本文应用电化学方法及物相分析技术研究了Ni_3Al-0.2B金属间化合物在熔融NaCl-(Na,K)_2SO_4中的腐蚀.发现Ni_3Al-0.2B耐熔盐热腐蚀能力极差,硫化-氧化是腐蚀破坏的主要原因.Ni_3Al-0.2B中添加6at.-%Cr,0.5at.-%Zr加速了材料的腐蚀。 相似文献

Ti—Al金属间化合物多孔材料兼备陶瓷和金属多孔材料的性能优势,为具有很大发展潜力的新型无机多孔材料。目前,对于Ti—Al金属间化合物多孔材料的研究包括以下3个方面:反应合成Ti—Al金属间化合物多孔材料的制备及孔结构形成过程和机理;偏扩散-反应合成-烧结制备的Ti-Al金属间化合物多孔材料的物理、化学性能;偏扩散-反应合成Ti-Al金属间化合物多孔材料的应用及其潜力。Ti-Al金属间化合物多孔材料包括多孔体、多孔膜和多孔纸型膜等多种形式;Ti—AI金属间化合物多孔材料的性能主要包括膨胀特性、孔结构性能、抗环境腐蚀性能及焊接性能;Ti—Al金属间化合物多孔材料的现有应用范围主要包括过程工业中流体介质的过滤分离净化,以及化学工业中复合钯膜的支撑体。 相似文献

采用元素粉末反应合成的方法并用尿素作为造孔剂制备Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料。用电化学和浸泡实验表征Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料在6 mol/L KOH溶液中的抗腐蚀行为。系统研究孔结构对材料抗腐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:孔隙率较大的Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料较孔隙率较小的样品腐蚀更严重,这是由于孔隙率较大的样品具有复杂的联通孔结构以及较大的比表面积。然而,材料的腐蚀速率与比表面积并不成正比,这是因为随着孔隙率的增大,材料的孔径大小、孔径分布以及孔隙形状都随之变化。不同孔隙率大小的Ni3Al金属间化合物多孔材料在碱溶液中均表现出较好的抗腐蚀性能。 相似文献

AbstractThis paper presents results of a research on the corrosion resistance of composite Ni/Al2O3 coatings electrochemically deposited from Watts baths containing different amounts (0, 20, 100 g dm?3) of Al2O3 particles. Potentiodynamic tests and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurements were carried out in a 3% solution of NaCl. The coatings with about 6 wt-% of corundum, deposited from a bath with 100 g dm?3 of a powder, showed the best protective properties. The rate of corrosion of such coatings after 7 days of exposure in the NaCl solution was over two times slower than that of coatings containing 2 wt-% of Al2O3 and six times slower than that of a standard nickel coating. Two equivalent circuits: one consisting of two RC circuits and the other one made up of three RC circuits were used for the analysis of the impedance spectra. Regardless of the presence and amount of the Al2O3 particles in the nickel coating, during first day of exposure in the NaCl solution a layer of nickel oxides and hydroxides forms on the surface of the coatings increasing their corrosion resistance. In the case of coatings with 6 wt-% of Al2O3, the passive layer is least vulnerable to the aggressive action of Cl? ions. 相似文献

Porous Ni3Al alloys was prepared by cold pressing and reactive synthesis of Ni and Al elemental powders via the Kirkendall effect. Corrosion behavior of porous Ni3Al alloys was investigated by electrochemical tests and weight change measurements. Polarization resistance indicated that porous Ni3Al had more positive free corrosion potential and lower corrosion current than porous Ni and porous Ti and exhibited a wider passive region. The immersion test revealed that after 2000 h immersion, the weight change and pore structure of porous Ni3Al stayed stable in KOH solution. The influence of temperature on corrosion behavior and corrosion mechanism of porous Ni3Al were also discussed. 相似文献

采用质量损失法研究了温度和浓度对化学镀Ni-Cu-P镀层和316L不锈钢在盐酸溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,在高温盐酸溶液中,Ni-Cu-P镀层的耐蚀性优于316L不锈钢,盐酸浓度对316L不锈钢腐蚀速率的影响大于Ni-Cu-P镀层,盐酸浓度由5%升高到20%,316L不锈钢和Ni-Cu-P镀层的腐蚀速率分别增大了2.7倍和0.6倍;在盐酸溶液中,Ni-Cu-P镀层发生均匀腐蚀,316L不锈钢发生选择性腐蚀,且温度和浓度越高,选择性腐蚀越严重. 相似文献

