通过激光熔覆技术在工具钢表面成功制备(FeCrCo/Ni)_5-SiTiNbMoW高熵合金涂层,并采用带有能谱仪的扫描电镜(SEM/EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计对涂层组织、成分、物相和硬度进行分析测试。结果表明,(FeCrCo)_5-SiTiNbMoW涂层含有BCC主相、少量MC相及Laves相,(FeCrNi)_5-SiTiNbMoW涂层含有FCC主相及少量MC相、Laves相;两种涂层组织均以树枝晶为主,(FeCrNi)_5-SiTiNbMoW涂层组织中同时还出现共晶组织。(FeCrCo)_5-SiTiNbMoW高熵合金涂层的显微硬度略高于(FeCrNi)_5-SiTiNbMoW高熵合金涂层。 相似文献

对3:29型纳米复合永磁材料的研究表明: 纳米晶复合永磁材料的磁性能取决于两个主要方面. 一是要求硬磁相有尽可能高的内禀矫顽力和尽可能高的磁晶各向异性; 二是硬磁相和软磁相均要求有晶粒细小且分布均匀的显微结构特别是软磁相晶粒尺寸尽可能达到纳米尺寸. 通过对非晶态的快淬合金粉末进行400 ℃预退火8 min处理, 以及在1.0~1.2 Mpa的氮气气氛、 750 ℃温度下晶化10 min, 然后直接降温至550 ℃, 进行氮化, 较好地控制了晶粒的不均匀长大, 使氮化进行得更加充分, 显著地改善了合金氮含量. 相似文献

The processing method of anisotropic Nd-Fe-B magnets, based on rapid solidification of a molten alloy, followed by hot pressing and die-upset forging is currently well established and commonly used for the processing of high performance magnets. In this method uniaxial stress, created in an isotropic, polycrystalline alloy, leads to texture formation with the crystallographic c axis, of the tetragonal structure in each grain, being parallel, to the deformation direction (DD). However, the mechanisms leading to the anisotropic structure and accompanying processes are still not fully understood. In this study the Fe73.7Nd13.6Co6.6Ga0.6B5.5 alloy, after rapid solidification by melt spinning and hot pressing was subjected to die-upset forging with strains 30% and 65%, respectively. Systematic studies of the structure, microstructure and magnetic domain structure versus processing parameters were performed for this alloy, using magnetic measurements, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. 相似文献

The Nd60Fe20Al8Co10B2 alloy was prepared by suction casting of the molten alloy into a copper mold under argon atmosphere. The micro-structural and magnetic property changes in the Nd60Fe20Al8Co10B2 alloy during crystallization were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The precipitation and Nd-rich and Fe-rich phases have no significant effect on the intrinsic coercitity for Nd60Fe20Al8Co10B2 alloy annealed below 723 K. However, the growth of Fe-rich phase decreases the saturate magnetization and remanence of the alloy. The hard magnetic behavior is disappeared when the alloy is fullycrystallized. 相似文献

Dependence of Magnetic Properties of Rapidly Quenching (Nd, Pr)x(FeCoZr)94-xB6 Bonded Magnets on Rare Earths Content 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
By using sub-everquenching and annealing method which has a wide processing window, (Nd, Pr)x(Fe-CoZr)94-xB6(x=12, 10.5, 10, 9) bonded magnets were prepared and the effect of rare earths content on magnetic properties was investigated. Being spun at sub-ove, quenching speed the as-spun ribbons consist of amorphous phases mixed with fine crystallites. After crystallization under optimum annealing conditions and bonded with 3.25%(mass fraction) epoxy, the magnets obtained the optimum magnetic properties. The rare earths content directly determines the magnetic properties. With the reduction of rare earths content, Br increases but Hci and (BH)max decrease, x=10 is the critical value for the magnetic properties change. Below this value, Br increases slowly meanwhile Hci and (BH)max decrease strongly because alloy contains extra fractions of soft magnetic phase which are not coupled with the hard magnetic phase. This experimental result is consistont with the calculated results using the model of volume fraction of soft magnetic phase coupled completely suggested. 相似文献
