The influences of casting speed variation on surface fluctuation of the molten steel in mold during continuous casting were investigated with numerical simulation method.It was found that when the casting speed was evenly decreased from 1.4 m·min-1 to 0.6 m·min-1,the increase of the surface fluctuation of the molten steel in mold was observed only on time that was at the start of casting speed change.While,in experiment of increasing casting speed evenly from 0.6 m·min-1 to 1.4 m·min-1,the increase of the surface fluctuation of the molten steel in mold was observed only at the time when the casting speed was stopped to increase after it had been increased to 1.4 m·min-1.For surface fluctuation of the molten steel in mold which was produced during the casting speed evenly increasing or decreasing period and at the time when increasing or decreasing the casting speed at low casting speed level(0.6 m·min-1),the influence of casting speed change is very small.In addition,it is found that,at high casting speed level(1.4 m·min-1),even a little change of casting speed could result in remarkable increase of the surface fluctuation.Thus,at high casting speed,changing casting speed should be avoided or much slower speed changing rate should be used.  相似文献

在建立了铸造区,轧制区轧制压力模型的基础上,对常规铸轧条件进行了仿真计算,计算结果与实测数据相吻合,从而验证了模型的正确性,在此基础上,对超薄快速铸轧条件进行了虚拟仿真研究,研究结果表明:不增强铸轧辊内,外冷却能力的条件下,而仅仅减薄铸轧 板坯厚度即可提高铸轧速度,在其它工艺参数保持不变,且保持出口温度与常规铸轧时基本相近的出口温度时,铸轧 厚度 薄时轧制压力比常规铸轧高,随着铸轧速度与铸轧区增大,铸轧坯厚度减薄,铸轧 辊径增大,轧制压力峰值增大。  相似文献

 The development of continuous casting technology of electrical steel was analyzed. The technologies and products characteristics of conventional continuous casting, thin slab continuous casting and rolling, middle thin slab continuous casting and rolling and twin-roll thin strip were compared. 在借鉴国内外研究经验的基础上,结合攀钢中低碳钢方坯连铸工艺条件,在实验室进行了保护渣结晶与玻璃化特性协调、吸收夹杂物能力及配碳模式等方面的研究,确定了合理的渣系及物理性能、化学成分.工业试验结果表明,研制的保护渣能够满足工艺要求,可以取代进口保护渣.  相似文献

超薄快速铸轧速度可达常规铸轧速度的十几倍,甚至二十几倍,在快速铸轧条件下铸造区长度将增加,其轧制压力分布对总轧制力的影响就不可忽略。因此建立该区的轧制压力分布模型是必须的,本文利用切块法推导出超薄快速铸轧过程铸造区(结晶区)内微元体静力平衡微分方程,并利用龙格-库塔法对该微分方程进行数值求解,即可求出铸造区轧制压力分布,该模型同样适用于常规铸轧条件。  相似文献

IF钢连铸开浇过程头坯洁净度水平较低,目前各企业一般将开浇坯作判废或降级处理,这导致了产品质量不稳定,成材率低等问题.为研究IF钢非稳态开浇阶段连铸坯的洁净度水平及优化措施,采用现场取样、检测分析及数值模拟计算相结合的方法,分析了IF钢开浇阶段不同拉速变化曲线条件下连铸坯沿拉坯方向的洁净度变化规律.通过实验检测发现沿拉坯方向头坯T[O]、[N]及显微夹杂物含量呈现明显下降趋势,距离头坯头部6 m处T[O]含量为13×10-6,接近正常坯水平,距离头坯头部7 m处[N]含量约为19×10-6,接近正常坯水平,开浇工艺对于连铸坯T[O]、[N]及显微夹杂物含量影响不大.匀速、前快后慢和前慢后快三种拉速工艺条件下,大型夹杂物在距离头坯头部2 m处的质量分数约为0.2 mg·kg-1,但之后均存在不同程度的大型夹杂物数量波动现象,而前快后慢工艺影响范围最小,在5.5 m后均达到正常水平.通过数值计算同样发现,前快后慢的提拉速工艺条件下产生的头坯洁净度更快地接近正常坯洁净度水平(约开浇430 s后,对应拉坯5 m).基于本文研究,...  相似文献

 连铸高效化是实现钢铁生产流程高效化的关键,新一代高效连铸技术发展内涵应是更高生产率和更高质量,核心是更高拉速,目标是更低成本、更少消耗与排放。连铸生产过程频发的裂纹、偏析及疏松等凝固缺陷是制约其高效化发展的瓶颈,新一代高效连铸机应具有克服这些缺陷的固有特性,结晶器、二冷区和凝固末端等3个冷却区的新技术开发及应用代表了其发展方向,应成为连铸机升级发展的标配技术。  相似文献

