本文以中国铝业股分有限公司河南分公司氧化铝一厂赤泥过滤工序13#过滤机为研究对象，研究了过滤机转速与产能的关系，过滤压差与时间的关系。从转速和过滤压差两大因素方面对过滤机产能翻一番进行了可行性探索，并指出转速、压差提高一倍是使过滤机产能翻一番的重要途径，通过理论分析与现场生产测试，提出了过滤机产能翻一番的可行性方案并进行了工业生产实验。为外滤式转鼓真空过滤杌提产改造开拓出了一条新途径。

以气雾化奥氏体316L不锈钢细球形粉末为原料, 采用粉末冶金法, 制备成尺寸为d32 mm×2 mm的圆片状过滤材料。研究了烧结工艺及压制压力对烧结坯过滤性能的影响, 包括开孔隙率、最大孔径及其透气度。实验确定了如下最佳工艺参数: 烧结温度950℃, 保温时间1 h, 压制压力200 MPa; 在此条件下得到的多孔不锈钢过滤材料的开孔隙率为23.8%, 最大孔径为2.52μm。在100 kPa压力下该材料的透气度可达5.63 m3/(h·kPa·m2), 抗拉强度σb 达113.6 MPa。
