通过剪切应力扫描、时间扫描和角频率扫描3种不同的流变方法,研究了2种环氧结构胶的流变性能。结果表明:环氧结构胶的黏弹性能与其最终使用性能密切相关;通过采用流变仪测试环氧结构胶的屈服应力、固化速率和低频下的黏弹性能,可快速评估环氧结构胶的抗垂挂性能、可操作时间和储存稳定性能。  相似文献

为了得出户外运动服纤维在运行过程中的动态黏弹性能,利用动态黏弹分析设备考察和分析其变化规律。选择户外运动服作为性能测试研究的实验原材料,并通过抽丝工艺获得运动服纤维。在实际环境下安装测试设备,设置相关的客观测试条件与动态黏弹性能测试指标。通过记录相关的性能变化数据得出结论:在线性黏弹性区域内,温度与运动频率不会对纤维的应力与应变产生影响,在非线性黏弹性区域内,户外运动服纤维发生了复杂的松弛和转变,在不同运动频率的影响下,动态黏弹性变化模量呈下降趋势,在不同温度的影响下,动弹黏弹性变化呈周期性变化。  相似文献

在选定粘结剂体系的基础上,制备了不同片状银粉含量的银碳浆。分别测试了浆料固化膜的导电性能、浆料的黏度曲线、应变扫描曲线和频率扫描曲线,以表征分析片状银粉含量对银碳浆性能的影响。结果表明随片状银粉所占比例的增加膜层方阻呈指数递减;不同片银含量的银碳浆均表现出剪切变稀行为,随片状银粉所占比例的增加浆料在低剪切下的黏度降低;碳浆、银碳浆的线性黏弹区范围基本一致,但银碳浆流动点较碳浆小,流动性较好;银碳浆相对碳浆具有更好的贮存稳定性,印刷适性更佳。  相似文献

本文对材料纳米力学性能测试方法进行了研究,重点分析了颗粒材料纳米压痕测试的原理和方法.针对纳米压痕测试需求,设计了一种简易制样方法,实测了泥沙粒子表面硬度和弹性模量.并利用应变式直剪仪测试了泥沙颗粒表面摩擦性能.结果表明,泥沙颗粒表面纳米硬度及弹性模量分别为1.94 GPa和30.57 GPa,颗粒表面摩擦系数约为0.65.纳米压痕及直剪试验提供了丰富的颗粒材料近表面弹塑形变形和摩擦信息,是评价泥沙颗粒力学及摩擦性能的有效方法.  相似文献

抗裂性能好的混凝土一般都具有较高的抗拉强度、较低的弹性模量和较小的干缩。干缩和弹强比是评价混凝土抗裂性能的两个重要指标 ,抗裂性能好的混凝土一般都具有较低的干缩和弹强比。本文在试验的基础上 ,论述了混凝土的干缩和弹强比随粉煤灰掺量的变化关系 ,指出混凝土的抗裂性能随粉煤灰掺量的增加而提高 ,并对粉煤灰提高混凝土抗裂性能的机理进行探讨。  相似文献

提出了弹形管和扭曲管对蒸发式冷凝器强化传热,测试了冷却水喷淋密度和风速对其传热与能耗性能的影响,并与圆管进行了对比.研究结果表明,传热系数和能耗均随冷却水喷淋密度和风速的增大而增大,但冷却水喷淋密度增大到一定值后,传热系数基本不变甚至略有减小;弹形管和扭曲管比圆管的传热系数分别高9.2%~19.0%和18.0%~33.1%,总能耗分别低2.6%~4.9%和高2.6%~4.9%,综合性能比分别高11.1%~23.0%和16.7%~23.7%.  相似文献

The advanced corrosion resistant aircraft coatings program (ACRAC) is part of the Air Force strategy to improve performance and reduce environmental impact of coatings used on Air Force weapon systems. The program addresses the Air Force near and mid-term strategies to eliminate chromate corrosion inhibitors and reduce steps in the outer mold line coating process. Evaluation of the coating process (surface preparation, conversion coating, primer, topcoat) as a system is a key feature of the ACRAC program. Results to date indicate that the current-state-of-the-art nonchromated coating systems are significantly less effective than those with chromate. A chromate conversion coating is required for the nonchromate primer system to meet minimum requirements. Sol–gel-process based conversion coatings can replace chromate conversion coatings provided a chromated primer is used. Several approaches to incorporating inhibitors into sol–gel coatings are discussed. Electrochemical methods for testing coating performance are discussed and a new procedure based on impedance spectroscopy for evaluating active damage repair is presented.  相似文献

Caseless ammunition is subjected to considerable loading both prior to and during use in the weapon. In order to be able to assess the suitability of the ammunition whilst still at the development stage, the types of loading which might occur were analyzed and test methods for their laboratory simulation compiled. A small calibre caseless ammunition developed at ICT was tested on this basis. It was concluded that the simulated loadings had no detrimental effect on the ammunition.  相似文献

The great interest in Fuel Cell Systems, combined with the innovation of the device itself, has led to a huge developmental effort to make the steps necessary for future FC plant commissioning. The clearest and most effective way to evaluate the performance of a fuel cell is to measure it directly and, since few fuel cell test rigs are available at the moment, standard experimental procedures have not been realized so far. Our research group is currently performing single cell testing at the University of Perugia fuel cell laboratory and particular emphasis has been put on the definition of procedures and the testing of parameterisation. The work team strongly believes that this is the key to effective system testing and reliable performance evaluation. In this work, the test parameterisation developed by the team, and the resulting advanced control procedure used for a single MCFC experimental characterization are presented. Efforts have been dedicated to obtain some relevant non‐dimensional parameters to allow an easy understanding of the results and quick comparisons with other tests under different operating conditions, or with results obtained on different cells eventually tested in different laboratories. The authors strongly emphasise this topic to avoid the data that developers and research institutions collect being of no practical use due to a lack of shared rules.  相似文献

A general development of proven composition variants is derived from the historical evolution of primer compositions. Rules and requirements for new developments can be drawn up. On the basis of this knowledge the concept of a primer mixture, containing non-toxic elements is laid down. An analysis of the air in firing ranges enables a comparison of the emission behaviour of conventional sinoxide ammunition and the new sintox ammunition. Key measurements for ozone generator efficiency testing include generator power, ozone concentration, and gas flow rate. Accurate gas flow measurement must address numerous issues such as: meter precision, meter calibration, gas density changes due to variations in molecular composition, and gas compression and expansion changes due to variation in temperature and pressure. Preferably, the gas flowmeter for performance testing is one that can be field-verified for accuracy. Orifice-plate, flow-tube and venturi differential pressure flowmeters have these characteristics and have been frequently used to obtain gas flow readings of record during ozone generator performance tests. This paper discusses the importance of field-verification, provides reference equations and example calculations, and presents issues and considerations for quality assurance.  相似文献
