Influence of CaO on thermal decomposition of REFCO3 was studied. The results showed that CaO did not affect significantly the decomposition ratio of REFCO3. The XRD experiment showed that there was a great deal of CaF2 in the masting production, the gas chromatographic analysis on the gas of REFCO3 decomposed, and the 70% content of fluorine in the gas of REFCO3 added 15% CaO was reduced. CaO could absorb the fluorine from the decomposition of REFCO3, and the environmental pollution of the fluorine was greatly alleviated,  相似文献

Effect of Nd^3+ on Photosynthesis of Spinach   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The effect of Nd^3 on the photosynthesis and the growth of spinach was studied. The results show that Nd^3 improves the growth of spinach and increases chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate. UV-Vis spectrum indicates that the Soret band of chl-a in spinach with NdCl3 treatment is blue shifted by 2 nm, and the Q band is red shifted by 1 nm, and the ratio of Soret band intensity and Q band intensity increases. FT-IR spectra show that the peak of porphyrin ring in chl-a of spinach with NdCl3 treatment is widened, suggesting that the formation of Nd^3 -chl-a. Treated by NdCl3, the fluorescence emission peak of PSⅡ in spinach leaves is blue shifted by 12 nm and the intensity declines obviously, indicating that Nd^3 is bound to the PSⅡ protein-pigment complex and the electron transfer rate increases.  相似文献

The electrolytic coatings of boron and RE-boron on medium carbon steel are carried out in molten salt mix-tures respectively.The brittleness of both coatings has been measured by using sound-emission with the methodof three point bending.Results show that the brittleness of electrolytic boronization coating can be obviously de-creased by addition of RE elements.Meanwhile,the shape of crack and the solid solubility of RE in boride andα-Fe phase are determined,and the effect of RE on the lattice constant of Fe_2B is discussed.From these experi-ments,the authors explain the cause of the brittleness decreasing of electrolytic boronization coating.  相似文献

CuPNiSn amorphous alloys are good brazing materials at medium temperature for replacementof silver bearing brazing materials.The crystallization temperature,wettability,tensile strength of Cu-Cujoints and the microstructure of joints for three compositional series are reported.Some rare earth elementswere added in two series.It has been found that grains are refined and the tensile strengths increase as in-creasing rare earth content.The results also show that the brittle fracture turns to plastic one for the jointswith reducing amount of(Ni+Sn),and the tensile strength is increased.  相似文献

CoFeZrRe amorphous materials with higher ferromagnetic loss over microwave range were prepared by mechanical alloying (MA). The technical parameters on electromagnetic properties of the synthesizedmaterials, the microwave complex permeability dependence of material on doping with different rare earth was investigated. The results show that effects of rare earth elements on the microwave permeability characteristics of the studied materials are obvious and better performance of alloys with higher permeability and high loss is obtained at a suitable Tb content. Furthermore, reflection coefficient of one-layer absorber (1mm thick) was numerically simulated on basis of mi-crowave reflection absorption theorem. It is shown that these novel materials could be used as microwave ab-sorbers operating in GHz range.  相似文献

本文利用盆栽实验研究了LaCl3对烟草幼苗的生物效应.在烟苗长到3~4片叶时,用不同浓度的La-Cl3溶液喷施,实验结果表明:25~75mg/LLaCl3的溶液均能促进烟苗的生长,增加株高、单株干重和根干重,提高根/冠比,增加叶片的叶绿素含量和提高叶片的净光合速率.处理的烟苗抗寒性也有所增强.烟苗在0~2℃的低温下,原生质结构破坏的程度减轻,外渗物质的量减少,处理的比对照的电导率减少0.01~0.18×10-4s/m.喷LaCl3溶液的烟苗叶片总含水量有所下降,但束缚水含量提高,蒸腾强度下降.  相似文献

基于200 t BOF-LF-RH-板坯连铸的10CrNi3Mo钢冶金生产流程,分别通过向钢液喂入硅钙包芯线和钙镁复合包芯线,对夹杂物进行变性处理,之后通过4300厚板轧机轧制35 mm板并进行热处理。利用等电位溶液电解、扫描电镜与能谱、夹杂物分析仪等设备和方法对试验钢的夹杂物进行定量、定性分析,获得夹杂物的特性参数,主要表现为变性后夹杂物单位面积数量减少约40%,平均间距增加近1倍。结合夏比冲击试验结果,得出夹杂物变形处理对冲击韧性特别是低温冲击韧性有明显改善的结论。  相似文献

利用溶液法制备CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿光吸收材料,并研究了不同温度对CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿材料晶体结构和性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、紫外可见吸收光谱对CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿材料进行表征。结果表明:温度变化影响材料的晶体结构和性能。当热处理温度为85℃时,CH_3NH_3PbI_3钙钛矿材料的结晶性和吸光度最优,平均晶粒尺寸为375?左右,且材料能级为1.62 eV。  相似文献

采用固相法制备得到了掺杂 1% (mol) Gd2 O3的钛酸钡陶瓷 ,并通过 X射线衍射分析和扫描电镜对其结构进行了表征。对其介电常数、介电损耗和室温电阻率进行了测定 ,结果表明 Gd2 O3掺杂 Ba Ti O3陶瓷的介电常数明显增加 ,介电损耗也有所升高 ,室温电阻率明显降低  相似文献

Nickel-metal hydride (Ni/MH) batteries are one of promising batteries for electric vehicle applications, but at high temperature the charge efficiency of nickel electrode is very low. In order to improve the high-temperature-efficiency of nickel electrode, spherical nickel hydroxide mixed with various ratios of Lu2O3 was used as active material of pasted nickel electrodes. The results of charge/discharge experiments, cyclic voltammetric measurements and XRD characterizations have shown that after addition of Lu2O3, the oxygen evolution overpotcntial is elevated much, the charge efficiency of nickel electrode at high temperature is greatly improved and the content of β-NiOOH phase increases in charged electrodes. In addition, the mixed ratio of Lu2O3 has different effects on high temperature performances of nickel electrode at different charge/discharge currents, 3.5 % is the optimum mixed ratio, and the action of Lu2O3 on high temperature electrochemical behaviors is more apparent when nickel electrodes are charged at small current than large current.  相似文献

Tiny amount of rare earth Y2O3 can restrain the growth of grains and broaden the peak of BaTiO3 ceramics.Proper characteristics of capacitance change with temperature were obtained. Meanwhile, the insulation resistance increased with the increasing contents of Y2O3. In this system, the cooperation of Y2O3 with Ho2O3 was also discussed.It is concluded that the insulation resistivity reduces if the content of Y2 O3 is below 0.25 %. With the increasing content of additives, weak-binding electrons in grains will be compensated by V"8a so the insulation resistivity increased. The breakdown voltage is enhanced to 15 kV · mm-1.  相似文献
