攀长钢获得9项“十一五”金属材料国家课题

经过攀长钢公司相关部门及技术中心的共同努力，我公司共获得国家“十一五”金属材料国家课题9项，现披露如下：1、无钴马氏体时效钢研制；2、TM210马氏体时效钢批量生产稳定性研究；3、超高强度不锈钢研制；4、核动力装置屏蔽导磁不锈钢研制；5、MGH754合金板材研制；6、MP159合金及新一代高温高强度紧固合金研制；7、高性能低膨胀高温合金研制及工程化研究（GH738）；8、高成型性MCH956合金板带技术研究；9、GH169合金盘件工程化及大棒材研究。此次获得9项“十一五”金属材料国家课题，充分说明我公司在特钢领域具有雄厚的技术实力和研发实力，不愧为国家重要的高温合金生产基地。     

UNS NO6600合金（GH600）生产试制

UNS NO6600合金采用二种冶炼工艺进行了生产试制，出于对降低成本和大批量生产考虑，我公司主要采用非真空感应炉＋电渣重熔工艺生产UNS NO6600合金。非真空感应炉＋电渣重熔与真空感应炉＋电渣重熔一样，各项技术指标均满足技术条件要求。     

粉末高温合金的研制与展望

回顾了８０年代初以来我国粉末高温合金的研制过程和取得的阶段性成就。着重介绍了ＦＧＨ９５合金生产中所采用的等离子旋转电极制粉及筛分、静电处理工艺,热等静压＋包套锻造成形工艺,以及生产过程中粉末及制件的质量控制。此外还介绍了ＦＧＨ９５合金制件的组织性能和热处理工艺。通过近２０年的探索,采用上述工艺,并以自制的整套粉末高温合金生产设备,成功地试制和生产了以涡轮盘件、涡轮档板为主的粉末合金制件。文章最后指出我国粉末高温合金下一步的研究方向。     

高温合金熔模铸造车间的工艺设计

从我国高温合金熔模铸造的生产工艺、主要铸造设备入手,以硅溶胶的制壳工艺为例,分析高温合金熔模铸造车间的工艺设计特点,得出合理的工艺布局。并结合生产情况,提出了高温合金熔模铸造车间环境保护的相关措施。     

粉末高温合金的现状及潜力

本文论述了粉末高温合金的现状。对用不同工艺路线生产的粉末高温合金的性能进行了对比。提出了进一步严格控制生产工艺,提高性能,保证产品质量的措施和今后粉末高温合金的研究方向。     

高温合金1986年攻关总结会议在大冶钢厂召开

冶金部高温合金协调组1986年攻关总结会议于1986年12月5日～7日在大冶钢厂召开。会议充分交流了高温合金1986年的攻关工作和生产技术方面的情况。GH36、GH37、GH49、GH33A、GH30、GH35、GH132等牌号及难变形高温合金穿管工艺诸项目攻关取得了明显成果,基本上完成高温合金协调组1986年的攻关计划。     

镍基高温合金的熔炼工艺研究进展

镍基高温合金的熔炼方法是合金质量的决定性因素，真空感应熔炼可有效控制合金锭中O、N、H等气体及有害杂质元素含量，精确控制合金成分。在此基础上，对合金进行重熔（电渣重熔及真空自耗重熔），可进一步降低合金中S、P等有害杂质含量，消除成分偏析及缩孔等缺陷，对凝固组织进行优化调控，从而实现大规格高质量合金锭的熔炼。本文综述了镍基高温合金的熔炼工艺进展，重点介绍了真空感应熔炼、电渣重熔、真空自耗重熔等常用熔炼技术的原理和特点，论述了“真空感应熔炼+保护气氛电渣重熔”、“真空感应熔炼+真空自耗重熔”双联工艺，以及“真空感应熔炼+保护气氛电渣重熔+真空自耗重熔”三联工艺在镍基高温合金熔炼方面的研究进展，并对镍基高温合金熔炼工艺的选择和发展方向提出建议。     

航空用Stellirel合金铸件的开发研制

本文通过对航空用Stellitel合金铸件的铸件模型设计及感应炉熔炼工艺的探索，为高温合金系列中的钴基合金铸件的开发生产提供了参考。
