针对制造企业在应用CAx系统过程中如何集成各种信息资源和知识的问题,以汽车后桥产品设计开发为研究对象,提出了一种基于知识的协同CAx集成系统平台框架。采用基于本体论的知识建模方法,提出一种特征参数度量的相似实例检索方法,实现了知识的重用,着重叙述了基于实例推理技术、面向设计流程的知识驱动设计计算、基于特征参数的CAD建模方法、基于模型共享的CAE分析以及产品虚拟装配等关键技术,并开发了此系统平台,实现了基于知识的CAD/CAE集成,有效地支持了汽车后桥产品设计。  相似文献

通过对组装线管控(ALC)系统与ERP系统的封装调用集成模式、间接集成模式及直接集成模式3种不同集成方式的分析,着重研究了基于中间文件的集成技术.从ALC与ERP、MES的关系以及ALC与ERP的集成分析两方面进行分析探讨.以杭州某精密机械有限公司ALC系统开发为例,给出了ALC系统间接集成的解决方案.使用该系统能够更精细地控制生产过程,减少生产提前期,降低制造成本.  相似文献

Product development is a highly creative and knowledge-intensive process that involves extensive information and knowledge exchange and sharing among geographically distributed teams and developers. How to best integrate such heterogeneous product knowledge has become an extremely important knowledge management (KM) subject associated with product development. Product development knowledge integration and sharing is becoming a key issue in the enterprise KM. This paper addresses the challenges of product development knowledge integration and sharing during product development. The aim of this research work effort is to develop a method to enhance the integration and sharing of product knowledge during the development phase. This study presents a systematic approach to developing knowledge integration and sharing for product development. The proposed approach includes the steps for designing a framework of product development knowledge sharing, developing representation model for product development knowledge, designing product development knowledge sharing process, designing product development knowledge integration ontology, developing knowledge integration and sharing method for product development based on ontology, and implementation of product development knowledge integration and sharing method. The proposed method could bring out an efficient and proactive way for knowledge integration and sharing among product developers in the product development process.  相似文献

This paper deals with the conceptual design and development of an enterprise modeling and integration framework using knowledge discovery and data mining. First, the paper briefly presents the background and current state-of-the-art of knowledge discovery in databases and data mining systems and projects. Next, enterprise knowledge engineering is dealt with. The paper suggests a novel approach of utilizing existing enterprise reference architectures, integration and modeling frameworks by the introduction of new enterprise views such as mining and knowledge views. An extension and a generic exploration of the information view that already exists within some enterprise models are also proposed. The Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture is also outlined versus the existing architectures and the proposed enterprise framework. The main contribution of this paper is the identification and definition of a common knowledge enterprise model which represents an original combination between the previous projects on enterprise architectures and the Object Management Group (OMG) models and standards. The identified common knowledge enterprise model has therefore been designed using the OMG's Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) and Common Warehouse MetaModel (CWM), and it also follows the RM-ODP (ISO/OSI). It has been partially implemented in Java?, Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and Corba/IDL. Finally, the advantages and limitations of the proposed enterprise model are outlined.  相似文献

The inability of engineering managers to accurately predict schedule impact after a software integration test error results in increased schedule risk based on underestimation of the schedule delay. This research outlines how to effectively apply knowledge integration to provide engineering managers with a simple approach to support decisions by incorporating evidence-based recommendations for schedule impact that considers both legacy and current data. Knowledge integration is used to merge known software integration challenges with error reports from U.S. Army software integration test events to define Naïve Bayes Model features. This approach results in a model that predicts schedule delay caused by a software integration error more accurately than existing approaches.  相似文献

To cope with the increasingly competitive and demanding markets, CNC machine tool company needs a new form of development that focuses on two core competency factors: ‘process’ and ‘knowledge’. This study presents a knowledge-centric process management framework for the CNC machine tool design and development (D&D) with the integration of process and knowledge. Requirements for the framework are generated based primarily on the nature of the machine tool design practice. The proposed framework consists of process integration model, process simulation, process execution and knowledge objects management modules. Each of these modules is elaborated to support the knowledge-centric machine tool development process management. Finally, the prototype development is presented. Results of this study facilitate the knowledge integration in CNC machine tool D&D, and thus increase machine tool development capability, reduce development cycle time and cost, and ultimately speed up the effectiveness and ensure the excellent machine tool development.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the use of interorganisational knowledge models with the purpose of standardising engineer-to-order (ETO) products. Such product variant reductions can lead to decreased costs for both the ETO company and its suppliers without reducing sales. In spite of the attention that supply chain integration has received in the literature, supply chain integration with a focus on the integration of product knowledge in ETO companies and their suppliers has not received much attention. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to define this type of supply chain integration. The concept is investigated by a case study, which supports the claim that supply chain product knowledge integration is an approach for increasing the competitiveness of ETO companies and their suppliers. Given the gap in the literature, the paper may potentially open a new horizon for studying supply chain integration.  相似文献

Configuration performance prediction (CPP) is critical in the whole process of configuration design for a modular product family. Its aim is to estimate the key performance parameter values in advance, thus evaluating if the product variant can satisfy the customers’ personalised requirements or not. In this paper, we propose a novel prediction approach based on the integration of rough set and neural network ensemble through discovering the knowledge from the historical configuration information table. The minimal hitting set is introduced and its equivalence relationship with the minimal attribute reduction is proven. A genetic algorithm is designed to perform the approximate reduction of the condition attributes. A neural network ensemble model used for regression prediction is constituted by means of the variant bagging method based on error clustering. This methodology can reuse the discovered configuration rules and knowledge efficiently, as well as reduce the effort of experimental measurement to some extent. Finally, the applicability of this prediction method is verified on a newly developed refrigerator family.  相似文献
