为提高超疏油/超亲水涂层的机械耐久性,首次提出以碳纳米管、正硅酸乙酯和丙烯酸树脂为原料,加入全氟辛酸和壳聚糖季铵盐进行改性,喷涂制备出一种具有高机械耐久性的油水分离网。利用接触角测试、砂纸磨损实验和油水分离实验,评价分离网的润湿性、机械耐久性和油水分离能力,并通过光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对涂层磨损前后的形貌变化进行分析。结果表明,当碳纳米管掺杂量为1.5%时,制备的涂层油接触角为155.5°,水接触角为0°,具有良好的超润湿性;经过160次砂纸磨损实验,仍保持超疏油/超亲水状态,表现出优异的机械耐久性;在油和水(碱性、酸性、中性、冷、热)的混合溶液中均有96%以上的分离效率和1.6×104 L/(m2·h)以上的渗透通量,经过20次分离后分离效率为96.33%,具有良好的油水分离能力。 相似文献

为研究大型低温储罐网壳结构常用的子午线和三角形两种结构形式的力学性能,针对1万方低温储罐分别采用两种网壳形式进行设计,通过有限元软件建模分析,对双子午线网壳和三角形网壳进行参数化建模,并针对不同的工况及不同长度下网壳的变形和应力情况进行分析计算,可以看出在相同用料长度下三角形网壳的最大应变和应力较大,在不同载荷工况下三角形网壳随着网壳层数增加,由定值载荷(内压、集中载荷、风载及雪载)引起的应变及应力随层数增加而减小,由自重、地震载荷或多种载荷叠加引起的应变及应力随层数增加而先减小后增大,通过对两种网壳结构形式进行力学性能仿真分析,为大型低温储罐网壳结构设计和选型提供依据。 相似文献

通过对双加压法硝酸装置铂网使用情况和铂网脱边事故的统计,分析了氧化炉采用平编三元网存在的问题;论述了经编二元网的特性和优点;计算了铂网的生产强度和接触时间,确定了铂网丝径;总结了硝酸装置使用经编二元网的运行效果和经济效益,结果表明,吨酸氨耗降低了2.48kg,铂耗降低了10mg,经编二元网优于平编三元网。 相似文献

为克服等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石生物涂层在结合强度和成分上的缺点,通过在钛合金基体上等离子喷涂二水磷酸氢钙和二氧化钻(锐钛矿型)复合粉末,并后续水热处理,制备了二氧化钛—羟基磷灰石复合涂层。结果表明:二水磷酸氢钙和二氧化钛复合粉末的等离子喷涂涂层由CaHPO4,Ca2P2O7,Ca3(PO4)2,非晶磷酸钙和二氧化钛组成。水热处理涂层由羟基磷灰石和二氧化钛组成,升高水热处理温度可提高涂层中羟基磷灰石的结晶性。随着原始粉中二氧化钛加入量的增加,喷涂涂层中磷酸钙的含量和水热处理涂层中羟基磷灰石的含量减少,羟基磷灰石的晶体形貌从细针状变为小颗粒状,喷涂涂层和水热处理涂层的结合强度也随之升高。当二氧化钛的质量分数为60%,水热处理涂层的结合强度可达17MPa。 相似文献

为研究湖南攸县网岭古墓群出土的西汉时期陶器的组成结构和保存现状,利用超景深三维视频显微镜、X射线荧光光谱仪、热膨胀仪、扫描电镜-能谱仪、红外光谱仪,对陶器的胎体成分、烧制温度、表面涂层属性等进行了深入分析。结果表明:这批陶器胎体成分相近,为高铁易熔黏土;陶胎结构较为疏松,烧成温度范围为880~960℃;确定样品表面有锡层装饰,属于锡涂陶的范畴,同时红外光谱分析显示表面黑色物质中存在胶结材料。以上分析结果为研究西汉时期锡涂陶的成分组成、制作工艺及发展等提供了新的研究资料。 相似文献

Gas induction in agitated vessels with turbine impellers can be modelled accurately by means of radial basis function neural nets. The results obtained with the radial basis neural net were significantly better than those obtained by multivariate regression models or standard back propagation neural nets. Moreover, by using the radial basis function neural net model, it was possible to conduct a sensitivity analysis of the variables affecting aeration. Increased medium density showed a strong adverse effect, while variation of the viscosity can cause an increase or a decrease in the rate of aeration, depending on the prevailing process conditions. 相似文献

The defense mechanism of crops associated with the use of polymeric nets and fabrics is only physical and, hence, ineffective against the bacterial contaminations. The presence of an antibacterial agent associated with the use of conventional agro‐textiles can represent a great advantage in the prevention of plant diseases and for food safety. The aim of this work was the development of antibacterial silver‐coated HDPE nets for an innovative application such as agriculture. Antibacterial coatings on high‐density polyethylene nets were obtained by a patented nanosilver deposition technique based on the in situ photo‐reduction of a silver solution. The concentration of silver deposited was defined by testing different silver solutions from a biological point of view. Moreover, in order to improve the adhesion of the silver coating to the substrate, the nets underwent low‐pressure plasma treatment before the silver deposition. The materials were characterized in terms of quality of the coating through scanning electron microscopy, and in terms of antibacterial capability on Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria through qualitative and quantitative microbiological tests. In general, non-destructive evaluation is applied to detect and localize structural faults using a signal with a wavelength smaller than the detected fault. But the method requires analyzing the object in numerous small sections to detect the damage. Non-invasive diagnosis methods for fault detection are used in different industrial sectors. In this work, the main focus is on global fault detection for structural mechanical components such as a bonded beam using artificial intelligence, i.e., neural nets. Therefore, the fault detection procedure requires only a global measurement in the structural component in operational conditions. An experimental setup using two aluminum beams bonded with an adhesive was used to simulate a bonded joint. Different sizes of adhesive surface simulate faults in the original adhesive joint. Thereafter, resonance frequency shifts in the Frequency Response Functions (FRFs) were used to detect structural faults. Damage in structures causes small changes in the structural resonances. Then, the FRFs were used as an input into an artificial supervised neural network. This work considers global non-destructive tests focused only on the soundness estimation of the system. The neural network involved is a supervised feed-forward network with Levenberg–Marquardt backpropagation algorithm, which classifies the beams in four clusters. The classification consists in beam damaged or not damaged. If the beam is damaged the intensity of the fault is established. 相似文献
