概述了锂基膨润土的制备过程。通过X射线衍射、差热分析及热失重分析,对钙基膨润土和锂基膨润土的矿物结构和失水特征进行了分析,并测试了膨润土的悬浮度;同时介绍了采用锂基膨润土作悬浮剂所制铸造涂料的配制工艺、性能和使用效果。结果表明,制备的锂基膨润土在醇溶剂中悬浮性良好,可缩短铸造涂料的生产周期,并降低生产成本。 相似文献

良好的悬浮剂能有效地保证涂料各组分的均一性,充分发挥涂料的作用,而且还有利于施涂,提高涂层和铸件的表面质量。通过悬浮剂种类和悬浮剂含量两个指标研究其对覆膜砂醇基涂料工艺性能的影响。结果表明:选取进口钠基膨润土做悬浮剂配制的涂料,与锂基膨润土、硅酸镁铝、ATT50、球粘土配制的涂料相比,具有更好的抗流淌性和流平性。随着悬浮剂含量不断增加,涂料的粘度、密度、流平性、悬浮性、涂层厚度及剪切稀释比有不同的变化。 相似文献

Studies on plasma spraying of zircon (ZrSiO4) have been carried out by the authors as one of the candidates for an environmental barrier coating (EBC) application, and
had reported that substrate temperature is one of the most important factors to obtain crack-free and highly adhesive coating.
In this study, several amounts of yttria were added to zircon powder, and the effect of the yttria addition on the structure
and properties of the coatings were evaluated to improve the stability of the zircon coating structure at elevated temperature.
The coatings obtained were composed of yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ), glassy silica, whereas the one prepared from monolithic
zircon powder was composed of the metastable high temperature tetragonal phase of zirconia and glassy silica. After the heat
treatment over 1200 °C, silica and zirconia formed zircon in all coatings. However, coatings with higher amounts of yttria
exhibited lower amounts of zircon. This resulted in the less open porosity of the coating at elevated temperature. These yttria-added
coatings also showed good adhesion even after the heat treatment, while monolithic zircon coating pealed off. 相似文献

This paper deals with the study of the effect of primary slurry parameters on the plate weight (ceramic retention test) in
ceramic shell investment casting process. Four controllable factors of the zircon flour and fused-silica powder based slurries
were studied at three levels each by Taguchi’s parametric approach and single-response optimization of plate weight was conducted
to identify the main factors controlling its stability. Variations in coating thickness with plate weight were calculated
for each slurry and ceramic shell moulds were made on wax plate using primary slurry and coarse fused-silica sand as stucco.
The Scanning Electronic Microscopy (SEM) technique has been used to study the surface morphology of zircon flour and fused
silca powder particles as well as primary coating (shell surface). X-ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis was done to identify the
various phases present in the ceramic slurry coating. Optical profilometer has been used to measure the surface roughness
of the shells. The result reveals that the surface condition of shell can be improved by increasing the plate weight, corresponding
to higher filler loading in the slurry. Confirmation experiments were conducted at an optimal condition showed that the surface
quality of the ceramic shell mould were improved significantly. Castings were produced using Al-7%Si alloy in recommended
parameters through ceramic shell investment casting process. Surface roughness of the produced casting were measured and presented
