集成化是建设工程项目管理的发展趋势,对于解决传统工程项目管理中存在的问题、提升工程项目管理水平具有重要的意义。首先分析集成化管理的涵义,阐述建设工程项目开展集成化管理的必要性。在此基础上,从全寿命期管理、全过程管理、全要素管理、全方位管理四个方面,构建基于全寿命期的建设工程项目集成化管理模式,并对质量、进度、造价、安全、环保等全要素目标的集成进行分析和探讨。最后,提出建设工程项目集成化管理模式实施的各项保障措施。 相似文献

Abstract: Future computer-aided project management (CAPM) software will be greatly improved through the technologies of project modeling—the rich, general-purpose representation of the project in the computer—and system integration—the sharing of computer models among applications. Our approach is to achieve system integration by establishing standard models that all applications can adopt and share. This requires a standard data model that specifies the general data-representation approach, a standard domain model that provides a schema or language for representing construction information, and a project model or database for information about a specific project that can be shared among multiple computer applications. This paper reviews these standard models and then describes our prototype integrated system called the object model–based project information system, or OPIS. OPIS uses a shared object–oriented database as the central unifying core of an integrated project planning system that includes an interface to an intelligent CADD program, a plan-generation expert system, an estimating application, and a scheduling application. OPIS demonstrates the feasibility and power of using standard object-oriented project models to achieve CAPM system integration. 相似文献

Prior research has paid little attention to the careers and career models of project managers. This is troublesome for at least two reasons. First, project managers are becoming an increasingly important category of managers and today they constitute a major part of many organizations' leadership capability. Second, traditional literature on careers generally does not address project-based careers as a specific case in point, although this kind of career is unique in the sense that it is based on temporary assignments and lack of formal positions. The research presented in this paper identifies and explains patterns of similarities and differences among applied career models in ten large, mature project-intensive firms in Sweden. The paper identifies a number of factors that seem to be critical for the design of career models for project managers, including the number of levels, the complexity of assignments, and the degree of formal requirements. The paper also outlines two archetypes of career models applied by the firms under study: the competence strategy model and the talent management model. 相似文献

Understanding of deterioration mechanisms in sewers helps asset managers in developing prediction models for estimating whether or not sewer collapse is likely. Effective utilisation of deterioration prediction models along with the development and use of life cycle maintenance cost analysis contribute to reducing operation and maintenance costs in sewer systems. This article presents a model for life-cycle maintenance planning of deteriorating sewer network as a multi-objective optimisation problem that treats the sewer network condition and service life as well as life-cycle maintenance cost (LCMC) as separate objective functions. The developed model utilises Markov chain model for the prediction of the deterioration of the network. A multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to automatically locate an appropriate maintenance scenario that exhibits an optimised tradeoff among conflicting objectives. Monte Carlo simulation is used to account for LCMC uncertainties. The optimisation algorithm provides an improved opportunity for asset managers to actively select near-optimum maintenance scenario that balances life-cycle maintenance cost, condition and service life of deteriorating sewer network. A case study is used to demonstrate the practical features of developed methodology. 相似文献

IFC标准所建立的工程设计模型包含海量的数据信息和复杂的非图形信息,不利于设计者对数据信息的有效查询和管理。通过对IFC模型数据集成机制和EXPRESS数据类型映射规则分析,结合IFC中性文件交换技术和标准数据访问接口原理,以及工程设计模型数据信息的特点,在基于PKPM的CFG图形显示平台上设计和开发了工程模型数据库应用系统。通过对北京某一体育馆IFC格式模型的读取,对该系统所提供的用于模型的读取、查询、创建、二维显示等管理功能进行实际应用。结果表明,该系统有助于提高设计者对基于IFC格式的工程设计模型数据信息的日常维护和管理操作。 相似文献

家装工程作为我国建筑领域重要的组成部分,其当前的管理模式仍十分落后,严重阻碍了自身的发展。调查并总结了目前我国传统家装工程在设计、预算、施工、验收和使用阶段存在的问题和管理模式的严重缺陷,基于BIM 技术的可视化模型、工程量清单分析和4D 施工模拟技术等功能分析了BIM 技术的优势与其在家装工程中的应用价值,提出改变传统家装管理模式、实现家装工程设计-施工一体化的全生命周期管理方式,并对新型管理模式的系统功能与具体流程进行探索,分析了目前BIM 技术在我国推广存在的障碍,对于推进我国BIM 技术改革与实现家装工程透明化、信息化具有重要意义。 相似文献

Abstract: The excessive level of construction business failures and their association with financial difficulties has placed financial management in the forefront of many business imperatives. This has highlighted the importance of cash flow forecasting and management that has given rise to the development of several forecasting models. The traditional approach to the use of project financial models has been largely a project‐oriented perspective. However, the dominating role of “project economics” in shaping “corporate economics” tends to place the corporate strategy at the mercy of the projects. This article approaches the concept of cash flow forecasting and management from a fresh perspective. Here, the use of forecasting models is extended beyond their traditional role as a guideline for monitoring and control of progress. They are regarded as tools for driving the project in the direction of corporate goals. The work is based on the premise that the main parties could negotiate the terms and attempt to complement their priorities. As part of this approach, a model is proposed for forecasting and management of project cash flow. The mathematical component of the model integrates three modules: an exponential and two fourth‐degree polynomials. The model generates a forecast by potentially combining the outcome of data analysis with the experience and knowledge of the forecaster/organization. In light of corporate objectives, the generated forecast is then manipulated and replaced by a range of favorable but realistic cash flow profiles. Finally, through a negotiation with other parties, a compromised favorable cash flow is achieved. This article will describe the novel way the model is used as a decision support tool. Although the structure of the model and its mathematical components are described in detail, the data processing and analysis parts are briefly described and referenced accordingly. Abstract: This paper describes the general architecture of a prototypical micro CAD-based integrated model being developed at Southborough University to aid the planning of in-situ concrete structures. The model is based on the coupling of two low cost and powerful project management (Artemis 2000) and computer aided design systems (AutoCAD 10) through an intermediary package (dBase IV). The main aim of this model is automate the planning process of in-situ concrete structures, particularly the generation of network plans, using data generated by CAD systems. The model functional specifications (i.e., modeling, drafting, quantities and materials scheduling, time analysis, cost analysis, and reporting) were established after a thorough review of current planning models, a detailed questionnaire survey conducted amongst the main UK and USA contractors on the current status of planning techniques and information technology applications, and a detailed study of the various problems facing CAD-based models. This model consists of three individual sub-systems: modelling, data transfer and planning. The integration of these individual sub-systems has been achieved on an IBM PS/2 MODEL 70. This enables the generation of network plans in the AutoCAD package (modelling subsystem) which are then automatically transferred (data transfer sub-system) to the Artemis system for time and cost analyses (planning sub-system).
