半钢冶炼过程回硫控制研究

随着西昌钢钒高级别钢种的不断开发,转炉控制硫含量越来越困难。为了满足低硫品种钢的要求,调查得出半钢冶炼过程回硫主要因素为脱硫渣未扒净、炼钢辅料带入及冶炼过程炉渣成分不合适。通过优化脱硫扒渣工艺、控制转炉入炉原材料、优化转炉冶炼工艺及出钢过程渣洗脱硫,转炉平均回硫由原来的0.003%降低至0.001%,回硫控制效果明显。     

转炉钢水回硫影响因素分析及控制

计算了转炉硫平衡,并详细分析了造成转炉钢水回硫的影响因素,结果表明:铁水初始硫含量、脱硫后铁水硫含量、转炉冶炼工艺、铁水带渣量、转炉辅料、集中使用渣铁等对回硫均有不同程度的影响,其中铁水带渣量影响最大。根据分析结果,制定了减少回硫的控制措施。

无取向电工钢硫含量控制技术研究

针对采用含钒铁水生产无取向电工钢存在的铁水脱硫率低、转炉冶炼过程回硫量大、成品硫含量偏高的问题,通过对含钒钛铁水脱硫,减少转炉冶炼过程回硫以及RH脱硫技术等方面的研究,大幅度降低了电工钢成品硫含量.生产表明钢中w(S)=0.001 9％～0.006 9％,平均为0.004 2％;w(S)≤0.008％的比例达到了100％,且w(S)≤0.005％的比例也达到了91.43％.     

铁水复合喷吹脱硫生产低硫钢的实践

结合复合喷吹脱硫的工艺特点,分析确定转炉出钢回硫的原因主要受铁水及脱硫渣、原材料带入硫的影响。通过控制原材料硫含量,提高品位,选择合适的喷吹速度、合理控制脱硫剂配比,合理控制喷吹罐压力及助吹气体压力,调整喷枪插入铁水液面的深度,对脱硫扒渣工艺进行优化;调整扒渣板的角度和透气砖的安装高度,对扒渣设备进行攻关。对脱硫工艺条件和转炉冶炼进行规范,通过全工序控制的方法,有效控制转炉钢液回硫的现象,实现了低硫出钢的目标,转炉钢液回硫质量分数控制在25×10-6以内,出钢w(S)稳定在40×10-6以内。     

脱磷转炉回硫原因的分析和控制

基于某厂脱磷转炉的生产数据,对回硫机理进行了热力学分析。结果表明:脱磷转炉具有明显的回硫趋势,通过降低入炉铁水硫含量与控制辅料可实现低硫出钢。工业生产实践表明,在KR深脱硫和扒渣程度良好的情况下,通过使用低硫废钢,同时取消了冷固球团和矸石煤粉的加入,可以将脱磷转炉终点w(S)控制在0.003%以下。     

莱钢低硫钢冶炼过程硫含量控制实践

结合莱钢J55、L360等低硫钢冶炼的生产实践,分析了"铁水预脱硫处理—转炉—LF钢包精炼—连铸"全流程各工艺环节的硫含量控制技术,指出铁水预脱硫处理、转炉冶炼、LF精炼过程硫含量控制技术是低硫钢冶炼的关键技术环节。通过采用全流程硫含量控制技术,生产出了硫的质量分数最低为0.002%的低硫钢。     

硅钢超低硫工艺优化及控制实践

分析了冶炼超低硫硅钢时,转炉回硫的主要影响因素。结果表明,铁水初始硫含量、脱硫后残余渣量和原辅材料硫含量是影响回硫的主要因素。通过优化生产硅钢所用的原辅材料标准,改进铁水脱硫扒渣操作,转炉回硫量得到有效控制,使硅钢成品硫含量小于等于0.004%的比例由31.6%提高到98.4%,实现了超低硫硅钢的稳定生产。
