内部质量体系审核与软件过程改进

ISO9001对企业的质量管理体系给出来一个宏观的框架。其中，“内部质量体系审核”及其相关的“纠正及预防措施”、“管理评审”等，对整个质量体系提供了一个自我改进的机制，使质量系统持续地保持其有效性，并能不断改进和完善。CMM认为过程的不断改进基于许多小的、进化的步骤而不是革命性的创新，它为软件企业的过程能力提供了一个阶梯式的进化框架。文章参照CMM思想，提出建立模型数据库和过程数据库，结合内部质量体系审核机制，吸取以往软件工程的经验教训，不断提升企业的软件过程改进。

基于CMM的电子商务网站建设模式研究

为了解决电子商务系统存在的问题,采用一种基于CMM的电子商务网站建设模式,对KPA做了适当的裁减,定义了5个关键过程域,并设置了4个工作组。通过对系统中环节进行改造,以项目定义的软件开发过程结合自己制定的CMM框架来管理监督,达到了提高软件质量和可靠性、产品开发的可控性和可维护性、加强网站开发团队的工作效率、增加客户满意度的目标。

本文对ISO 9001:2000质量体系与成熟度模型(CMM)进行了比较研究,分析了两者之间的相似之处和差异,并得出结论:对软件企业而言,这两种用于质量保证的模式都是可行的,但两者应相互结合、互为补充.根据ISO 9001:2000质量体系与CMM模型的特点,提出了基于ISO 9001:2000与CMM的软件开发流程模型.     

浅谈应用标准进行软件测试

国家标准GB T175 44规定了软件包的质量要求及针对这些要求如何对软件包进行测试的细则。质量要求从产品描述、用户文档、程序及数据三个方面进行了规定 ,测试细则依据这些规定制定。ISO IEC912 6 (1991)版由ISO IEC 912 6 (软件产品质量 )和ISO IEC14 5 98(软件产品评测 )两个标准代替 ,ISO IEC912 6表述了软件产品质量的内部质量、外部质量和使用中的质量 ,规定了内部质量、外部质量的六个质量特性 ,并细分为 2 1个子特性 ,使用中的质量规定了四个使用质量特性 ,使用质量是指六个软件产品质量特性的综合效果。进行软件测试时 ,可以依据GB T175 44中的规定组织测试过程再结合ISO IEC912 6中的质量特性及子特性的规定确定测试需求的内容和测试的重点 ,利用ISO IEC912 6质量的规定建立质量评级的标准。     

Quality Assurance for Telecommunications Software

Despite their diversity, the many factors that enter into the way the quality of telecommunications software is perceived can plainly be linked to the process by which the software is developed. This is fortunate, since the quality of the process is the more easily quantified. In focusing quality programs for telecommunications software on its development, we see that the quality of the final product is directly related to the technology used, the caliber of the staff using the technology, and the managerial controls applied to the entire process. The last of these is most visible in the standards applied to the project. Quality assurance for telecommunications software is the management of a quality program built upon these standards-the substance of the technology and managerial precepts evinced by the standards, and the methods of ensuring compliance to them.     

JISBD 02: MEPLAMECAL: A Methodology Based on ISO/IEC 15939 to Elaborate Data Quality Measurement Plans

Nowadays, data plays a main role in organizations and the management of its quality is becoming an essential activity. As part of that management, and in order to obtain useful measures, organizations need to elaborate Data Quality (DQ) measurement plans. That measurement plans must be done taking into account data nature just as organizational factors affect its use. This paper presents a methodology, MEPLAMECAL, to elaborate DQ measurement plans. MEPLAMECAL is based on ISO/IEC 15939 that, despite being a software quality standard, we consider that it can be applied on this context due to the similarities between software and data. The proposed methodology is composed of two activities: (1) establish and maintain organizational commitment in measurement process, and (2) elaboration of the measurement plan     

ISO9000 and the very small firm

The two standards are identical but BS5750 is a UK standard, whereas IS09000 is an international standard, which is already recognised by over 70 different countries. IDEAS09: Applying a Security Domain Requirements Engineering Process for Software Product Lines

Security requirements management is especially important in software product lines, given that a weakness in security or a security breach can cause problems throughout all the products of a product line. The main contribution of this work is that of illustrating, by describing part of a real case study, a guided, systematic and intuitive way of dealing with security requirements from the early stages of the product line lifecycle by applying our proposed process of security requirements engineering for software product lines (SREPPLine), which makes it easier the variability and reusability management as well as the traceability relations of the security requirements in the product line. It is based on the use of the latest security requirements techniques, together with the integration of the Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408) and ISO/IEC 27001 controls, so that it facilitates the conformance of the product line and its products to the most relevant security standards with regard to the management of security requirements, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 15408.     

New visual perceptual pooling strategy for image quality assessment

Most of Image Quality Assessment (IQA) metrics consist of two processes. In the first process, quality map of image is measured locally. In the second process, the last quality score is converted from the quality map by using the pooling strategy. The first process had been made effective and significant progresses, while the second process was always done in simple ways. In the second process of the pooling strategy, the optimal perceptual pooling weights should be determined and computed according to Human Visual System (HVS). Thus, a reliable spatial pooling mathematical model based on HVS is an important issue worthy of study. In this paper, a new Visual Perceptual Pooling Strategy (VPPS) for IQA is presented based on contrast sensitivity and luminance sensitivity of HVS. Experimental results with the LIVE database show that the visual perceptual weights, obtained by the proposed pooling strategy, can effectively and significantly improve the performances of the IQA metrics with Mean Structural SIMilarity (MSSIM) or Phase Quantization Code (PQC). It is confirmed that the proposed VPPS demonstrates promising results for improving the performances of existing IQA metrics.
