The hot compression tests using Gleeble 1500 were performed by varying the true strain up to 1.6 (80% reduction) in Nbfree and Nb-microalloyed steels. The effect of Nb addition on the transformation kinetics during deformation of undercooled austenite was investigated. It was found that as compared with Nb-free steel, the transformation incubation period of Nb-bearing steel was prolonged and the transformation kinetics curves parallelly moved to higher strain because of the solute Nb drag effect. Studies on kinetics also showed that the deformation-enhanced ferrite transformation (DEFT) of the two steels were composed of three stages, which can be expressed by the J-M-A equations individually. However, the parameter n related to the mode of nucleation and growth is somewhat different in the first and second stages of the two steels, and the same in the third stage for both the steels corresponding to the nucleation Of retained austenite.  相似文献

Effects of C and Mn contents on the deformation-enhanced ferrite transformation (DEFT) in low carbon (Mn) steels have been investigated by hot compression. The microstructures of 2-4μm ultra-fine equiaxed ferrite grains with minors distributed homogeneously can be obtained by DEFT in all the tested steels. The more pronounced refinement is achieved as the C or Mn content increasing because of the higher-density nucleating sites and lower growth rate. The effectiveness of C on the level of refinement is more obvious than that of Mn.  相似文献

In this work,DIFT technology and Q&P process were combined in order to introduce ultrafine-grained ferrite into the matrix of martensite and retained austenite to develop a new kind of advanced high strength steel,and two kinds of steels were investigated by this novel combined process.The newly designed process resulted in a sophisticated microstructure of a large amount of ferrite(about 5 m in diameter),martensite and a considerable amount of retained austenite for TRIP 780 steel.The ultimate tensile strength can reach about 1200 MPa with elongation above 16% for TRIP 780,that is much higher than the one solely treated by Q&P process.Tensile tests showed that both steels with the novel combined process achieved a good combination of strength and ductility,indicating that the new process is promising for the new generation of advanced high strength steels.  相似文献

在连铸连轧生产线采用铁素体轧制技术制备微碳钢热轧薄板,并对所制备薄板的组织、性能及织构进行分析。结果表明:铁素体轧制微碳钢热轧薄板的组织为完全再结晶铁素体,平均晶粒尺寸50 m左右。相对于常规奥氏体轧制,铁素体轧制薄板的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别下降了21%和6%,延伸率略有下降。热轧薄板的塑性应变比值为0.4,明显低于常规奥氏体轧制。薄板中存在较强的{001}织构是导致值较低的主要原因。  相似文献

The effect of acicular ferrite (AF) on banded structures in low-carbon microalloyed steel with Mn segregation during both iso- thermal transformation and continuous cooling processes was studied by dilatometry and microscopic observation. With respect to the iso- thermal transformation process, the specimen isothermed at 550℃ consisted of AF in Mn-poor bands and martensite in Mn-rich bands, whereas the specimen isothermed at 450℃ exhibited two different morphologies of AF that appeared as bands. At a continuous cooling rate in the range of 4 to 50℃/s, a mixture of AF and martensite formed in both segregated bands, and the volume fraction of martensite in Mn-rich bands was always higher than that in Mn-poor bands. An increased cooling rate resulted in a decrease in the difference of martensite volume fraction between Mn-rich and Mn-poor bands and thereby leaded to less distinct microstrucmral banding. The results show that Mn segregation and cooling rate strongly affect the formation of AF-containing banded structures. The formation mechanism of microstructural banding was also discussed.  相似文献

对540MPa级铁素体/贝氏体双相钢的组织性能进行分析研究。结果表明,试验钢的显微组织为85%左右的铁素体加上15%左右的贝氏体;铁素体晶粒尺寸细小,基体中有较高的位错密度和大量细小弥散的析出物;贝氏体在铁素体基体上分布均匀,以板条状为主,板条间分布有较多碳化物颗粒。通过合适的成分设计和控轧控冷手段获得的铁素体/贝氏体双相钢组织形态,可较好地保证材料所需的强度-拉伸凸缘性能匹配。  相似文献

An ultra-low carbon acicular ferrite steel heavy plate was obtained with an advanced thermo-mechanical control process-relaxed precipitation controlled transformation (TMCP-RPC) at Xiangtan Steel, Valin Group. The heavy plate has a tensile strength of approximately 600 MPa with a lower yield ratio. The impact toughness of the heavy plate achieves 280 J at ?40°C. The morphology, structure, and chemical composition of precipitates in the final microstructure of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed X70 acicular ferrite pipeline steel were investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Precipitates observed by TEM can be classified into two groups. The large precipitates are complex compounds that comprise square-shaped TiN precipitate as core with fine Nb-containing precipitate nucleated on pre-existing TiN precipitate as caps on one or more faces at high temperature. In contrast, the fine and spherical Nb carbides and/or carbonitrides precipitate heterogeneously on dislocations and sub-boundaries at low temperature. From the analysis in terms of thermodynamics, EDS and chemical cornposition of the steel, NbC precipitation is considered to be the predominant precipitation behavior in the tested steel under the processing conditions of this research.  相似文献

