长三角地区是一个能源资源十分缺乏的地区,为了可持续发展就必须搞好节能工作,包括产业结构和能源结构的调整。大量矿物能源的消耗给长三角地区带来的环境影响也十分严重,参照2003-2004年度长三角主要经济指标统计数据,分析了目前上海、浙江、江苏的清洁能源发展现状,为进一步优化长三角地区的能源结构提供了参考。 相似文献

能源短缺已成为社会经济发展的巨大瓶颈。在阐述能源强度及其影响因素的基础上,对上海能源强度变化的特征及三次产业结构变化对能源消费强度的影响作出进一步分析,认为上海市产业结构变化与能源利用效率的提高是促使能源强度下降的两大主要因素,但后者的影响更大,尤其是第二产业能源强度下降是导致综合能源强度下降的主要动力;但第三产业的发展又在不断提高能源强度。针对上述情况,提出了应对措施。 相似文献

Decomposing the influencing factors of industrial carbon emissions in Shanghai using the LMDI method 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
Knowledge of influencing factors of industrial carbon emissions (ICE) is crucial to the efforts of reducing anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions. In this paper, main factors responsible for the ICE in Shanghai between 1996 and 2007 were identified and quantitatively analyzed using the Log-Mean Divisia Index method. It was found that the industrial output was the main driving force of ICE. The decline in energy intensity and the adjustment of energy and industrial structure are major determinants for reduction of ICE, with the former alone accounting for 90% of the reduction. To better investigate the relative contribution of different industrial sectors and their changes over time, we divided the study period into two equal time intervals and analyzed some high-carbon emission sectors. The results suggested that the intensity of energy use should be reduced further, for it was far higher than the world average. Adjustment of industrial structure by developing low-carbon emission industries is more crucial than energy mix. 相似文献

Using provincial panel data from the period 1995–2009 to analyze the relationship between the industrial structural transformation and carbon dioxide emissions in China, we find that the first-order lag of industrial structural adjustment effectively reduced the emissions; technical progress itself did not reduce the emissions, but indirectly led to decreasing emissions through the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure. Foreign direct investment and intervention by local governments reduced carbon dioxide emissions, but urbanization significantly increased the emissions. Thus, industrial structural adjustment is an important component of the development of a low-carbon economy. In the context of industrial structural transformation, an effective way to reduce a region’s carbon dioxide emissions is to promote the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure through technical progress. Tighter environmental access policies, selective utilization of foreign direct investment, and improvements in energy efficiency can help to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. 相似文献

随着能源消费不断增长和全球气候变暖,能源效率问题越来越受到国际社会的关注和重视。本文运用面板数据模型,从国际视野的角度对1992~2003年间能源效率的影响因素进行了计量分析。结果表明:产业结构调整对能源效率提高有着显著影响,外国直接投资FDI对能源效率的影响不大,伴随着经济的发展和能源结构的优化,能源的效率也在不断提高。 相似文献

The long-term economic outcome of energy-related industrial investment projects is difficult to evaluate because of uncertain energy market conditions. In this article, a general, multistage, stochastic programming model for the optimization of investments in process integration and industrial energy technologies is proposed. The problem is formulated as a mixed-binary linear programming model where uncertainties are modelled using a scenario-based approach. The objective is to maximize the expected net present value of the investments which enables heat savings and decreased energy imports or increased energy exports at an industrial plant. The proposed modelling approach enables a long-term planning of industrial, energy-related investments through the simultaneous optimization of immediate and later decisions. The stochastic programming approach is also suitable for modelling what is possibly complex process integration constraints. The general model formulation presented here is a suitable basis for more specialized case studies dealing with optimization of investments in energy efficiency. 相似文献
