为揭示通风服对人体热舒适影响的机制,阐明通风服与人体之间的热湿传递关系,在介绍通风服的起源和工作原理的基础上,通过对国内外相关研究成果的分析和总结,重点论述了通风服热舒适性的研究方法:出汗暖体假人测试法、人体着装实验法和数值模型构建法,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。结果表明,通风服对人体热舒适的影响机制是一门集环境传热学、人体生理传热学、服装面料学以及流体力学交叉结合的工程问题。最后对通风服热舒适性研究进行了展望,认为未来将在通风服衣下气流的精确测量与仿真,衣下气流和热流数值模型的构建以及通风引起的局部和整体热舒适不匀等方面开展研究。 相似文献

针对目前可穿戴技术的实际应用、监测的安全性、服装的舒适性以及数据安全等问题,总结了健康监测设备的应用与发展现状。首先将监测对象分为老人、儿童、孕妇和病人 4 类,对其监测功能进行阐述,并对国内的可穿戴设备进行总结;其次对 3 类传感器、Arduino/STM32 类数据处理平台以及BLE、ZigBee、RFID、NFC 4类无线传输技术以及信息反馈技术的作用原理及应用领域进行了总结;最后从研究与实际相结合、柔性舒适的服装平台、监测对象的使用率反馈、设备本身的电源管理和个性化设计以及数据传输与反馈的保密性 5 个方面对可穿戴设备进行了展望。 相似文献

热环境中人体躯干与头部都是大量出汗的部位,且头部的热感能在很大程度上影响整体的热感,因此通风降温服的设计应兼顾这两大区域进行针对性的降温。为探究热环境中头部联合躯干降温方式的效果,制作了管道通风背心与通风帽,并进行了躯干降温和躯干联合头部降温的对比试验。在温度为30 ℃、相对湿度为40%的人工气候室内,8位男性受试者完成了2次运动试验,试验中记录受试者的生理响应与主观感觉评价。结果显示:在总通风量恒定(9 L/s)的情况下,躯干与头部联合降温可显著降低额头部位的皮肤温度,对促进头部散热有积极作用;增加头部降温有助于降低受试者运动过程中的热感、湿感与不舒适感,特别是能显著缓解整体热感,但对湿感和不舒适感无统计学上的显著作用。 相似文献

消防服的热防护性能要求其具有多层结构,但这种结构也影响了消防服的热湿舒适性。对消防服的热湿舒适性进行研究与评价有利于提高消防服的热湿舒适性。对比分析了不同地区和国家消防服标准对热湿舒适性的评估方法及性能要求,介绍了服装舒适性5级评价系统在消防服热湿舒适性测试与评价中的应用。总之,通过客观评价与主观评价方法的综合运用,可以较全面、精确地进行消防服热湿舒适性的评价,但两类评价方法仍需不断完善。 相似文献

Personal cooling garments have been developed to reduce the risk of heat stress and heat-related injuries in hot environments. The human body can suffer from a kind of heat stress resulting in reduced working endurance and performance and an increased risk of heat illness when exposed to hot climates. This gets worse when combined with physical work, such as firefighting, military drills, special work situations, and sports. The use of protective clothing which limits the sweat evaporation of the body can also make the situation worse. This review includes a brief look at the human thermoregulation and its relation with the cooling garments, classification of the personal cooling garments, testing procedures, and parameters affecting the efficiency of the cooling garments. 相似文献

为探究冷环境下电加热服加热位置对人体热生理及心理的影响,利用碳纤维加热片分别对人体8个部位进行加热,探究局部热敏感性及热偏好的差异,并根据局部热敏感分区的结果进行两两组合加热,校验局部热敏感分区的科学性。结果表明:不同部位间的热敏感性与偏好加热温度存在显著差异,脚部对整体热感觉影响最大(影响因子为0.112),其次是背部(影响因子为0.082),四肢偏好加热温度高于躯干2.1~3.7℃;单部位加热时(除脚部)不能达到全身热舒适性,应采用组合加热,且组合加热脚部与背部效果最佳;从能耗角度分析,局部加热时应首先加热脚部,其次可组合加热胸腰、腹腰部位,加热需求更大时可组合加热背部与脚部。本文研究结果为局部电加热服的设计提供了理论参考。 相似文献

Today, clothing factories have to strictly control their costs to survive and provide the continuity of their success. Fabric cost constitutes about half of a garment cost. For this reason, it is important to calculate the fabric cost of a garment precisely. This study aims at developing the software that will calculate the fabric consumption of a garment in clothing factories. It is not possible to cross-examine the fabric consumption rapidly with regard to garment models in the existing computer-aided design systems because these programs are not flexible enough to satisfy the needs of the customers. This study has been planned to eliminate this imperfection. Denim trouser models are selected as the material, and inputs of a factory producing denim trousers are used. In many thermal processes, the time constants fh and fc for the heating and cooling periods differ. This can cause difficulties in calculating the process lethality. This paper presents a simple method for taking into account this change in the time constant. The author's formula method is tested against simulated data from finite-difference computations, both for fh =fc and for fh ≠fc , and found to be at least as accurate as the best previous formula method. 相似文献

The paper critically reviews medical garments with various functions and development aspects. Textiles used and developing technologies are systematically introduced. Medical garment products are described according to three major functions: protective, treatment and caring functions. Although the main theme of this paper discusses products for the elderly and the disabled, it also contains major parts on medical garments, which include personal protective equipment (PPE), hip protectors (HP), pressure garments (PG), compression stockings (CS), wet dressings, products for wound dressing, adult incontinence products, sanitary napkins, disposable diapers, vital signs monitoring garments, motion aware clothing, wearable sensors and smart diapers and so on. The development of apparel for the elderly and the disabled is a challenge for the healthcare and clothing industries.
