介绍了连续扫描工作的长寿命伺服系统设计与实现,选用无刷电机作为执行元件并选用无刷旋转变压器作为测角反馈元件来实现长寿命要求。文中描述了直流无刷电机的Matlab模型和基于无刷电机的雷达伺服系统仿真模型。伺服系统的校正运算通过PI调节器实现,参数通过系统仿真决定,简化了系统参数的设计。仿真模型中考虑了结构谐振,用以保证调节器的可实现性。功放电路由单路PWM经FP—GA分离出6路开关信号来控制,简单可靠。从系统的实际工作数据结果来看达到了较好的控制性能。  相似文献

为满足某新型稳瞄伺服系统控制精度的要求,重新设计该系统的伺服控制器。在简要描述该稳瞄伺服系统的结构及工作原理的基础上,对系统的各个模块建立数学模型。提出将自抗扰控制器应用于系统的速度环,将经过改进的非线性PID(NLPID)控制器应用于电流环,并在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下结合S-Function模块对系统进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明,所设计的控制器不仅跟踪精度高,而且具有较好的扰动隔离性能以及很强的适应性和鲁棒性,为高精度稳瞄伺服系统的进一步研究提供理论参考。  相似文献

为了提高"动中通"伺服系统的性能,分析了伺服系统对扰动的响应,并且根据扰动的特点.设计了利用稳定环隔离扰动的策略,并在Maflab/Simulink软件中建立了利用稳定环克服扰动的仿真模型,进行了仿真实验.仿真结果表明,引入稳定环后,系统性能有了明显的提高;而且减小了系统响应的振荡,提高了系统的稳定性.为"动中通"伺服系统的改进提供了直接依据.  相似文献

传统的永磁同步电机直接转矩控制采用双滞环结构,因而电机转矩和磁链脉动较大。SVM控制方法通过合成最合理的电压矢量对转矩和磁链作精确补偿,能够一定程度上降低二者的脉动,但传统SVM控制方法包含了转速和转矩两个PI调节器,两个调节器的参数设计比较复杂,且直接影响了电机性能。提出用快速终端滑模(FTSM)控制器来代替传统PI转速调节器,为了克服滑模带来的抖振,设计负载转矩观测器,并将观测值反馈至滑模控制器。仿真和实验结果表明所提控制方法改善了系统的动静态性能,抗干扰能力增强,同时SMC固有抖振现象得到有效抑制。  相似文献

在数字信号处理中,FFT运算所占角色日趋重要。FFT的运算性能可以在很大程度上影响整个信号处理系统的性能。传统FFT算法中需要进行倒序以得到正确结果。倒序的运算速度取决于两个方面:逆序数的计算效率及取数存数时间。本文提出了逆序循环的概念并在此基础上提出一种新的倒序优化算法。在MPC7400芯片上进行的实验表明,采用本文提出的方法可以大大提高传统倒序算法性能。  相似文献

The sliding-mode control concept is applied in the outer loop of a speed drive system utilizing a series-connected wound rotor induction machine (SCWRIM). A design procedure is outlined for the sliding-mode speed controller. The methods of decoupling and torque linearization for the SCWRIM are derived using the field-orientation as well as the torque angle control concepts. Sliding-mode control with cascaded integral operation is used to reduce torque chattering and steady-state error. Accelerator sliding lines are introduced to enable better utilization of the torque capability of the drive system. The parameter-insensitive response provided by this method of control is demonstrated. The effects on the dynamic and static performance with varying drive inertia and load disturbance are studied and compared with the conventional approach using PI control. The influences of sampling effects on sliding-mode control performance are also illustrated and discussed. Microcontroller-based implementation of the speed drive system is employed. The mathematical analysis of the convergence behaviour of the first-order single channel digital tanlock loop (SC-DTL) is presented. This article also describes a novel technique that allows controlling the convergence speed of the loop, i.e. the time taken by the phase-error to reach its steady-state value, by using a specialised controller unit. The controller is used to adjust the convergence speed so as to selectively optimise a given performance parameter of the loop. For instance, the controller may be used to speed up the convergence in order to increase the lock range and improve the acquisition speed. However, since increasing the lock range can degrade the noise immunity of the system, in a noisy environment the controller can slow down the convergence speed until locking is achieved. Once the system is in lock, the convergence speed can be increased to improve the acquisition speed. The performance of the SC-DTL system was assessed against similar arctan-based loops and the results demonstrate the success of the controller in optimising the performance of the SC-DTL loop. The results of the system testing using MATLAB/Simulink simulation are presented. A prototype of the proposed system was implemented using a field programmable gate array module and the practical results are in good agreement with those obtained by simulation.  相似文献

针对高压断路器三相永磁无刷直流电机机构,研究了不同控制策略下电机操动机构的运动特性.考虑高压断路器的分、合闸操作过程,建立了永磁无刷直流电机操动机构运动控制系统的仿真模型,采用数字式双闲环控制,内环为电流环,采用PI控制,外环为速度环,基于传统PID控制器、单神经元PID控制两种不同控制策略控制.通过对伺服控制系统的仿真分析得到了电机操动机构速度跟踪控制特性.结果表明,单神经元PID控制器能够较好的实现触头速度的跟踪控制,使其按理想运动特性曲线运动,是一种较理想、有效的控制方法.  相似文献

为了解决火炮伺服系统存在负载变化大、冲击扰动力矩强等问题,将自抗扰控制技术应用到火炮伺服系统位置控制器中。该控制算法通过实时估计与补偿来弥补传统控制方法的不足。通过在Simulink软件平台搭建了ADRC的火炮伺服系统三环模型,仿真结果对比传统PID控制。对比结果表明,基于ADRC的系统超调小、响应速度较快、具有较强的鲁棒性。  相似文献

In order to obtain speed self-detecting with low cost for a bearingless induction motor (BIM) a speed-sensorless control strategy based on the iterative central difference Kalman filter (ICDKF) is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of the BIM mathematical model, the nonlinear state equation is established and its order is reduced from fifth-order to fourth-order using the stator terminal voltage and current as input. Then, a sterling interpolation formulation is used in the filter to reduce the model error, and an iteration loop link is adopted to improve the filter accuracy. Finally, the online speed of the BIM is identified through the filter rotor speed estimation. Theoretical analysis, simulation and experimental results by UKF and CDKF method have been compared. The results show that the proposed speed-sensorless control system not only has good speed tracking performance and reduce the load disturbance but also improves the BIM suspension performance.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Current repetitive control strategy for a 4-leg APF is usually of a poor speed in responding to the drastic changes in load harmonic profile. In this paper, a dual closed-loop current controller composed of a repetitive control-based outer loop and a PI-based inner loop is proposed to improve the performance of a 4-leg APF, with a focus on response speed and harmonic current compensation gain. The principle of the dual loop controller is explained in detail, and the stability of the system is analysed thoroughly. To further decrease the inherent time delay associated with the PWM strategy, a zero-sequence-voltage-based PWM strategy is proposed to solve the complexity in the implementation of 3D-SVPWM methods. By formulating the relationship between the duty ratio of the neutral leg control pulse and the zero-sequence-component of the reference voltages, the duty ratios of the other three legs can be calculated conveniently. The simulation and lab experiment results are provided to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed dual closed-loop current controller and the zero-sequence-voltage-based PWM strategy.  相似文献
