以某型号人造板热压机为分析对象,基于材料力学、断裂力学和局部应力应变法,给出了热压机框架的疲劳寿命计算方法.通过CATIA建立其三维实体模型,在ANSYS Workbench中进行有限元网格划分,并进行了静力学分析,再通过ANSYS Workbench中的Fatigue Tool模块进行了基于静力学分析的疲劳强度分析.结果表明:构件的疲劳寿命主要受薄弱环节的疲劳状况影响,应力集中部位的疲劳寿命最低.根据有限元仿真分析,对框架结构进行了优化设计,使得应力集中有了一定的减小,疲劳寿命有了明显提高.  相似文献

为了探究工作条件下堆垛机柱脚焊接接头的疲劳寿命问题,对堆垛机柱脚焊接接头进行了动载荷作用下的疲劳寿命分析,并对影响疲劳危险焊缝疲劳强度的相关尺寸进行了优化。首先,建立了含柱脚焊缝的堆垛机柱脚有限元模型,并使用典型受力模式下的静力学分析与焊线处结构应力分析,确定了柱脚危险焊缝位置;然后,建立了含柱脚危险焊缝的堆垛机有限元模型,采用动力学分析得到了动载荷作用下危险焊缝的疲劳载荷谱,并采用结构应力法求解得到了动载荷作用下的危险焊缝疲劳寿命;最后,针对危险焊缝疲劳强度较低的情况,使用响应面优化法对影响柱脚环形焊缝疲劳强度的尺寸进行了优化。研究结果表明:柱脚环形焊缝为柱脚疲劳危险焊缝;在极端工况下,堆垛机危险焊缝疲劳寿命为27.14 y,可以满足堆垛机设计使用年限;优化后的危险焊缝结构应力较优化前降低了15%,危险焊缝疲劳强度得到了较大提高。  相似文献

针对座椅骨架的疲劳强度进行分析,尤其是骨架中焊缝的疲劳方法进行研究分析;首先建立座椅骨架及焊缝的有限元模型,分别基于Hypermesh软件,使用Block Lanczos法进行了计算模态分析,基于LMS Test.lab软件,使用锤击法进行了试验模态分析,对有限元模型进行校验,并确定了焊缝的材料属性;对校验后的有限元模型进行静力分析得出结构强度薄弱的位置,尤其是危险焊缝的位置;进而基于Ncode软件采用Miner损伤法则,在针对特定焊缝类型进行应力修正,计算出其疲劳寿命;根据企业的疲劳试验结果,对该方法进行验证分析,结果表明此疲劳计算方法对座椅骨架焊缝的寿命预估准确有效,为分析和改善该类座椅骨架的焊接寿命奠定了基础,为此类结构的设计与优化提供了参考.  相似文献

采用有限元分析方法,建立汽车车轮有限元模型,模拟车轮径向疲劳试验施加合理的载荷及边界条件.通过分析车轮试验过程中的应力变化情况,得出高应力集中区域及其各主应力值,运用疲劳寿命计算理论及ANSYS软件估算车轮的疲劳寿命.通过与车轮径向疲劳试验结果进行比较,结果表明高应力集中区域与实际裂纹位置吻合,预估的疲劳寿命与车轮实验寿命基本吻合,验证了有限元方法预估车轮寿命的有效性,为以后对车轮进行结构改进起指导作用.  相似文献

以CAE技术为基础,对13方混凝土搅拌运输车副车架进行结构分析、疲劳寿命分析,并提出优化方案。应用CATIA软件建立副车架实体模型,将模型导入ANSYS Workbench15.0中,得到有限元模型;考虑搅拌车典型工况进行静力学分析,获得副车架在各工况下的应力应变情况;在静力学分析基础上,使用Fatigue Tool对其疲劳寿命进行分析评估,找出应力集中点和容易产生疲劳失效的部位,得到疲劳分析结果。用解析法验证有限元分析的正确性。针对车架疲劳寿命分析反映出来的问题,建议主要在材料、结构和工艺三方面对车架进行优化,提出优化方案。  相似文献

使用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc/Mentat建立风力发电机塔筒顶部法兰联接的有限元模型,施加合理的边界条件和载荷后,通过非线性接触分析得到在预紧工况和极限工况下各组件的应力分布和变化情况,并对塔筒顶部法兰接触面进行安全性校核和塔筒顶部法兰与塔筒筒体焊缝处的疲劳寿命分析。分析结果表明,该塔筒顶部法兰的强度、安全性和焊缝处的疲劳寿命均满足设计要求,且结果为大型风力发电机法兰合理设计和性能强化提供了科学依据。  相似文献

焊接结构的疲劳破坏往往发生于焊缝部位,对于焊缝部位的疲劳分析常用方法有基于名义应力的BS7608标准的、IIW标准的方法,以及基于结构应力的ASME方法.基于等效结构应力的主S-N曲线疲劳寿命预测法由新奥尔良大学的董平沙教授提出,该方法具有疲劳寿命结果不受有限元模型网格大小影响,以及不受接头类型限制的主S-N曲线数据等特点.分析了该方法的疲劳寿命预测原理,并对某搭接接头进行实例分析,验证了该方法的可行性.  相似文献

基于传统汽车稳定杆疲劳可靠性设计偏于保守,造成疲劳设计缺乏科学依据、开发周期长、零件过于笨重、疲劳可靠性低等情况,提出将疲劳可靠性方法与疲劳有限元设计方法相结合,利用专业疲劳分析软件MSC.Fatigue,建立汽车稳定杆有限元模型,利用有限元方法计算其最小疲劳寿命和寿命分布,从而得到稳定杆的受力、危险部位、疲劳寿命等情况.稳定杆疲劳试验表明,预估结果与试验结果相吻合,为汽车稳定杆的材料选择、结构优化、疲劳设计提供了参考.  相似文献

建立了包含焊缝细节的塔式起重机标准节主弦杆与连接螺栓套的计算模型,基于等效结构应力法对连接焊缝进行虚拟疲劳分析,得到了连接焊缝处的疲劳寿命分布和危险点的寿命.同时,利用INSTRON电液伺服系统开展台架疲劳试验研究.研究结果表明:等效结构应力法能够较好地预测和评定主弦杆与连接螺栓套处焊缝的疲劳强度.据此提出了标准节抗疲劳设计的思路与措施.  相似文献

利用三维软件Solidworks与有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench联合,对三叉杆滑块式万向联轴器建模,然后整体进行静力学分析和疲劳寿命分析,得到联轴器等效应力分布云图及疲劳寿命云图,根据分析得出其疲劳破坏点位置。三叉杆根部采用不同过渡圆角尺寸的疲劳分析结果表明,不同尺寸的圆角倒角尺寸有着不同的寿命,改变联轴器应力集中部位的圆角、倒角尺寸,可以有效避免不合理的寿命分布,提高联轴器的疲劳寿命。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
