分析了焊接电流70A、80A、90A对40CrNiMoA钢焊缝接头组织和力学性能的影响。随着焊接电流的增大,焊缝外观质量较好。随着焊接电流的增大,熔池区温度升高,奥氏体晶粒尺寸增大,导致马氏体组织粗大。焊缝的显微组织为马氏体及少量残余奥氏体。焊缝的硬度远高于母材的硬度,且波动较大。热影响区的硬度从母材向沿焊缝方向逐渐升高。焊接接头纵向应力在焊缝中心为压应力,向外压应力减小。焊接颜色区边界处纵向应力为拉应力,且该点拉应力最大。焊接接头横向应力在焊缝中心为拉应力,向外逐渐增大,焊接颜色区边界处变横向拉应力达到最大。焊接电流和热输入增大,降低了材料的韧性,组织中铁素体增多及焊接残余应力是诱发脆性断裂的原因。焊接电流80A是40CrNiMoA同质焊条平板对接焊接工艺的最佳的焊接电流。  相似文献

The transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steels effect occurs because of the martensitic transformation of retained austenite during plastic deformation,and it provides the steel with excellent strength and ductility.While welding remains a vital part of auto body manufacturing,the weldability of TRIP steels is problematic,and this prevents its adoption for many applications in the automotive industry.This present work studies the effects of welding and post-weld heat treatment on the microstructure of TRIP steels.It is found that the microstructures of the fusion zone and the heat affected zone (HAZ) are changed after high-temperature heat treatment.Hardness tests revealed that fusion zone hardness decreased with increasing of temperatures in the post-weld heat treatment on the laser weld seam.The rolling performance of the welding seam and the seam of post-weld heat treatment were also studied.  相似文献

 随着中国钢铁、冶金与电磁等交叉学科的快速发展,焊接钢管产量及质量日益提升。高频感应加热是生产焊接钢管的核心工序,获取更加精确的焊管高频加热过程的应力分布和微观组织演化规律,是进一步提升焊管品质的关键要素和学者们关切的问题。综合考虑热传导和微观组织转变对应力的影响,针对高频焊管特有的沙漏形热源形貌,定量分析了焊接热影响区微观组织演变过程和残余应力的分布规律,获得了考虑热应力和组织应力的残余应力分布。发现该应力特点为在焊缝附近轴向残余应力较大,最大等效残余应力出现在距焊缝中心1/2壁厚处的热影响区,在壁厚方向管材内部的中间层的残余应力较大,且应力分布与反映高频焊接热源形貌特征的加热温度峰值和加热温度宽度相关。而在焊缝中心处,未考虑组织变化的等效残余应力值是考虑组织变化的1.3倍。掌握焊管高频焊接应力和组织演变的特点和规律,可为优化高频焊接工艺提供理论依据,对提升高频焊管质量具有重要意义。  相似文献

This paper investigates the effects of post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) and temper bead welding (TBW) on hardness, microstructure and residual stresses in multi-layer welding on low carbon steel specimens made with two different weld geometries, viz. (1) smooth-contoured and (2) U-shaped. It was found that the PWHT technique gave overall lower hardness than the TBW technique, but the hardness values in both techniques were acceptable. Microscopy analysis showed that the TBW technique was more effective in tempering the heat affected zone as the grain size decreased slightly at the fusion line in spite of the higher temperature at the fusion line. Residual stresses measured using the hole-drilling method showed that the residual stress is not reduced below yield stress near the last bead solidified in TBW. Only PWHT gives low residual stress results in this area. High tensile residual stresses may result in sensitivity to fatigue loading.  相似文献

