The effect of the initial grain size in the structure of the aluminum 1565chM alloy on the mechanical properties of the welded joints formed by friction stir welding and on the grain size in the weld core is studied. The possibility of formation of a high-quality solid-phase joint of an Ni3Al-based single-crystal intermetallic VKNA-25 blade alloy with a high-temperature deformable EP975 disk alloy by pressure welding is studied to create high-performance one-piece blisk unit for the next-generation aviation gas turbine engines and to decrease the unit mass. The influence of the conditions of thermodiffusion pressure welding under the hightemperature superplasticity of the disk alloy and the influence of heat treatment of welded joints on the gradient structures in the welded joint zone and the structure at the periphery of the welded samples are investigated.  相似文献

The conceptual design of a self-deployable structure with flexible joints is presented in this paper. Joints store elastic energy in the folded, prestressed position and allow deployment until they are stopped by tendons. A study on a wire rope joint is first presented to determine its mechanical behavior with experimental, theoretical, and numerical approaches. An analysis is then performed on a bidimensional structure to propose the specific modeling of introducing prestress to the joints. The method is applied to a spatial system in an analysis that uses static equilibrium and kinematic deployment simulations. The results show good concordance among the different approaches.  相似文献

Reduction of un-doped magnetite is developed topochemically with the formation of a dense iron shell. However, the reduction of alumina-doped magnetite to wüstite proceeds with the formation of a network-like structure which consists of criss-crossed horizontal and vertical plates of wüstite. Reduction of magnetite includes the conversion of Fe3+ to Fe2+ and the movement of iron cations from the tetrahedral sites on the {400} and {220} planes of magnetite to the octahedral sites on the {200} planes of wüstite. Alumina has a negligibly small solubility in wüstite. In the reduction of magnetite doped with Al2O3, rejected Al3+ cations from wüstite diffuse to the magnetite–hercynite solid solution. Enrichment of the Fe3O4–FeAl2O4 solution with alumina in the vicinity of the reduction interface restricts the growth of {220} planes of wüstite and nucleation of {220} planes adjusted to the existing planes, preventing the merging of wüstite plates during the reduction process. Reduction of magnetite from the magnetite–hercynite solid solution practically stops when the Al3+ content at the interface approaches the solubility limit. Wüstite in the separated plates is reduced further to iron.  相似文献

As part of an ongoing program into the noninvasive geometrical characterization of masonry arch bridges, a laboratory study of radar propagation through masonry has been undertaken. A 2.4 m long × 1 m wide × 1.5 m high experimental test rig was built in the laboratory with brick walls on three sides and a wooden gate on the fourth narrow side. The objective was to construct a composite test rig that would replicate certain of the environments that ground-penetrating radar might encounter when being used to test a masonry arch bridge. Tests were undertaken using 500, 900, and 1,000 MHz bow-tie antennas with the masonry box filled with fresh water and then saline water with different concentrations of sodium chloride. Further tests were undertaken with the masonry box filled with dry sand and wet sand. Finally the test rig was modified to simulate a composite masonry structure and tests were performed both on the hollow- and sand-filled models. The results from this work are reported herein indicating the reliability and ease of identifying various targets. It was found that radar signals were severely attenuated when the saline concentration exceeded 0.05% by mass. Better penetration of the radar signals was obtained when the masonry box was filled with dry sand rather than wet sand. In the case of the hollow cellular masonry structure, refraction effects were more evident.  相似文献
