物体容积形变、橡胶生产中橡胶厚度以及容积表面形变等的在线监控.位移传感器由安装伸缩尺的位移探测单元、信息处理单元、无线传输单元、电源管理单元及面板控制单元组成.伸缩尺内部有弹簧,当尺头接触被测物时,尺子由于弹簧弹力缩进,当尺头离开被测物时,尺子自动伸长.信息处理单元是将尺子的伸缩信息转换成数字信息,然后通过面板显示出来,亦可通过无线传输模块将数据发送到远程监控主机.本系统的研究与设计为相关应用提供了一种新型动态位移测量的方法和设备,具有重要的经济及社会价值.  相似文献

Background and objective

Dizziness is a major consequence of imbalance and vestibular dysfunction. Compared to surgery and drug treatments, balance training is non-invasive and more desired. However, training exercises are usually tedious and the assessment tool is insufficient to diagnose patient's severity rapidly.

Methods

An interactive virtual reality (VR) game-based rehabilitation program that adopted Cawthorne–Cooksey exercises, and a sensor-based measuring system were introduced. To verify the therapeutic effect, a clinical experiment with 48 patients and 36 normal subjects was conducted. Quantified balance indices were measured and analyzed by statistical tools and a Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier.

Results

In terms of balance indices, patients who completed the training process are progressed and the difference between normal subjects and patients is obvious.

Conclusions

Further analysis by SVM classifier show that the accuracy of recognizing the differences between patients and normal subject is feasible, and these results can be used to evaluate patients’ severity and make rapid assessment.  相似文献

在服务机器人的日常任务中要求机械手抓取不同的目标,且根据目标的放置位姿的不同需要从相应角度进行抓取,但机械手与手持目标的位姿关系往往难以精确和直接地测量。以刀具作为手持目标,利用eye-in-hand手眼系统抓取该目标后,在线标定手眼与手持刀具刀头的位姿关系,首先给出了摄像机调焦前后焦距标定的计算方法,再将调整焦距视为摄像机沿光轴的平移运动,通过调焦前后摄像机获取的两幅图像,标定出刀具在摄像机和机械手坐标系下的位姿,同时给出了刀具刀头到期望加工点的导向矢量计算方法。  相似文献

Ischemic stroke is one of the most deadly illnesses in the world, leading to high mortality. Due to lung disease, stroke is the abnormal growth of cells characterized by a single irregular cell and spreads throughout the body. Therefore, to detect and heal the affected area at an early stage, it is necessary to detect the affected area after application. Ischemic stroke is generally regarded as an essential indicator of stroke rehabilitation care. The previous method uses SVM (Support Vector Machine) and STFT (Short Time Fourier Transform Algorithm) to process an image processing system based on stroke detection. This is more accurate and efficient for CT (Computed Tomography) images. The conversion method is significantly slower, and the advanced risk architecture cannot verify the image. The proposed FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) are used to develop image processing and easily interact with the database without introducing complexity. FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) is mainly realized by ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit). The system speeds up detecting strokes and lung diseases and can be used as a single process system or another biomedical imaging system component. According to the medical big data system, the image processing system relies on bilateral filtering, edge detection, multiple thresholds, image segmentation, morphological image processing, and image labeling to collect stroke symptoms.  相似文献