采集金刚石圆锯片激光焊和高频钎焊部位作试样,分析研究了钢基体与粉末烧结刀头过渡层对焊焊缝横向的区段划分、焊缝形貌、金相组织、成分与物相、硬度及抗弯强度,并阐述了激光焊气孔的成因。结果表明:激光焊熔化区柱晶组织排布细腻,有残留气孔,硬度呈线性变化;钎焊熔化区为两相组织,枝晶明显,无裂纹气孔,硬度较低。激光焊钢热影响区产生针状马氏体;钎焊不存在相变引起的热影响区。激光焊和钎焊的刀头过渡层,在特定的配料体系下,也不存在固态相变引发的热影响区,基本保持了粉末烧结组织。激光焊和钎焊焊缝的抗弯强度均值分别为1 175 MPa、983 MPa,都大于国外安全强度要求,但激光焊焊缝强度波动相对较大,这与其残留气孔密切相关。  相似文献

为了高效开展管线钢埋弧焊试验,建立了焊缝面积、坡口尺寸及焊缝尺寸之间的关系,从而可预测埋弧焊一次成形的线能量。采用JH-WGX2焊丝及CHF101焊剂进行双丝埋弧焊,两焊面的线能量分别为25 kJ/cm及30 kJ/cm。焊接接头强度、韧性、弯曲性能及硬度均能满足技术要求;尤其是热影响区不同部位的韧性较高,-20℃KV_2达到177 J以上。  相似文献

The influence of bake hardening on the mechanical properties of laser welded dual phase steel was investigated. A remarkalbe increase of the hardness in the zone influenced by laser welding was observed. The fusion zone had a low carbon lath martensite microstructure. The laser weld region had a higher interstitial carbon content than the base material. The dual phase steel exhibited a clear bake hardening effect in both the as‐received and the laser‐welded conditions. The bake hardening effect is more pronounced in the prestrained laser welded condition. A pronounced decrease of the ductility was observed for prestrained laser welded DP steel.  相似文献

摘要:为了研究DP600钢的焊接性能,采用5种不同的激光焊接工艺进行焊接试验。结果表明,焊接接头表面成形质量良好,随着热输入的增加,上下熔宽逐渐增大;熔融区均为板条状马氏体组织,当热输入高于33J/mm时热影响区组织为马氏体、铁素体和少量的回火马氏体;当热输入低于33J/mm时,热影响区组织为马氏体和铁素体。在低热输入条件下,回火时间很短,马氏体未发生分解;在高的热输入条件下,回火时间较长,马氏体分解显著,热影响区中出现M3C型碳化物,碳化物形貌以球状和片状为主。从熔融区到母材,显微硬度值逐渐降低;焊接接头静态拉伸失效位置均在母材,拉伸断口为韧性断口,DP600钢激光焊接接头不存在软化现象。  相似文献

采用光纤激光焊接设备对1800 MPa级热成形钢与CR340LA低合金高强钢进行对接激光拼焊,研究了不同激光焊接功率和焊接速度下焊接接头的组织演变规律及热冲压成形性能,并对焊接接头的力学性能和硬度进行了分析。结果表明,3种焊接工艺下激光拼焊原板综合力学性能相差较小,由焊接接头造成的伸长率和抗拉强度的损失均在母材的28.3%和9.1%以内。激光焊接后焊缝区均为粗大、高硬度的马氏体结构;两侧热影响区组织主要为铁素体和马氏体,接头未出现明显的软化区。激光拼焊原板拉伸试样均断裂于CR340LA母材区,距离焊缝12 mm左右,且存在焊缝隆起现象。选取焊接功率和焊接速率分别为4000 W和0.18 m·s?1的焊接试样在高温下进行热冲压成形检测,未出现焊缝开裂,热成形后拼焊板具有良好性能,满足汽车激光拼焊板使用要求,拉伸结果表明,试样断裂位置与未热冲压成形前一致,均位于CR340LA母材区,拉伸过程中,焊缝向高强度母材侧偏移,在弱强度母材侧产生应力集中并缩颈断裂。   相似文献

