鞋楦曲面混合有理Bézier构造及刻楦过程仿真 总被引:2,自引:2,他引:2
为实现鞋楦曲面的高效精加工,研究了一种可控精度的鞋楦曲面重构方法。采用基于曲率分布和弧长对分的自适应加密方法对鞋楦原始数据进行缺损点插补和平滑处理;建立了三次NURBS曲线表示鞋楦横截面周线和轴线方向的表面曲线,并采用混合有理Bézier曲面拟合鞋楦表面;把鞋楦曲面按加工精度的要求离散后,计算得到刀具轨迹线,在Vericut平台上建立刀具模型、毛坯模型和数控刻楦机的运动模型,并对刻楦过程进行了仿真以及误差分析。结果表明,该鞋楦曲面重构方法精度可以调节,误差在允许范围内,运算量适中。 相似文献

In shoe manufacture, soles are made by injection moulding or foam moulding. When making the moulds for soles, it is necessary
to make master models for all soles of every size. The master model of a sole is manufactured by numerically controlled (NC)
machining. The present method for making 3D NC part programs for the sole master models is to use a computer-aided design
and a computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system. This is tedious and manpower intensive.
This paper proposes a method for reducing the time and cost for producing the 3D NC part programs of the sole master models.
In this method, the NC part programs of the master model for the sample size sole are generated by the CAD/CAM system. Then,
depending on the difference in dimensions between the sample size sole and another size sole, the scaling (grading) dimensions
(values) in each of 3 axes are used to generate 3D NC part programs for the master model for another size of sole. 相似文献

To machine a shape incorporating freeform curves, the free-form curves must be approximated and represented in a form suitable
for numerically controlled (NC) tool-path generation. Instead of the commonly used line segment approximation, a new method
using biarc approximation is presented here. The purpose is to reduce sudden changes in tool movement and increase continuity
and smoothness. A biarc can be described as two consecutive circular arcs with an identical tangent at the connecting point.
Therefore, tangent continuity can be maintained. Furthermore, curvature continuity can be improved if the difference between
the two curvatures is minimised. In this research, biarc segments are used to approximate the freeform curves by controlling
the largest deviation distance between the curves and the biarcs. The test results show that the biarc approximation method
generates fewer tool-path segments than the traditional line approximation. The definitions of the biarcs are used to generate
NC tool paths. A new tool-path generation method is developed for processing rough cutting and finish cutting paths. Example
parts modelled with B-spline curves are tested and machined. 相似文献

为推动鞋楦设计的快速化、个性化、多样化发展,提出并实现了一种基于旋转变换的鞋楦变翘曲面重构CAD技术。交互选定两变换截面,通过旋转变换将鞋楦前翘高、后翘高等参数值变换到个性化设计需求值;对变换后的鞋楦进行均化处理,实现两变换截面处的鞋楦曲面平滑过渡;对楦底腰窝部中轴线进行微调并将微调量映射到鞋楦模型上来设计与变换后鞋楦相匹配的鞋楦腰窝段。利用提出的曲面重构过程在MATLAB软件平台上设计了参数化和可视化交互式两种方法进行鞋楦变翘设计的CAD模块,其界面具有操作简单方便、易于实时编辑的特点。通过对算法实现结果的高斯曲率和体积进行分析,rhf 验证了重构后鞋楦模型能很好地保持原鞋楦的合脚性及曲面光顺性特征。 相似文献
