采用化合法制备了氟铝酸钾钎剂,对所制备的钎剂进行了DSC-TG分析,并进行了XRD测试,与熔炼法、机械研磨法、烧结法和水调法所制备的同类钎剂进行了对比.结果表明,化合法制备的钎剂熔点最低、钎焊性最好. 相似文献

本文对石材切割锯片刀头结合剂中铁含量对金刚石的把持力进行了试验研究。在刀头结合剂中以适量的铁来取代钴,并采用适合的铁镍比例,可以获得与高钴结合剂相当的基体强度和优于高钴结合剂的把持力。同时,对结合剂中铁含量对金刚石把持力的影响原因进行了分析。 相似文献

Copper and nickel alloys and titanium for seawater applications Copper and nickel alloys and titanium have been successfully used for heat exchangers on ships. In power plants and for chemical apparatus and piping systems because of their resistance against corrosion in sea water. Aluminium brass and copper nickel alloys, the standard materials for condensers and coolers, however, may be attacked, the corrosion depending on water quality, water velocity, and structural conditions. The mechanisms of corrosion are discussed. Under severe conditions the use of titanium may be indecated. The use of nickel base alloys is advantageous at elevated temperatures, e. g. for chemical reactions and for evaporation processes. This paper stresses the need for focussing on a better understanding of the term ‘chloride threshold value’ for initiating reinforcement corrosion in concrete structures. It also focuses on the need for more precise values for modelling chloride ingress and for decision making in repair projects and finally on the need for a reliable internationally accepted test method for measuring the chloride threshold value. A new fractal-based functional model for anisotropic rough surfaces is used to devise and test two methods for the approximate computation of the fractal dimension of surfaces, and as an instrument for simulating the topography of engineering surfaces. A certain type of statistical self-affinity is proved for the model, and this property serves as the basis for one of the methods of approximating fractal dimension. The other technique for calculating fractal dimension is derived from a Hölder type condition satisfied by the model. Algorithms for implementing both of these new schemes for computing a proximate values of fractal dimension are developed and compared with standard procedures. Both the functional model and its corresponding modified Gaussian height distribution are used for simulating fractal surfaces and several examples are adduced that strongly resemble some common anisotropic engineering surfaces. 相似文献

Research progress on refractory composition and deformability of shell molds for TiAl alloy castings
At present, most TiAl components are produced by an investment casting process. Environmental and economic pressures have, however, resulted in a need for the industry to improve the current casting quality, reduce manufacturing costs and explore new markets for the process. Currently, the main problems for investment casting of TiAl alloys are cracks, porosities, and surface defects. To solve these problems, many studies have been conducted around the world, and it is found that casting defects can be reduced by improving composition and properties of the shell molds. It is important to make a summary for the related research progress for quality improvement of TiAl castings. So, the development on refractory composition of shell molds for TiAl alloy investment castings was reviewed, and research progress on deformability of shell mold for TiAl alloy castings both at home and abroad in recent years was introduced. The existing methods for deformability characterization and methods for improving the deformability of shell molds were summarized and discussed. The updated advancement in numerical simulation of TiAl alloy investment casting was presented, showing the necessity for considering the deformability of shell mold during simulation. Finally, possible research points for future studies on deformability of shell mold for TiAl alloy investment casting were proposed. 相似文献

Knowledge based approach is effective for renovating design and manufacturing processes. The objective of this paper is to investigate roles and usages of expert engineering knowledge in high-quality manufacturing, and to study a practical knowledge capturing method for realizing engineering support tools. An engineer oriented interface for a capturing method is proposed, and a flexible representation framework is studied for various types of expert knowledge. An integrated knowledge-based system has been developed for mold design support.