The inhibitive action and adsorption behaviour of pomegranate leave extract (PGLE) on corrosion of carbon steel in 1M HCl solution at 293–333?K was investigated through chemical (weight loss measurements), electrochemical (potentiodynamic polarisation) and surface analysis [Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD)] methods. Results obtained shows that the adsorption of PGLE molecules on the C steel surface obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and acts as mixed type inhibitor for C steel in 1M HCl with anodic as its dominant inhibitor at high concentration. The inhibitory property of the extract was discussed in terms of the mechanism by which its components adsorb onto the C steel surface. Activation energy of corrosion and other thermodynamic parameters such as standard free energy, standard enthalpy and standard entropy of the adsorption process as well as FTIR and XRD examinations of the electrode surface revealed that the corrosion inhibition of C steel in 1M HCl in the presence of PGLE is mainly controlled by the physical adsorption process. 相似文献

Despite the excellent high temperature mechanical properties of the Ni3Al intermetallic compound, its application is still limited due to its inherently weak grain boundary. Recent research advances have demonstrated that the tensile ductility can be enhanced by controlling the grain morphology using a directional solidification. In this study, a series of directional solidification experiments were carried out to increase both the tensile ductility and the strength of Ni3Al alloys by arraying either the ductile phase of γ-Ni-rich dendrite fibers or the hard phase of β-NiAl dendrite fibers in the γ′-Ni3Al matrix. The dendrite arm spacing could be controlled by the solidification rate, and the volume fraction of the γ or β phase could be altered by the Al content, ranging from 23 at.% to 27 at.%. With an increasing Al content, the γ dendritic microstructure was transformed into the β dendrite in the γ′ matrix, thereby reducing the tensile ductility by increasing the volume fraction of brittle β dendrites in the γ′ matrix. With an increasing solidification rate, the dendrite arm spacing decreased and the tensile properties of Ni3Al varied in a complex manner. The microstructural evolution affecting the tensile behavior of directionally solidified Ni3Al alloy specimens with different solidification rates and Al contents is discussed. 相似文献

Corrosion inhibition effect of Justicia gendarussa extract (JGPE) on mild steel in 1 M HCl medium has been investigated by weight loss and electrochemical techniques. Inhibition efficiency of 93% was achieved with 150 ppm JGPE at 25 °C. The polarization studies showed that JGPE acts as mixed-type inhibitor. The Nyquist plots showed that on increasing JGPE concentration, increases charge transfer resistance and decreases double layer capacitance. JGPE obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. AFM and ESCA confirmed the adsorption of JGPE on mild steel surface. Finally, JGPE inhibition efficiency was discussed in terms of adsorption and protective film formation. 相似文献

A heterocyclic Schiff base furoin thiosemicarbazone was tested for its corrosion inhibition towards mild steel in 1 M HCl solution using weight loss, Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. Furoin thiosemicarbazone revealed good corrosion inhibition efficiency even at low concentrations towards mild steel in HCl medium. Comparison of corrosion inhibition efficiency of Schiff base and its parent amine and effect of temperature on inhibition efficiency were also investigated. The adsorption of furoin thiosemicarbazone on mild steel surface obeys Langmuir isotherm. 相似文献

The inhibition effect of four double Schiff bases on the corrosion of mild steel in 2 M HCl has been studied by polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and weight loss measurements. The inhibitors were adsorbed on the steel surface according to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. From the adsorption isotherm, some thermodynamic data for the adsorption process were calculated and discussed. Kinetic parameters activation such as Ea, ΔH∗, ΔS∗ were evaluated from the effect of temperature on corrosion and inhibition processes. The inhibitive action of the aqueous extracts of fruit peels against corrosion of carbon steel in a 1 M HCl solution was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, potentiodynamic polarization curves, weight loss measurements and surface analysis. We analyzed aqueous extracts of mango, orange, passion fruit and cashew peels in different concentrations and found that the extracts act as good corrosion inhibitors for the tested system. The inhibition efficiency increases with increasing extract concentration and decreases with temperature. The adsorption of components of the fruit peel extracts on the surface of the carbon steel follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. 相似文献