介绍了马氏体含量不同的双相钢(DP590和DP780)激光焊管的焊缝组织演变,研究了焊缝硬度分布特征及其对扩口性能的影响。结果表明:激光焊缝的熔合区存在明显硬化,组织为单一的马氏体,DP780钢热影响区出现了显著的软化,DP590钢无软化区存在,造成这一差别的原因在于两者马氏体含量不同;软化区的存在导致DP780钢激光焊管的扩口率急剧下降,仅为DP590钢的10%左右;建立了焊管扩口的数值模型,模拟结果与试验结果相吻合。  相似文献

A novel variant of tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding called activated-TIG (A-TIG) welding, which uses a thin layer of activated flux coating applied on the joint area prior to welding, is known to enhance the depth of penetration during autogenous TIG welding and overcomes the limitation associated with TIG welding of modified 9Cr-1Mo steels. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a specific activated flux for enhancing the depth of penetration during autogeneous TIG welding of modified 9Cr-1Mo steel. In the current work, activated flux composition is optimized to achieve 6 mm depth of penetration in single-pass TIG welding at minimum heat input possible. Then square butt weld joints are made for 6-mm-thick and 10-mm-thick plates using the optimized flux. The effect of flux on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and residual stresses of the A-TIG weld joint is studied by comparing it with that of the weld joints made by conventional multipass TIG welding process using matching filler wire. Welded microstructure in the A-TIG weld joint is coarser because of the higher peak temperature in A-TIG welding process compared with that of multipass TIG weld joint made by a conventional TIG welding process. Transverse strength properties of the modified 9Cr-1Mo steel weld produced by A-TIG welding exceeded the minimum specified strength values of the base materials. The average toughness values of A-TIG weld joints are lower compared with that of the base metal and multipass weld joints due to the presence of δ-ferrite and inclusions in the weld metal caused by the flux. Compressive residual stresses are observed in the fusion zone of A-TIG weld joint, whereas tensile residual stresses are observed in the multipass TIG weld joint.  相似文献

A systematic set of single-pass full penetration friction stir bead-on-plate and butt-welds in HSLA-65 steel were produced using a range of different traverse speeds (50 to 500?mm/min) and two tool materials (W-Re and PCBN). Microstructural analysis of the welds was carried out using optical microscopy, and hardness variations were also mapped across the weld-plate cross sections. The maximum and minimum hardnesses were found to be dependent upon both welding traverse speed and tool material. A maximum hardness of 323?Hv(10) was observed in the mixed martensite/bainite/ferrite microstructure of the weld nugget for a welding traverse speed of 200?mm/min using a PCBN tool. A minimum hardness of 179?Hv(10) was found in the outer heat-affected zone (OHAZ) for welding traverse speed of 50?mm/min using a PCBN tool. The distance from the weld centerline to the OHAZ increased with decreasing weld speed due to the greater heat input into the weld. Likewise for similar energy inputs, the size of the transformed zone and the OHAZ increased on moving from a W-Re tool to a PCBN tool probably due to the poorer thermal conductivity of the PCBN tool. 为了研究DP980钢的焊接性能,采用3种不同的激光焊接工艺进行焊接试验。结果表明,熔融区为板条马氏体,热影响区为马氏体、铁素体和回火马氏体,随着热输入增加,上下表面的熔宽逐渐增大,强塑积逐渐减小,热影响区的软化程度逐渐恶化。从熔融区到母材,显微硬度的变化趋势是先降低后升高。焊接接头静态拉伸失效位置均在亚临界热影响区,拉伸断口为韧性断口,随着热输入增加,杯状韧窝逐渐转变为较大的抛物线状韧窝,通过分析不同热输入条件下焊接接头的静态拉伸应变场云图,可知在塑性变形阶段,熔融区两侧呈双峰形貌,随着热输入的增加,软化区的面积逐渐增大,颈缩易出现在熔融区两侧的软化区部位。  相似文献

