从分析压电元件的机械阻抗出发。推导出具有外部电路压电元件系统的机械阻抗与电气阻抗的关系;得到了具有压电元件减振系统主系统的传递函数。用解动力减振器最优值的方法求得了具有最大减振效果时LR外部电路的最佳值。实验验证了具有外部电路压电元件系统的减振效果。结果表明:将最佳LR外部电路压电元件减振系统用于两端支持的简支梁时。其一阶模态的减振效果达到19dB左右。 相似文献

In this paper, a new quality control technique is discussed, in which the quality characteristic shifts with time. A trends semi‐circle control chart is proposed to control this type of processes effectively. An optimization model is suggested to determine the optimal interval of adjustment. We also discuss the average run length of the proposed control chart and the extension to the EWMA chart. An example is used to illustrate its application in a production process. Quality has become a key determinant of success in all aspects of industry. Exponentially weighted moving average control chart is an important tool of statistical process control used to monitor and improve quality of industrial processes. To enhance the performance of control charts, there are many strategies including the choice of an efficient plotting statistic, the choice of an efficient sampling design, the application of runs rules, and the use auxiliary information among many others. In this study, we propose nine different signaling schemes to enhance the performance of an exponentially weighted moving average control chart for location parameter, which is based on the exploitation of auxiliary information. Performance evaluation of the proposed schemes is carried out in terms of average run length. Comparisons of proposals are made with the classical as well as the auxiliary based exponentially weighted moving average and cumulative sum charts, which indicate that the proposed schemes perform better than the comparative counterparts under discussion. This article considers the problem of monitoring a normally distributed process variable when a special cause may produce a time‐varying linear drift in the mean. The design and application of a generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) control chart for drift detection are evaluated. The GLR drift chart does not require specification of any tuning parameters by the practitioner and has the advantage that, at the time of the signal, estimates of both the change point and the drift size are immediately available. An equation to accurately approximate the control limit is provided. The performance of the GLR drift chart is compared with that of other control charts such as a standard cumulative sum chart and a cumulative score chart designed for drift detection. We also compare the GLR chart designed for drift detection with the GLR chart designed for sustained shift detection because both of them require only a control limit to be specified. In terms of the expected time for detection and in terms of the bias and mean squared error of the change‐point estimators, the GLR drift chart has better performance for a wide range of drift rates relative to the GLR shift chart when the out‐of‐control process is truly a linear drift.
