液膜富集铀(Ⅵ)与水中痕量铀的测定   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了分离、富集铀(Ⅵ)的最佳液膜组成,试验了Span80-TBP-CCl4-液体石蜡-HClO4液膜体系富集的最优条件。用本法富集水和工业废水中的痕量铀(Ⅵ),富集可达75倍以上。应用于测定水和废水样品中的痕量铀,相对标准偏差为2.1%,回收率为99.00%~99.85%。  相似文献

用二苯并-18-冠-6为流动载体的乳状液膜体系,研究了钾(1)的迁移行为。实验结果表明,只有K+能与其它金属离子得到满意的分离。如大量的Na+,NH4+,Ni2+,Li+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe3+,Mo6+,Al3+,Cu2+,Co2+,Cd2+,Zn2+等,均不被迁移透过这乳状液膜。确定了最佳液膜体系的组成:二苯并-18-冠-6,表面活性剂LMS-1,四氯乙烯,苯甲酸甲酯和内相(pH4~6水溶液);分离富集钾(1)的最适宜实验条件。Roi=1∶1(油内比),Rew=20∶60(乳水比)。此法已用于富集和测定食盐、卤水和工业废水中的微量钾(1),其回收率为99.3%以上,相对标准偏差为3.6%以下,结果十分满意。  相似文献

在作者所做的"用乳状液膜从氯化钠型浸出液中浓缩稀土"的工作基础上,利用所获得的液膜体系和较佳工艺条件,继续进行了料液类型[即NaCl型和(NH4)2SO4型浸出液的比较实验]、NaAc用量、膜相中有无石蜡、膜回用等条件实验,获得了从(NH4)2SO4型浸出液中浓缩稀土的适用液膜体系N205-P507-煤油-HCl乳状液膜浓缩稀土的浓度达102g/L,稀土提取率达93%。  相似文献

用乳状液膜体系对钼进行富集。该体系包括载体(5,8-二乙基-7-羟基十二烷-6-单肟,简称LIX63)、表面活性剂(N113A)、溶剂(煤油)以及内相(0.15mol/L NaOH溶液)。研究了乳状液膜的稳定性、温度、钼的浓度、外相的HNO3溶液浓度及乳水比等因素对分离富集钼的影响。实验表明,在适宜的条件下,钼的迁移率可达99.5%-100.2%。该法已尺用于富集、测定纯钨和钢铁中的痕量钼,结果相当满意。  相似文献

用2,6-二酮吡啶-18-王冠-6(2,6-DKP-18-Crowe-6)、SPAN80、Glycerol(丙三醇)、CCl4(Car-bontetra-Chloride)和内相(0.15mol/LNa4P2O7溶液)乳状液膜体系,研究了Pb2+的迁移行为。实验结果表明,8min内Pb2+的迁移率达99.4%以上,而在这种情况下,许多金属离子如Mo6+、Mo5+、W6+、Fe3+、Ni2+、Cr3+、Li+、∑RE3+、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Sr2+、Al3+、Zn2+、Cd2+和Co2+等,都不被迁移,只有Pb2+能从这些离子中满意地分离出来。该法已成功地用于分离富集、测定金属钼、钼精矿中痕量铅,相对标准偏差在4.2%以下,结果十分满意。  相似文献

用乳状液膜体系对铟进行分离富集,并研究了乳状液膜的稳定性、温度、铟的浓度、外相pH值、乳水比(Rew)、油内比(Roi)等因素对富集铟的影响。实验表明,在适宜的条件下,铟的富集率可达99.5%-100.4%。在此情况下,常见共存离子都不迁移透过此乳状液膜。此法已用于富集测定烟尘、复杂多金属矿石中的铟,结果满意。  相似文献

对乳状液膜从氯化钠型浸出液中浓缩稀土的工艺影响因素进行了考察。这些因素包括油肉比(Roi)、膜相中煤油和液体石蜡的比例、表面活性剂用量、内相酸度、料液中稀土浓度、水乳比(RWe),P507和P204的比较以及搅拌时间。通过实验,获得了乳状液膜浓缩稀土的适宜配方是N205-P507-煤油-液体石蜡-HCl以及较佳的操作条件,乳状液膜浓缩土稀土的浓度可达100g/L。稀土提取率可达94%。  相似文献
