This paper addresses the robust visual tracking of multi-feature points for a 3D manipulator with unknown intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of the vision system. This class of control systems are highly nonlinear control systems characterized as time-varying and strong coupling in states and unknown parameters. It is first pointed out that not only is the Jacobian image matrix nonsingular, but also its minimum singular value has a positive limit. This provides the foundation of kinematics and dynamics control of manipulators with visual feedback. Second, the Euler angle expressed rotation transformation is employed to estimate a subspace of the parameter space of the vision system. Based on the two results above, and arbitrarily chosen parameters in this subspace, the tracking controllers are proposed so that the image errors can be made as small as desired so long as the control gain is allowed to be large. The controller does not use visual velocity to achieve high and robust performance with low sampling rate of the vision system. The obtained results are proved by Lyapunov direct method. Experiments are included to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel design of a robust visual tracking control system, which consists of a visual tracking controller and a visual state estimator. This system facilitates human–robot interaction of a unicycle-modeled mobile robot equipped with a tilt camera. Based on a novel dual-Jacobian visual interaction model, a robust visual tracking controller is proposed to track a dynamic moving target. The proposed controller not only possesses some degree of robustness against the system model uncertainties, but also tracks the target without its 3D velocity information. The visual state estimator aims to estimate the optimal system state and target image velocity, which is used by the visual tracking controller. To achieve this, a self-tuning Kalman filter is proposed to estimate interesting parameters and to overcome the temporary occlusion problem. Furthermore, because the proposed method is fully working in the image space, the computational complexity and the sensor/camera modeling errors can be reduced. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, in terms of tracking performance, system convergence, and robustness. 相似文献

In this paper, robust adaptive sliding mode tracking control for discrete-time multi-input multi-output systems with unknown parameters and disturbance is considered. The robust tracking controller is comprised of adaptive control and sliding mode control design. Bounded motion of the system around the sliding surface and stability of the global system in the sense that all signals remain bounded are guaranteed. If the disturbance and the reference signal are slowly varying with respect to the sampling frequency, the proposed sliding mode controller can reject the disturbance and output tracking can be approximately achieved. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the proposed approach. 相似文献

In this paper, the robust adaptive fuzzy tracking control problem is discussed for a class of perturbed strict-feedback nonlinear systems. The fuzzy logic systems in Mamdani type are used to approximate unknown nonlinear functions. A design scheme of the robust adaptive fuzzy controller is proposed by use of the backstepping technique. The proposed controller guarantees semi-global uniform ultimate boundedness of all the signals in the derived closed-loop system and achieves the good tracking performance. The possible controller singularity problem which may occur in some existing adaptive control schemes with feedback linearization techniques can be avoided. In addition, the number of the on-line adaptive parameters is not more than the order of the designed system. Finally, two simulation examples are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 相似文献

In this study, a robust adaptive control (RAC) system is developed for a class of nonlinear systems. The RAC system is comprised
of a computation controller and a robust compensator. The computation controller containing a radial basis function (RBF)
neural network is the principal controller, and the robust compensator can provide the smooth and chattering-free stability
compensation. The RBF neural network is used to approximate the system dynamics, and the adaptive laws are derived to on-line
tune the parameters of the neural network so as to achieve favorable estimation performance. From the Lyapunov stability analysis,
it is shown that all signals in the closed-loop RBAC system are uniformly ultimately bounded. To investigate the effectiveness
of the RAC system, the design methodology is applied to control two nonlinear systems: a wing rock motion system and a Chua’s
chaotic circuit system. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed RAC system can achieve favorable tracking performance
with unknown of the system dynamics. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the tracking control problem of robotic systems perturbed by time-varying parameters, unmodelled dynamics and external force (and moment) disturbances. The upper bound of system uncertainties and disturbances is not required for controller design. Also, no limitations are assumed on the speed of variation and the magnitude of unknown parameters and perturbations. An adaptive algorithm with simplicity and universality properties is proposed to ensure robust tracking. Presenting the closed loop stability proof analytically, the tracking controller is applied to a two-link robot manipulator and the simulation results are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the method. 相似文献

This paper investigates the robust adaptive output-feedback control for a class of nonlinear systems with general uncertainties and unknown parameters. First, a stable state observer is constructed and the system state is observed, and then the adaptive output-feedback controller is constructively designed for tracking the given reference signal. It is proven that the constructed controller is robust to the uncertainties of both the unknown parameters and the system states. These results show that the global stability of the resulting closed-loop systems has been guaranteed and the ε-tracking problem has been solved. Meanwhile, it is also proven that the tracking error tends to a ‘steady state’ at the negative exponential attenuating rate. Simulation examples show that the tracking effects of the designed adaptive control systems are good, and the control quantities used in the simulation examples are always within the range of the admissible control. 相似文献

