提出了一种可改善换热效率的百叶窗式纵翅片换热管的结构模型,对其进行简化,采用Fluent软件对换热管烟气侧流动与传热过程进行数值模拟,对比了两种百叶窗纵翅片与普通纵翅片的换热效率与压降,结果发现:百叶窗式纵翅片传热效果比普通纵翅片高130%以上。模拟了6组不同流体入口速度下传热与压降的变化情况,分析了百叶窗翅片间距与倾斜角度对传热与压降的影响,结果表明:入口速度越大,进出口温差越小,压降越大;翅片间距越大,进出口温差和压降都越小;翅片倾斜角度越大,换热效果相差不大,压降越大。搭建了简易实验平台对模拟结果进行验证。  相似文献

以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为原料,采用吹塑成型法制备了热收缩膜。研究了原料配方、模具吹胀比、吹膜机牵伸比、挤出温度和膜泡冷却时间等因素对聚乙烯热收缩膜力学性能和透明度的影响。结果表明:与加入HDPE相比,配方中加入LLDPE的原料所生产的热收缩膜的综合性能较好;随着机组运行牵伸比的增大,PE热收缩膜的拉伸性能、收缩率和透光率均呈上升趋势;随着模具吹胀比的增大,PE热收缩膜的纵向收缩率下降,横向收缩率和透光率均上升;随着挤出机工艺温度的升高,PE热收缩膜的纵、横向收缩率同时上升;随着膜泡冷却时间的延长,PE热收缩膜的纵、横向收缩率和透光率均下降。  相似文献

用空气-柴油对TEMA-F型管壳式换热器模型在纵向折流板垂直放置下进行试验,得出相应的流型图和流型转变边界方程。研究表明,纵向折流板垂直放置时的流型图与纵向折流板水平放置时有较大差别。文内对纵向折流板放置位置对流型影响的机理作出了分析和解释。  相似文献

The results of a round robin test on isothermal (heat conduction) calorimetry are presented. A total of 18 participants using three types of instruments conducted 3-day measurements of the hydration of one rapidly hardening Portland cement and one slag-containing cement. The results confirm that isothermal calorimetry is a suitable method for the determination of heat of hydration. As a part of the study, two laboratories also conducted measurements with the standardized heat of solution method. For the Portland cement, these results were in good agreement with the isothermal measurements, but for the slag-containing cement the results differed, both between the two laboratories and between their results and the result of isothermal calorimetry. However, this method performance study clearly shows that the heat of hydration determination of cement by heat conduction calorimetry is more precise than the traditional heat of solution method described in EN 196-8, if state-of-the-art calorimeters are used.  相似文献

An experimental and analytical study was conducted on a fully developed turbulent flow in a square duct, two opposite walls of which had been roughened. The flow was measured by means of a hot-wire anemometer. The calculation was performed with the k model and with the k and e model coupled to the algebraic stress model developed by Launder and Ying. The results of the calculation are compared with the measurements. In this duct, a result hitherto unobserved became apparent: namely, there were four relatively large longitudinal vortices. A prediction of heat transfer was also performed under conditions of a constant wall-temperature and a calculated flow field.  相似文献

The longitudinal ultrasonic velocity, longitudinal ultrasonic absorption (attenuation coefficient), glass‐transition temperature, and Mooney viscosity for epoxidized natural rubber/ethylene–propylene diene monomer blends were measured. The variation of the longitudinal ultrasonic velocity with the blend ratios was linear, indicating a compatible system in comparison with the same system without epoxidation (natural rubber/ethylene–propylene diene monomer), which was incompatible. A quick non-iterative method is presented for predicting the effectiveness and the mean temperature difference of shell and tube heat exchangers with segmental baffles and two tube passes. This paper is complementary to work published previously, in which the effectiveness of baffled shell and tube heat exchangers has been computed iteratively. The presented method has been extended for computing the effectiveness of shell and tube heat exchangers with longitudinal baffles.  相似文献

本文应用有限差分法对聚合物在两圆筒环槽间具有粘滞耗散热的切向流,简化为两平行平板拖动流而进行传热计算.首先得出熔融体拖动流顺流方向的温度分布,并导出两壁面处温度梯度的近似计算式,从而求出两壁面处的努塞尔准数Nu和换热系数α值.本文可供聚合物螺杆机械、剪切机头、以及模腔流道等具有耗散热传热计算时参考.  相似文献

通过对壳程流体纵向冲刷型管壳式换热器的传热与流体阻力实验,比较了横纹槽管管束在折流杆支撑和空心环支撑两种情况下的传热强化特性,发现空心环管间支撑物比拆流杯管间支撑物有较好的性能.此外,还报道了用激光测速测量壳程流体在管间支撑物条件下的流速分布,分析了管间支撑物结构对传热性能的影响.  相似文献
