针对冷轧乳化液除杂净化处理中应用的磁链式除铁器的不足, 将其更换为电磁过滤器, 并对实际应用中出现的问题进行了分析和优化, 对其运行状况的检测报告显示, 乳化液经过电磁过滤器处理前的进口铁含量为206~230 μg/L, 处理后出口铁含量为88~95 μg/L, 肉眼看不到任何颗粒, 满足冷轧乳化液铁粉含量的要求, 保证了冷轧薄板的产品质量, 节约了成本。 相似文献

In this study physical models and a neural network theory have been integrated to a program package in order to predict rolling force in cold rolling. The parameters required by the model such as the friction parameter and the deformation resistance of the materials have been determined from measured rolling parameters and materials alloying elements by applying the Bland-Ford-Ellis (BFE) rolling force model and an artificial neural network model (ANN). Measured data of over 6000 coils have been used in the training of the ANN. The calculated results were in good agreement with measurements. 相似文献

本文基于ABAQUS软件,采用动态显式有限元法建立了花键冷敲精密成形过程的有限元模型,通过三维数值模拟,研究并揭示了花键冷敲成形过程中滚打力随时间的变化规律和应变分布与演变规律。结果表明:花键冷敲初始阶段滚打力较大,之后平稳上升,并呈现断续周期性变化。分析了冷敲过程结束后,由于齿形部分等效应变分布不均匀,导致花键齿顶出现弓形和齿槽表面出现皱纹等缺陷,提出了改进措施。 相似文献

Numerous mathematical models have been developed at Port Kembla Laboratories, BHP Research, to study the flat rolling processes. This paper discusses those models developed for the examination of the plastic deformation of the workpiece in the roll bite. Depending on the rolling regime, models of different complexities are required to predict accurately the strip and roll deformation in the roll gap. This paper covers models ranging from hot rolling to skin pass rolling, from very high reduction to extremely low reduction. Validation and applications of the models are also illustrated. 相似文献

A new method of evaluating the lubrication state of a tube in cold pilgering has been studied. A method of calculating the oil film thickness in a bite area on both the outer and inner sides of a tube using the Reynolds equation was proposed. The calculation results revealed that the effects of the tool design, rolling speed, and feed rate on the oil film thickness were significant. Cold pilgering tests were performed on zirconium alloy tubes, including measurement of the oil film thickness using laser equipment and observation of the surface characteristics of tubes. The test results proved the validity of the proposed method. The method is expected to assist the selection of appropriate operation conditions in cold pilgering. 相似文献

A series of experiments is carried out by using a rolling type tribometer to investigate the lubricity of the volatile lubricants at high speed forming. The roll material is the die steel alloy SKD11, and the workpiece material is the mild steel SPCE with a rough surface and the aluminum alloy A3004 with a smooth surface. Experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreases with increasing working velocity for both SPCE and A3004, in any lubricant. With an increase of reduction in thickness, the friction coefficient decreases for SPCE, but increases for A3004. Some volatile lubricants have the same lubricity as the generally used mineral oil with low-viscosity by judging from the value of friction coefficient, the surface appearance of rolled workpiece and the roll surface damage. 相似文献
