以铸造Al-Si过共晶合金为研究对象,采用现场金相显微镜对Al-Si过共晶合金的断裂过程进行观察,探讨了两相合金的断裂机理。试验发现:Al-Si过共晶合金的断裂首先发生在先析Si相的凹角处,随着外力的增加,裂纹向先析Si相内部进行扩展,达到相界处时改变方向,沿着Al-Si两相的相界进行扩展。分析认为:Al-Si两相合金中,相界的结合强度最弱,裂纹的扩展是择弱进行的。 相似文献

Compact tension specimens were loaded at 1 and 7 m/s with two different accelerations imposed. Experimental photoelastic patterns
recorded by a high speed camera were compared with those simulated by transient dynamic elastic Finite Element (F.E.) analysis.
The positive results of this comparison validated the F.E. analysis, and gave credit to a comparison of the experimental results
as well. It is demonstrated that when the initial acceleration of the specimen is reduced, using a damper in the loading device,
static analysis can be applied for both testing speeds used. In high accelerations tests (without use of a damper), a transient
dynamic stress state in the specimens is found, and therefore a dynamic analysis should be used. Furthermore, in high acceleration
tests a transient mixed mode of loading at the crack tip occurs.

The experimentally obtained tensile load-bearing capacity of fifteen U-notched polycrystalline graphite plates reported in literature was theoretically estimated by means of two well-known brittle fracture models, namely the mean stress (MS) and the point stress (PS) criteria. The results showed that while the mean discrepancies between the experimental and the theoretical results for both the models are very good and approximately equal, the discrepancies are significantly different for various notch tip radii. Meanwhile, the results of MS and PS criteria were compared with the results of the strain energy density (SED) criterion reported in literature. Relatively similar value of mean discrepancy was also obtained for the SED model. It was demonstrated in this research that for small values of the notch tip radius, the MS model is the most appropriate failure criterion while the PS and SED criteria are much better models for medium radii. Moreover, for large notch tip radii, the MS and PS criteria are better choices for tensile fracture assessment of U-notched graphite plates than the SED criterion. 相似文献

A hypothesis for the relationship between jumplike deformation in AMg6 aluminum alloy under stress-controlled static tension loading and fracture of secondary-phase dispersed inclusions is presented and substantiated. The values of jumplike deformation increments have been found to depend on the size of dispersed phases and their distribution in the alloy. A procedure is put forward for predicting jumplike deformation in the alloy on the basis of histograms of distribution of dispersed particles in the initial material. 相似文献

对Fe74.1Cu1Nb3Si15B6.9(%,原子分数)纳米晶合金进行连续张力退火,研究了张力退火感生各向异性对纳米晶合金磁性能的影响。结果表明,张力退火产生的感生各向异性常数(Ku)与退火张力(σ)满足线性关系。随着退火张力的增大合金在f =5 kHz和H=3 A/m测试点的有效磁导率(μe)先增大后减小,且随着磁场和频率的提高有效磁导率(μe)的衰减减小。退火张力为67 MPa时有效磁导率(μe)在磁场强度H为0~800 A/m和频率f为1 k~3 MHz范围内保持约800,表现出恒导磁特性。同时,合金的单位质量损耗(Pm)随着退火张力的增大而减小,当退火张力为67 MPa时损耗为68 W/kg (测试条件:Bm=300 mT,f =100 kHz),与无张力退火相比下降约67%。同时,通过磁光克尔效应观察到张力退火后合金内部形成垂直于张力方向的180°片形畴,随着退火张力的增大磁畴宽度减小且趋于一致,退火张力为67 MPa时片形畴的宽度约为85 μm。 相似文献

研究了1402合金在不同热处理状态的拉伸性能和拉伸断口,并考察了合金的显微组织,分析了断裂机制,结果表明,合金在各种热处理状态呈稳定的穿晶韧性断裂,原因是δ′粒子细小,晶内强度低,而且晶界没有析出平衡相和无折出带,晶界强度没有降低。 相似文献

The scanning electron microscope has been used to investigate the fracture surfaces of Ti-Cr alloys, and special emphasis has been placed on the effects of the omega phase on the modes of fracture. It has been found that an alloy containing the athermal omega phase exhibits a different mode of fracture from that of an alloy containing the aged omega phase. The difference has been attributed to the presence of the strain-induced martensite phase in regions adjacent to the fracture in alloys containing the athermal omega phase. The fracture mode has also been investigated for alloys in which the omega phase was reverted by appropriate thermal treatments. 相似文献