邢钢一步法(脱磷站+60 t AOD+LF)生产410S不锈钢过程中,由于AOD的冶炼周期远大于连铸机浇钢和脱磷站的处理时间和连铸中间包水口下部侵蚀严重无法实现多炉连浇,严重影响连铸机作业率和整体钢铁料消耗。提高单中间包连浇炉数有利于减少中间包的使用数量、提高连铸机的作业率、降低钢铁料消耗、降低连铸机辅材及能源介质消耗。通过合理提高入炉冷态返回废钢比例(3.5t/炉),选择合适合金硅含量(3.5%)来缩短410S不锈钢AOD的冶炼周期至71 min,连铸机采用中间包分体水口快换,使连浇炉数由6炉提高到12炉。  相似文献

Great advances in casting modeling/simulation software have been made in the past several years. However, software predictions are only as accurate as the material and processing properties used as inputs. The process of low-pressure semipermanent mold casting is widely used by the automotive industry in the production of aluminum cylinder head castings. However, the process is highly sensitive to various casting parameters and many of the influences are not well understood. This report presents results from casting experiments and simulations using a specially designed casting, the “wing casting.” The casting experiments demonstrated the variation in temperature change in different parts of the casting for different processing parameters. Boundary conditions were determined for different areas on the mold surface and those parameters were discussed in terms of temperature sensitivity in the casting behavior. It was also demonstrated that boundary conditions play a major role in the thermal behavior in the casting during solidification. Finally, changes in the mold/casting surface geometry were found to have a large influence on the value of the boundary conditions.  相似文献

为解决钛合金精密铸造产品合格率低、试验优化周期长的问题,以某钛合金异形薄壁件为研究对象,采用逆向工程手段优化浇注系统设计。结合ProCAST有限元分析软件确定铸件缺陷分布位置,依据铸件缩松分布情况对铸造方案进行迭代优化,解决铸件承力板区域缩孔问题。根据优化结果进行生产验证,结果表明,钛合金铸件采用真空熔模铸造方案,铸件上、下端分别设置3处浇/冒口时,模拟结果显示铸件凝固过程整体温度分布合理,铸件中的缩孔均被优化剔除。该工艺方案可行性高,试制件无损检测结果与数值模拟结果吻合度高,铸件成形质量、冶金质量均达到预期效果。  相似文献

系统试验了非稳态浇铸期间钢水洁净度的变化,分析结果表明:在非稳态浇铸期间-开浇、换钢包和浇铸结束,由于二次氧化及卷渣等原因,使钢水的洁净度指标恶化严重,因此加强对非稳态浇铸的控制是提高产品整体质量的关键。  相似文献

A mathematical model is developed for the stress state of a casting when a cavity is formed by a cylindrical rod. Formulas for the radial and azimuthal stresses and also the contact-force distribution permit prediction of the forces between the casting and the rod, with different rigidities expressed by the longitudinal elastic modulus. The stress is found to be greatest in layers of the casting in contact with the rod surface. The dependence of the radial and azimuthal stresses in the casting and the distributed contact force on various factors—the temperature gradient, the rigidity of the casting and the sand–clay casting mixture, and the geometric parameters of the casting (the wall thickness and external radius)—is considered. The influence of these factors on the stress–strain state of the casting wall—specifically, the equivalent stress obtained by means of the second strength hypothesis—is assessed.  相似文献

采用原位统计分布分析仪(OPA)对IF钢连铸过程拉速变动对铸坯表层试样非金属夹杂物含量的影响进行了研究,发现在由较高拉速(1.4m/min)向低拉速(0.6m/min)变动时,对结晶器保护渣卷入的影响主要发生在降速初期,而随后的降速和低拉速下停止降速对铸坯表层试样夹杂物含量影响不大。当由较低拉速(0.6m/min)向高拉速(1.4m/min)变动时,对保护渣卷渣的影响主要发生在提升到高拉速后停止升速阶段,而低拉速时启动升速和随后均匀升速对铸坯夹杂物含量的影响不大。研究中还发现在较高拉速下(1.4m/min)即使较少量地变速,也会造成铸坯表层夹杂物含量的显著增加,因此在较高拉速时应避免对拉速进行变动或尽量采用低的拉速改变速率。采用数值模拟方法对拉速变化影响进行的研究结果同样表明,在较高拉速下发生的拉速变化,对结晶器内钢水流动有更显著的影响。  相似文献