 Cable welding wire (CWW) CO2 gas shielded welding is an innovative process arc welding with high efficiency, high quality and low consumption, in which cable wire is used as consumable electrode. CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding (SAW) are used for contrast studies on processing property of high strength steel A36 used in ship structure. The results show that the shapes of weld seam, using CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and SAW, are good and no weld defect such as air hole, flaw, slag inclusion, incomplete fusion, lack of penetration and so on are found in the weld seam. Because the rotating of arc during CWW CO2 gas shielded welding process has a strong stirring effect on molten pool, the grain in the heat affected zone (HAZ) of the joints, using CWW CO2 gas shielded welding, is small. Tensile failure positions of joints by CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and SAW are all in the base metal, but tensile strength of CWW CO2 gas shielded welding joint is higher than that of SAW joint by an average of 2. 3%. The average impact energy of HAZ, using CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and SAW, is almost equal, but the average impact energy of the weld seam using CWW CO2 gas shielded welding is increased by 6%, and the average impact energy of the fusion line is increased by 7%. The 180° bending tests for the joints of CWW CO2 gas shielded welding and SAW are all qualified, and the joints hardness is all less than HV 355, but hardness of CWW CO2 gas shielded welding wire welding joint near the fusion line is obviously lower. It can be concluded that the properties of CWW CO2 gas shielded welding are better than those of the SAW joint, and CWW CO2 gas shielded welding is suitable for welding high strength steel A36 used in ship structure.  相似文献

A theoretical and experimental study of heat flow during the welding of pipes was carried out. The theoretical part of the study involves the development of two finite difference computer models: one for describing steady state, 3-dimensional heat flow during seam welding, the other for describing unsteady state, 3-dimensional heat flow during girth welding. The experimental part of the study, on the other hand, includes: measurement of the thermal response of the pipe with a high speed data acquisition system, determination of the arc efficiency with a calorimeter, and examination of the fusion boundary of the resultant weld. The experimental results were compared with the calculated ones, and the agreement was excellent in the case of seam welding and reasonably good in the case of girth welding. Both the computer models and experiments confirmed that, under a constant heat input and welding speed, the size of the fusion zone remains unchanged in seam welding but continues to increase in girth welding of pipes of small diameters. It is expected that the unsteady state model developed can be used to provide optimum conditions for girth welding, so that uniform weld beads can be obtained and weld defects such as lack of fusion and sagging can be avoided.  相似文献

研究预热对铍环激光束钎焊过程温度场和应力场分布的影响。采用轴对称模型和热力解耦的有限元方法,并假定沉积到钎缝表面的激光束能量为Gauss分布,预热通过在焊接加热前添加一个能量密度低、有效加热半径大的单独工况实现。结果表明,预热使镀环钎缝外表面焊接最高温度增加,温度梯度减小,但焊深明显增加;采用预热工况焊接后,钎缝附近塑性变形区焊接残余应力明显减小,而热影响区残余应力增大。从整体分布来看,预热使铍环外表面焊接残余应力分布均匀化。对铍环外表面钎缝附近焊接残余应力进行X射线应力测试,并与有限元分析结果对比,二者应力变化趋势基本一致。  相似文献

利用金相观察、显微硬度测定、拉伸和弯曲性能测试等方法研究了A6N01-T5铝合金型材MIG焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能.结果表明:焊接接头焊缝中心金属为明显的激冷形成的铸态组织,呈等轴晶状;熔合区靠近焊缝侧的结晶形态为沿散热方向排列的柱状晶,邻近熔合区的热影响区晶粒粗化.焊缝中心处具有较高的显微硬度,在距离焊缝中心10~12 mm处的热影响区显微硬度值最低.国产A6N01-T5铝合金型材焊接接头抗拉强度达到欧洲标准DIN EN 288-4的要求.  相似文献

结合鞍钢供货实绩,分析了26.4 mm厚大变形X80钢板的组织,以及制管前后性能变化情况。分析结果表明:钢板组织为以铁素体、贝氏体为主的复合组织,低温韧性优良;制管后,材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度与屈强比升高,应力比与均匀延伸率降低;焊接接头处焊缝的韧性最差,热影响区的硬度最低。  相似文献
