本文以新型分离设备-虹吸离心机(GKH1250—N)用于重碱分离的滤饼洗涤为研究对象,采用宏观的工程研究方法进行实验研究,并提出相应的滤饼洗涤数学模型。研究结果表明,该模型对于虹吸离心机用于同类性质物料的滤饼洗涤操作具有普遍的指导意义。 相似文献

Particle synthesis in liquid phase usually requires a subsequent washing step in order to remove undesirable impurities such as unreacted educts, byproducts, solvents and salts. In particular, the washing of mesoporous particles is a challenging task due to large specific surface areas and void volumes. The filter cake washing of mesoporous SiO2 particles contaminated either with an adsorbing fluorescent dye or sodium sulfate is presented. The effects of wash liquid mass flow rate, mean particle size, and mean pore size on the wash efficiency were investigated. Especially the interaction between impurities and the solid surface, and thereby the initial impurity distribution within the filter cake, led to distinctive washing behaviors. 相似文献

There is a widely used linear strategy to determine the parameters specific cake resistance and filter medium resistance in incompressible cake filtration. In this article, it is intended to demonstrate that this strategy has some disadvantages and should be replaced by an alternative nonlinear approach which yields more exact results. Even though the gains in precision are small for most cases, the nonlinear strategy is favored because it involves no extra effort and is grounded in the same physical theory as the original approach. This claim is based on a broad simulation study using noisy data with known parameter values to compare both fitting strategies and judge their accuracies. 相似文献
