在较长的期间内,用球磨机由较粗给料获得细颗粒,传统的粉末冶金使用各种类型的球磨机,以研磨原料而产生微细粉末,然而,在传统的球磨机中,滚动的球本身间及与粉末颗粒间的能量交换是混乱的,这个过程特点是,球呈无规则运动,粉体磨细不充分并且无法控制。为了得到均匀和可重现的细磨产品,很好的控制磨矿过程,特别是控制球的运动是很重要的。为此,在本文中我们报道了一种用于机械合金化的球磨机的研制,并且描述了这种磨机的性能,在本设计中,将磁场引入到球磨机中,通过调控外加磁场可以得到各种可控制的和可重现的操作模式,这里所用的改进型的球磨相直径为12.5cm,宽为8.75cm,试验证明,在磨石灰石时控制球的运动可节省磨矿能耗40%,并可得到更均匀的细磨产品。  相似文献

Mill load (i.e. the load level of coal powder), which is critical in improving the production capacity and energy efficiency of pulverizing system in thermal power plant, has not been effectively monitored and controlled industrially. This paper investigates the load behaviour in an industrial scale tumbling mill under practical working conditions. A microphone and an accelerometer were installed to pick up mill noise and inlet trunnion vibration signals, respectively. By analyzing the sensitivity distributions of mill noise energy and mill vibration energy, characteristic power spectra (CPS) of mill noise and mill vibration were obtained. The CPS energy, centroid frequency and frequency domain variance of the mill noise and mill vibration were then investigated and compared under various working conditions.Experimental results show that the CPS energy of both mill noise and mill vibration can accurately represent the mill load. Moreover, the centroid frequency and frequency domain variance of mill noise can also be used to determine mill load. By combining these characteristics of mill noise and mill vibration, an improved estimation of mill load can be achieved.  相似文献

In contrast to the discrete manufacturing flexibility-driven process industry faces a higher degree of complexity due to process-related constraints and dependencies and thus higher demands on the production planning and control. To cope with the high number of variants and complexity knowledge is becoming increasingly important compared to the production factors labor and capital. The following contribution explains the method of data mining and their use in order to discover implicit, potentially useful knowledge from existing data of the production planning systems, that can contribute to the derivation of planning rules and to improve logistical targets. The application of the described procedure concept is an approach towards a knowledge-based production planning and resulted in a significant reduction of lead time and stock for a defined process route in a flexibility-driven integrated aluminum rolling mill.  相似文献
