文章介绍了在包钢2 250 mm热连轧生产线试制的22 mm X80管线钢热轧板卷的生产情况。通过采用低碳、高w[Mn+Nb]、w[Mo+Cr+Cu]的合金化成分设计,应用包钢纯净钢冶炼技术,差异化加热技术、恒速轧制技术和高效加密层流冷却控制技术,生产出具有针状铁素体的高强度高韧性X80管线钢热轧卷板。板卷的强度和韧性指标达到要求。  相似文献

介绍了采用低碳成分设计和TMCP工艺开发X80钢级石油输送管用热轧卷板的关键控制技术和工艺路线。通过低碳多合金强化等微合金化的成分设计、控制钢水的纯净度和板坯的偏析,采用合理的两阶段控制轧制及控制冷却工艺,可以得到针状铁素体+贝氏体组织。检测指标表明:强度指标和低温韧性等各项力学性能良好,满足中石油"西二线"管道工程用热轧卷板技术条件,制管后管体取样各项指标良好。  相似文献

Coarse grain heat-affected zone samples of X80 pipeline steel under different heat inputs were obtained through thermal welding simulation experiments with Gleeble 3500.Charpy impact tests and a combination of multiscale characterizations were conducted to investigate the influence of various microstructural features on impact toughness and crack initiation behavior.The results prove that,as the heat input increases,the number of M/A components increases,thereby degrading toughness and increasing hardness.Meanwhile,more M/A constituents tend to aggregate on prior austenite grain boundaries(PAGBs),and the overall dimensions of M/A and the width and volume fraction of the lath martensite substructure inside M/A islands would increase as well.These changes make intersections between boundary M/As and PAGBs become one of the preferred sites for crack initiation.In addition,only large-sized grotesque inclusions can act as a direct inducement of crack initiation.  相似文献

通过光学显微镜和透射电镜对不同工艺生产的X80管线钢的微观组织、位错形态及析出相等进行了对比分析.结合力学性能检测,研究了X80组织形貌对力学性能的影响.研究表明,针状铁素体晶粒大小、析出相分布、位错密度及位错形态对材料强度、韧性、脆性转变温度有明显的影响,通过固溶强化、细晶强化、位错强化、析出强化等综合强化方式获得了综合力学性能良好的X80管线钢.  相似文献

The microstructure,dislocation and precipitation phases of X80 pipeline steel produced with different processes were analyzed by optical microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM) contrastively,and the influence of structure pattern on the performance of X80 pipeline steel was studied.The result shows that the effects of acicular ferrite grain size,precipitate phase distribution,dislocation density and morphology on the material strength,toughness and brittle transmission temperatures were distinct,and solid solution strengthening,fine grain strengthening,dislocation strengthening and precipitation strengthening were the strengthening ways of X80 pipeline steel.  相似文献

宝山钢铁股份有限公司开发研制的针状铁素体型X70大口径输气管线用板卷钢已应用于西气东输管线工程.与贫珠光体(含有少量的珠光体)组织类型的X70管线钢相比,新开发的针状铁素体型X70管线钢板卷在具有高强度的同时,具有更高的低温冲击韧性、低的韧-脆转变温度以及高的抗动态撕裂能力.其优良的性能得益于具有与细小析出相交互作用的高密度位错的超低碳针状铁素体组织.  相似文献

An analysis of the girth weldability of Baosteel X80 UOE (U-ing-O-ing-Expanding) linepipes was conducted using manual shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and semiautomatic self-shielded flux cored wire arc welding (FCAW).A technical specification for the optimum quality of a girth welding joint was obtained through a large amount of testing.According to the requirements of America Petroleum Institute(API) standard 1104 and the standards of the 2nd West-East natural gas transmission pipeline project,the mechanical properties of a girth welding joint were estimated.In addition,the effect of the girth welding procedure specifications and the consumable’s suitability on the impact toughness of the girth welding joint was discussed.  相似文献

对应用于西气东输二线管道工程的典型X80钢级15.3mm×1550 mm板卷拉伸性能、冲击性能、DWTT性能等试验结果进行了分析。结果表明:板卷的强度分布表现出各向异性特征,即与板卷轧制方向成90°方向的强度最高,冲击性能和落锤撕裂性能优良,而与板卷轧制方向成30°方向性能指标相对较低。  相似文献

 采用CO2焊接方法焊接X100管线钢,分析了不同焊接工艺下焊接接头组织和性能的变化特征。随着焊接热输入的增加,焊接接头的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,焊缝和热影响区处的冲击吸收功呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,而焊缝组织均以针状铁素体(AF)为主。焊接热输入为1.17 kJ/mm时,粗晶区的显微组织主要是贝氏体铁素体(BF),强韧匹配性最为优异;当热输入增加至1.91 kJ/mm时,粗晶区的组织除了BF外,还出现了粒状贝氏体(GB),强韧水平明显降低。综合考虑,可将1.17 kJ/mm作为X100管线钢CO2焊接时的最佳热输入。  相似文献