The aspects of two pipeline steels with different technologies were investigated by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD).The microstructure presents a typical acicular ferrite characteristic with free particles of martensite/austenite (M/A) constituent,which distributes in grains and at grain boundaries.The bulk textures of the pipeline steel plate are {112}<110> and <111> fibers,respectively,and the {112} <110> component is the favorable texture benefiting for drop weight tear test.Moreover,low angle boundaries and low coincidence site lattice boundaries are inactive and more resistant to fracture than high energy random boundaries.  相似文献

A new hot-rolled low alloy high strength steel with grain boundary allotriomorphic ferrite/granular bainite duplex micro-structure has been developed through novel microstructure and alloying designs without any noble metal elements such as nickel and molybdenum. Its as-rolled microstructure and mechanical properties, fatigue crack propagation behavior compared with single granular bainitic steel as well as continuous cooling transformation, were investigated in detail. The measured result of CCT (continuous cooling transformation) curve shows that such duplex microstructure can be easily obtained within a wide air-cooling rate range. More importantly, this duplex microstructure has much better combination of toughness and strength than the single granular bainite microstructure. 为了研究球墨铸铁(FCD450)和铁素体不锈钢(SUS430)的异种焊接性能,采用3种不同镍质量分数的焊丝对球墨铸铁和铁素体不锈钢进行激光 MIG复合焊接试验,并确定最佳焊接条件.通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、电子探针(EPMA)和维氏硬度计对焊接接头的显微组织、成分分布及硬度分布进行分析,并对焊接接头进行拉伸试验.试验结果表明,在最佳焊接条件下,通过添加3种焊丝,焊接接头无裂纹出现且焊缝成型良好.由于焊丝的作用,焊缝金属铬和镍的质量分数较高.随着焊丝Ni质量分数的增加,焊缝宽度明显减小.由于莱氏体和马氏体的存在,拉伸试样都断在FCD450侧的半熔化区或热影响区.  相似文献

以X70管线钢为实验材料,研究不同变形量和冷却速率对管线钢显微组织的影响。结果表明,在奥氏体未再结晶区进行适量的变形,从而形成位错、形变带和胞状组织等缺陷,可以增加铁素体在奥氏体晶内的形核位置和形核率,增大相变驱动力,有利于在随后的冷却过程中得到晶粒细小的针状铁素体组织;其中变形量2ε=0.4、冷却速率为30~60℃/s(油冷)下冷却的试样,能够得到最佳的针状铁素体组织,可以满足工程上要求组织中针状铁素体占80%以上的要求。  相似文献

Cooled in water after the isothermal relaxation of deformed austenite for different timea, a Nb-bearing microalloyed steel always exhibits synthetic microstructures of bainitic ferrite, granular bainite and acicular ferrite. When these samples were reheated to and held at 650 or 700℃, the non-equilibrious microstructures tend to evolve into equilibrious ones. The sample relaxed for 60 s displays the highest thermostability, while the microstructure evolution is the quickest in the sample relaxed for 1000 s even though it is the softest before reheating. Softening is not a single process occurring during reheating, in which the hardness fluctuates with time.There are two peaks in the hardness-time curve of each sample having undergone relaxation, while a single peak occurs in the curve of the sample having not been relaxed. Pre-strain accelerates the evolution process. These results indicate that the thermostability of microstructures is determined by their history of formation to a considerable degree.  相似文献

A mathematical model of dynamic recrystallization and a material database of JB800 steel, whose tensile strength is above 800 Mpa, were set up. A subprogram was compiled using Fortran language and called by Marc finite element software. A thermal coupled elastoplastic finite element model was established to simulate the compression process. The grain size of recrystallized austenite obtained by different recrystailization models was simulated. The results show that the optimized dynamic recrystallization model of JBS00 bainitic steel has a higher precision and yields good agreement with metallographic observations.  相似文献

Nucleation of acicular ferrite and its influence factors in non quenched-and-tempered steel was studied by using TEM and thermodynamic calculation. The results show that the complex particles with a center made of Ti oxide, Al2O3, and silicate and an outside made of a small quantity of mixture of TiN and MnS are able to act as ferrite nucleation nuclei. The acicular ferrite percent- age changes little with Ti. When the oxygen content was 80 ppm, the volume percentage of acicular ferrite decreased due to an in- crease in allotriomorphic ferrite. The larger the cooling rate and the shorter the incubation time, the finer the titanium oxide and the higher the nucleation ratio of acicular ferrite.  相似文献