This paper considers robust stochastic stability and PI tracking control problem for Markov jump systems with both input delay and an unknown nonlinear function. Based on the traditional PI control strategy, a new controller design scheme is proposed for nonlinear time-delay Markov jump systems which can realize multiple control objectives including robust stochastic stability and tracking performance. By using the Lyapunov stability theory and LMI algorithms, a sufficient condition for the solution to robust stochastic stability and tracking control problem is obtained. Then, the desired controller with PI structure is designed, which ensures the resulting closed-loop system is robust stochastically stable and the system state has favorable tracking performance. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results. 相似文献

The robust trajectory tracking problem for an eye-in-hand system is addressed in this paper. A novel visual feedback control model is proposed. It considers not only the uncertainties and disturbances in the robot model, but also the unknown camera parameters. By using sliding mode control, filter method and adaptive technique, the controller is designed such that the robot can track the desired trajectory well by using information provided by camera. Finally, stability and robustness are rigorously proved by using Lyapunov method. Computer simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed visual feedback controller. 相似文献

The output tracking controller design problem is dealt with for a class of nonlinear strict-feedback form systems in the presence of nonlinear uncertainties, external disturbance, unmodelled dynamics and unknown time-varying virtual control coefficients. A new method based on signal compensation is proposed to design a linear time-invariant robust controller, which consists of a nominal controller and a robust compensator. It is shown that the closed-loop control system with a controller designed by the proposed method has robust asymptotical practical tracking property for any bounded initial conditions and robust tracking transient property if all initial states are zero. 相似文献

In this paper, a robust adaptive tracking controller is proposed for a nonholonomic wheeled mobile robot (WMR) in the presence of unknown wheel slips. The role of the Gaussian wavelet network in this proposed controller is to approximate unknown smooth nonlinear dynamic functions due to no prior knowledge of the dynamic parameters of the WMR. In addition, one robust law is employed at the kinematic level so as to compensate the harmful effects of the unknown wheel slips, and another robust law is used at the dynamic level to overcome total uncertainties caused by dynamic parameter variations, external disturbances, etc. The stability of the whole closed-loop control system is proved in accordance with Lyapunov theory and Barbalat's lemma. Ultimately, the simulation results are shown in comparison with those of another control method under the same condition to confirm the validity and efficiency of this proposed control method. 相似文献

Autonomous Acquisition of Seam Coordinates for Arc Welding Robot Based on Visual Servoing 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Autonomous acquisition of seam coordinates is a key technology for developing advanced welding robot. This paper describes a position-based visual servo system for robotic seam tracking, which is able to autonomously acquire the seam coordinates of the planar butt joint in the robot base frame and plan the optimal camera angle before welding. A six-axis industrial robot is used in this system, which has an interface for communicating with the master computer. The developed visual sensor device is briefly presented that allows the charge-coupled device (CCD) cameras to rotate about the torch. A set of robust image processing algorithms are proposed so that no special requirements of light source are needed in this system. The feedback errors of this servo system are defined according to the characteristics of the seam image, and the robust tracking controller is developed. Both the image processing program and tracking control program run on the master computer. The experimental results on straight line seam and curve seam show that the accuracy of the seam coordinates acquired with this method is more adequate for high quality welding process. 相似文献

Dynamic feedback robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots based on visual servoing 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
This paper investigates the visual servoing robust stabilization of nonholonomic mobile robots. The calibration of visual parameters is not only complicated, but also needs great consumption of calculated time so that the accurate calibration is impossible in some situations for high requirement of real timing. Hence, it is interesting and important to consider the design of stabilizing controllers for nonholonomic kinematic systems with uncalibrated visual parameters. A novel uncertain model of these nonholonomic kinematic systems is proposed. Based on this model, a stabilizing controller is discussed by using dynamic feedback and two-step techniques. The proposed robust controller makes the mobile robot image pose and the orientation converge to the desired configuration despite the lack of depth information and the lack of precise visual parameters. The stability of the closed loop system is rigorously proved. The simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the presented controllers. 相似文献

This paper presents a robust adaptive state feedback control scheme for a class of parametric-strict-feedback nonlinear systems in the presence of time varying actuator failures. The designed adaptive controller compensates a general class of actuator failures without any need for explicit fault detection. The parameters, times, and patterns of the considered failures are completely unknown. The proposed controller is constructed based on a backstepping design method. The global boundedness of all the closed-loop signals is guaranteed and the tracking error is proved to converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. The proposed approach is employed for a two-axis positioning stage system as well as an aircraft wing system. The simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed robust adaptive actuator failure compensation approach. 相似文献