研究了国产X80级管线钢热影响区的冲击韧性和组织的局部脆化.结果表明,该钢的焊接热影响区的冲击韧性较母材降低50%以上;在所研究的20~-40 ℃温度区间内,其断口的宏观形貌特征从部分脆性特征转变为完全的脆性断口;20 ℃放射区断口呈现韧性断裂和解理断裂共存的混合型断口,并且试验温度为20 ℃和0 ℃时,分别在放射区和纤维区可观察到微观裂纹;热影响区断口表层剖面组织为粒状贝氏体,显示出粗晶区的特征.裂纹扩展方向为沿晶界扩展,粒状贝氏体中M/A岛尺寸增大,并存在裂纹穿过岛状物的现象,这是晶界严重脆化的结果.  相似文献

对炉卷轧机生产X80管线钢的控制轧制技术以及X80钢板/卷的显微组织、析出相、力学性能以及制作的直缝焊管与螺旋焊管的力学性能等进行了分析研究。结果表明:炉卷轧机X80管线钢板/卷获得了较高的强度与韧性,其中平均屈服强度与抗拉强度分别达到575 MPa与665 MPa以上,-20℃的冲击功高于330 J,FATT50CVN-60℃;管线钢为典型的细小针状铁素体组织,铁素体基体上弥散分布着纳米尺度的Nb、Ti的碳氮化物析出相,析出粒子主要有两种:一种平均尺寸在20 nm左右,是以NbC为主的Nb(Ti)C析出相;另一类粒子尺寸大多在50~200 nm,是以TiN为主的Ti、Nb(NC)复合析出相;利用炉卷轧机X80钢板与钢卷制成的直缝焊管与螺旋焊管具有较高的综合力学性能。  相似文献

The coarse grain HAZ microstructure and property of X80 pipeline steel with different carbon content was investigated. The weld thermal simulation test was carried out on Gleeble 1500 thermal mechanical test machine. The Charpy tests were completed at --20 ℃ for evaluating the toughness of coarse grain heat affected zone (CGHAZ). The microstructure was examined by optical microscope (OM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the austenite constituent was quantified by X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the ultra-low carbon can improve the toughness of CGHAZ by suppressing the formation of carbide, decreasing the martensite austenite (M-A) constituent and increasing the residual austenite in the M A.  相似文献

介绍了新余钢铁公司1580热连轧厂管线钢的生产试验情况。通过合理的化学成分设计及控轧控冷,成功地开发了X70管线钢。试验结果表明,加热温度控制在1 200~1 250℃,终轧温度控制在820~860℃,卷取温度控制在550~580℃,可获得细小的针状铁素体组织,各项力学性能指标均符合标准要求。  相似文献

Based on API STD 1104-2005 and CSA Z662-2007,field girth welding tests and girth weldability evaluations were executed for three types of wall thickness X70 UOE pipeline,in which the most popular main line girth welding method,single-wire automatic gas metal arc welding(GMAW),was used. The welding procedure specification was optimized to achieve a good quality and cold-crack-free girth weld joint without preheating or post-weld heat treatment. In addition,porosities,inclusions,and incomplete fusion defects were avoided. The tensile strength,bending,Vickers hardness,Charpy V-notch impact toughness,and crack tip opening displacement fracture toughness of the girth weld joint were evaluated,and the joint exhibited good mechanical performance. Thus,the field girth weldability of Baosteel's X70 UOE pipeline is excellent for automatic GMAW.  相似文献

利用MMS-200热模拟机研究了X80管线钢的相变规律,采用热膨胀法及金相组织分析手段,建立了连续冷却转变曲线,分析了工艺参数对组织的影响规律。试验结果表明,当冷却速率在5~20℃/s时,可以获得需要的针状铁素体组织。根据相变规律,在济钢4 300 mm宽厚板轧机成功开发了壁厚22 mm高强度、高韧性X80管线钢板。检验结果表明,试验钢板的各项性能指标均满足西气东输二线的技术要求。  相似文献

为提高抗大变形管线钢X80的力学性能,在鞍钢5500宽厚板生产线上对其轧制工艺进行了研究。结果表明,提高板坯加热温度及保温时间可改善产品抗拉强度;适当调整弛豫时间,保证钢板入水温度及优化轧制力、轧制道次,可有效控制钢板显微组织,提高产品的均匀延伸率。  相似文献

研究了具有不同微观组织类型的高强度管线钢的夏比冲击韧性.结果表明,针状铁素体型管线钢比多边形铁素体 少量珠光体型管线钢具有更高的冲击韧性.对于针状铁素体型管线钢,可通过减少夹杂物,获得均匀细小的铁素体晶粒、细小弥散的M/A岛和析出物,来获得优异的冲击韧性.  相似文献
