介绍了PDP驱动电路的构成,在分析扫描电极高压驱动波形和驱动电路设计考虑的基础上,研究了扫描电极高压驱动电路的实现方法,并对能量恢复电路作了一定的介绍。通过电路分析,该驱动电路能够完成各个时期输出相应脉冲的要求,且能量恢复电路能够降低系统功耗。 相似文献

为解决高速QPSK信号全数字解调的技术瓶颈问题,采用模拟方案,研制了一种四次方环载波恢复电路,重点介绍了应用混频器上变频特性的宽带平方电路以及锁相环(PLL)载波提取电路的设计过程.测试结果表明,该载波恢复电路可以完成载频为720 MHz、码速率100 Mbit/s~1 Gbit/s范围的QPSK信号同步载波恢复,解决了高速信号相干解调中载波同步的关键技术问题. 相似文献

在表面放电式AC-PDP驱动原理的基础上,介绍了一种新型的PDP能量恢复驱动电路。该电路利用PDP的等效固有电容和外加电感器产生谐振,以防止突然的充放电。与以前的能量恢复方法相比较,该电路能更有效地恢复由于传统的硬开关和置换电流引起的能量损失,并且结构简单,可进行不对称操作,更适合于实际应用。 相似文献

A new sustainer circuit with multilevel voltage wave-shaping characteristics for an AC plasma display panel (AC-PDP) drive is proposed. The proposed circuit features half the device voltage stresses and significantly reduced power losses compared with those of the conventional ones. This circuit, realizable without much increased cost of the semiconductor devices, gives a significant improvement in the power efficiency, essential for the design of a drive circuit for the AC-PDP. In an alternating-current plasma display panel (AC-PDP), the displayed luminance of a cell is often different from the target luminance because the luminance is affected by the voltage applied to the cell, which is determined by the distribution of on-cells. In this letter, a circuit model of an AC-PDP is presented, and the effect of load distribution on the applied voltage is analyzed with the circuit model.
