近些年来,我国的经济发展迅速,屋面球节网架结构在建筑领域中的应用,其性能能够满足建筑结构需求,现已经开始广泛应用于大型工业厂房及公共建筑领域。网架施工质量会直接对工程整体质量以及结构安全造成影响,因此如何控制好网架施工质量开始成为业内人士的重点关注内容。目前应用的网架结构类型有多种,其中焊接球节网架施工技术操作较为便捷且施工质量易于控制,因此在工业厂房的施工过程中得到了应用。本文在焊接球节网架施工技术特点的基础上对如何做好施工中的质量控制进行了分析阐述。  相似文献

We study the composition of deposits on the internal surface of the Kremenchuk–Kherson oil pipeline and the corrosion damages of its top and bottom fragments. We show that, in the main, corrosion damages are attributable to the presence of groundwater. We have established that the corrosion resistances of operated and nonoperated pipe steel in groundwater are different. In mixed oil–water media, the corrosion rates of degraded and nondegraded steel are practically identical but, if there is no mixing, degraded steel corrodes 1.4–1.6 times faster.  相似文献

Electrochemical and corrosion behaviour of reinforced steel embedded in cement pastes incorporating different amounts of silica fume as a partial replacement of cement has been studied in chloride and sulphate solutions by using different electrochemical techniques.The results indicate that ,while steel passivity degree is low in the control samples‘upon soaking in the corrosive media,it has been high ih samples incorporating silica fume and increased with increasing silica fume content.The improvement effect of silica fume may be attributed to the pore solution structure of the cement paste,which limits the mobility of aggressive ions near the surface of the steel.The mechanism of steel corrosion due to chloride and sulphate attack and passivation effect of silica fume are discussed.  相似文献

The paper deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of improving regulatory and technical framework for assuring the quality and safety of metal structures and their protective coatings under the exposure of corrosive environment. Methodological approach has been developed to managing technological safety, assessing the risks of corrosion failures, and extension of an industrial facility's life based on company standards taking into account the requirements for safe operation of buildings and installations. Basic provisions of the method of limit states design have been analyzed to determine: design characteristics of corrosion impacts, computational models and design cases for affirming compliance of corrosion resistance, and durability and maintainability of structures and their protective coatings. Presented are practical examples of justifying the choice of means of primary and secondary protection, taking into account classification of the established levels of facility corrosion hazard. On the basis of limit state design principles, logistical control- and decision-making system is generated for reliability assurance of steel structures and protective coatings. Assessment criteria are specified for the risks with the use of the materials and technologies of primary and secondary corrosion protection.  相似文献

为了解决涂装前处理人工除锈效率低、普通酸除锈易返锈和积留残酸等问题,通过探讨除锈防锈剂的作用机理和进行成分筛选试验,研究了除锈防锈剂的成分和工艺条件对其除锈防锈性能的影响,确定了除锈防锈剂的最佳配方和工艺,除锈防锈效果优良.该除锈防锈剂在金属表面形成磷酸盐保护膜,既可作为普通金属除锈防锈剂使用,也可作为金属涂装前处理剂使用.  相似文献
