通过天然气净化处理过程中流量、压力、循环量的传统调节方式和变频器调节方式的比较,以及对变频器调节方式在启动、节能等方面的分析研究,结果表明:采用变频嚣方式调节和控制比传统的强制调节阀门方式具有品质好、平稳、精度高、电机能耗明显降低、启动电流小等优点,降低运行成本,投资经济。结合在长庆油田靖边气田实际应用中的干扰、控制等问题进行分析,提出解决措施,结果表明在靖边气田天然气处理工艺中采用变频器进行流量、压力、循环量等调节和控制是经济可行的。  相似文献

当前火力发电厂锅炉给水泵普遍采用液力偶合器作为调节装置,但是由于液力偶合器的机械结构和调节方式的限制,液力偶合器调节方式存在效率较低和可调范围较小等不足,随着科技发展和技术创新,多种新型调节装置可用于锅炉给水泵调节。介绍了行星齿轮变矩调速器(VORECON)与变频器(VFD)两种新型调节装置的原理、性能、改造方案和费用,通过实际改造案例详细对比了两种方案的改造后实际效果和费用,得出变频器改造方案优于行星齿轮变矩调速器方案的结论。  相似文献

在进行水蒸汽热力性质计算时,经常遇到非线性方程的数值解问题。针对水蒸汽性质计算过程中的一维迭代及二维迭代问题,比较了不同迭代格式的收敛性及收敛速度,并对迭代格式的构造提供了建议。计算实例表明,所提出的迭代算法在收敛性和稳定性方面均有所改善。  相似文献

Thermochemical processes present a cyclic working mode combining two active phases separated by intermediate phases. A model coupling the solid–gas kinetics and heat and mass transfers in the reactive media was developed to simulate this cyclic working mode. With this model, the optimum values of the working conditions for a fixed reactor configuration had been defined in a previous work. The objective of this paper is to define the best reactor configuration to produce a given cold mean power. Towards this goal, the first stage consists of analyzing the influence of the two parameters characterizing the configuration: the reactor mass and the radius. This sensibility study is then used in a concrete application where a pre-fixed mean power is required.  相似文献

Recent years, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of normal configuration organic solar cells (OSCs) has obtained rapid progress to reach more than 6% under standard illumination, which is reasonable value for the commercial criterion. More and more research attention has been paid on the stability and lifetime of OSCs. A novel structural OSCs with high work function metal or metal oxide as the top electrode and low work function metal as the bottom anode is proposed and named as inverted configuration OSCs. The inverted configuration OSCs with high work function metal as top cathode could improve OSCs's lifetime, i.e., protecting cells from the damage by oxygen and moisture in air. Furthermore, the inverted configuration OSCs is the appealing alternative to the conventional regular structure due to the inherent vertical phase separation in the polymer active layers and high stability or long device lifetime. The inverted configuration OSCs have not only achieved an impressive PCE of 4.4%, but also exhibited an exceptional device lifetime without encapsulation. In this review article, the recent developments and vital researches on the inverted configuration OSCs are summarized.  相似文献

Potou is an isolated site, located in the northern coast of Senegal. The populations living in this area have no easy access to electricity supply. The use of renewable energies can contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of these populations. The methodology used in this paper consists in Sizing a hybrid solar–wind-battery system optimized through multi-objective genetic algorithm for this site and the influence of the load profiles on the optimal configuration. The two principal aims are: the minimization of the annualized cost system and the minimization of the loss of power supply probability (LPSP).To study the load profile influence, three load profiles with the same energy (94 kW h/day) have been used.The achieved results show that the cost of the optimal configuration strongly depends on the load profile. For example, the cost of the optimal configuration decreases by 7% and 5% going from profile 1 to 2 and for those ones going from 1 to 3.  相似文献

In the field of yarn dyeing, the most generally employed method is a type of package dyeing which uses a package of cheese stacked on a spindle made of a perforated tube. Spindles up to now, have been designed without considering the characteristics of dyeing liquid, focusing only on the geometric configuration which cause many problems such as lack of level dyeing. To improve the level dyeing and find the appropriate spindle configuration for the most effective dyeing process, this study examines the spindle flow-field in detail, using a computational method. Flow characteristics inside the spindle have been investigated with varying in porosity, porous diameter and the velocity of the flow. The results show that the total pressure of the flow through the spindle is used to overcome body force. The characteristics of the flow from the porous spindle could also be observed. Based on the results from this study, an effective spindle configuration for level-dyeing has been proposed.  相似文献

The part-load performance of gas and steam turbine combined cycles intended for naval use is of great importance, and it is influenced by the gas turbine configuration and load control strategy. This paper is aimed at quantifying the effects of variable geometry on the gas turbine part-load performance. Subsequently, in another paper, the effects of variable geometry on the part-load performance for combined cycles used for ship propulsion will be presented. Moreover, this paper is aimed at developing methodologies and deriving models for part-load simulations suitable for energy system analysis of various components within gas turbines. Two different gas turbine configurations are studied, a two-shaft aero-derivative configuration and a single-shaft industrial configuration. When both gas turbine configurations are running in part-load using fuel flow control, the results indicate better part-load performance for the two-shaft gas turbine. Reducing the load this way is accompanied by a much larger decrease in exhaust gas temperature for the single-shaft gas turbine than for the two-shaft configuration. As used here, the results suggest that variable geometry generally deteriorates the gas turbine part-load performance.  相似文献

In the present study, a finite-volume (FV) model has been developed to investigate the thermal behavior, the heat-up time and the corresponding temperature gradient for an anode-supported planar SOFC during the heat-up process. A methane burner is employed for the heat-up of the SOFC. Effects of the burner power and the flow configuration on the temperature distribution, the effective maximum-temperature-gradient, the heat-up time and the required energy in the heat-up process are investigated. The numerical results obtained from the present study show that the single-channel mode is impractical for the SOFC heat-up due to the lengthy heat-up time. For a fixed-power burner, the required heat-up time for the counter-flow configuration is about 25% less than that of the co-flow configuration. For the counter-flow configuration, the temperature gradient is averagely about 17% larger than that for the co-flow configuration. The total energy required for the counter-flow configuration is about 20% less than that for the co-flow configuration. The counter-flow configuration is superior to the others as far as the heat-up time and the required energy are concerned, although it yields a relatively higher maximum-temperature-gradient.  相似文献
