电弧炉熔分金属化率大于90%的球团,所得钛渣的∑Ti_2O_3/∑TiO_2在0.3~0.5,其酸解率较高。这是因为渣中有更多的黑钛石m[(Mg,Fe,Mn)O·2TiO_2]·n[(Ti,Al)_2O_3·TiO_2],而黑钛石易于被酸溶解。若钛渣中有MgTi_2O_5型黑钛石,则可提高酸解率。 相似文献

AbstractStudies of the sintering of uncompacted uranium powders in vacuum have shown that sintering behaviour is markedly affected by the nature of the surface films on the powder. Of the variables in the powder production route that might affect the nature of the surface films, the leaching stage is the most important.The deleterious effect of surface contaminants on the vacuum-sintering behaviour of beryllium is demonstrated. During the development of a technique for the production of a stable powder from electrolytic flake, the nature of the leaching treatment again proved to have a marked influence on the sintering behaviour of the resultant powder.Both sets of investigations were hampered by lack of methods for identification of surface films on powders. 相似文献

对生产细钼丝用微细钼粉的形貌和结构进行了显微分析和研究。结果发现,微细钼粉的团聚结构,其中包括晶粒界面、钼粉颗粒界面和团聚钼粉的表面不但对钼氧化物的还原速度,而且对钼粉的加工性能发生了重要的影响。研究结果表明,微细钼粉的团聚度主要取决于其母体所由生成时包括加料方式在内的酸度控制技术。为了生产轻微团聚、粒度均匀的微细钼粉以便为细钼丝生产提供优秀原料,应当严格控制生产β型四钼酸铵的酸度条件。 相似文献
