为制备高纯稀土,降低非稀土杂质铁含量,对添加环烷酸的N235萃取分离铁进行了实验研究。Fe(Ⅲ)的萃取率随有机相N235浓度增加、环烷酸添加量减少及水相酸度增加而增加。添加少量环烷酸的N235萃取剂基本不萃取料液中的稀土,但料液中稀土的存在有助于铁萃取。经过7级逆流萃取实验,REO中的Fe2O3由0.58%降到10^-6。  相似文献

对独居石苛性钠浸出,盐酸优溶产生的优溶渣的硫酸浸出液,用叔胺N235萃取铀分离钍及稀土进行了研究。结果表明:铀的萃取率大于99.5%,反铀液中ThO_2/U为(1.8~3.8)×10 ̄(-3),RE_xO_y/U为(1.0~1.6)10 ̄(-3),萃铀余液中的U/ThO_2仅为(3.5~5.6)×10 ̄(-5)。  相似文献

采用新铜萃取剂N902对盐酸介质中铜的萃取进行了研究。考察了萃取剂、氢离子、氯离子、铜离子浓度及萃取时间的变化对铜萃取率的影响。结果表明,随着氢离子、氯离子浓度的增加,铜萃取率下降。当铜的浓度达8.5 g.L-1时,用30%的N902萃取盐酸介质中的铜,萃取率可达98.96%。并对不同酸性介质中铜的萃取率进行了比较,发现在硫酸介质中铜的萃取率相对较高。用4 mol.L-1硫酸反萃负载铜有机相,单级反萃率可达86%以上。初步探讨了其萃取机制,用等摩尔系列法确定萃合物的组成为CuR2。  相似文献

本文叙述了用N235-9301混合萃取剂从含铁硫酸铝溶液中萃取分离铁的工艺研究结果。含铁硫酸铝溶液(Al2O3/Fe2O3=15.7%/≯0.5%)经H2O2氧化后,用N235-9301-磺化煤油溶液进行萃取可得合格的硫酸铝产品液(Al2O3/Fe2O3=15.7%/<50ppm)。萃取操作可在常温(25±5℃)、常压下进行。萃取后的载铁有机相经酸反萃取、水洗和碱洗后返回萃取系统使用。  相似文献
