In this paper we consider a periodic maintenance scheduling problem in a textile company. In our research, a periodic maintenance schedule consists of several maintenance periods and each maintenance period is scheduled after a periodic time interval. The purpose of this paper is to find a schedule that minimizes the maximum tardiness subject to periodic maintenance and nonresumable jobs. An efficient heuristic is developed to provide the near optimal schedule for the problem. A branch-and-bound algorithm is also proposed to find the optimal schedule. Some important theorems associated with the problem are implemented in the algorithm. Computational results show that the proposed heuristic is highly accurate and efficient.  相似文献

ERP系统已成为我国企业管理的一个有效工具,然而目前所有的ERP系统还不完善,其中关于JSP问题则是一个一直没有得到很好解决的难点。正是在深入研究这一问题之后,首先建立一种更加适应企业实际应用的JSP模型,在此基础上对遗传算法做出相应改进,增加对该模型的适应度,并且用该改进算法来解决ERP系统的JSP问题。最后结合具体案例在VB环境下实现该算法软件设计,初步实现ERP软件中的JSP功能,增强ERP系统的完善性。  相似文献

The wiping of the windshield of a car is carried out with the reciprocating motion of a rubber blade on glass that removes the water from glass. This function is realized by a contact dimension between the rubber and glass of a few tens of micrometers. A good wiping is characterized by a homogeneous disposal of the water, without noise generation and by limiting as much as possible the phenomenon of wear (loss of wiping or noise presence). This wiping is only possible by a good understanding of the tribological, mechanical and vibroacoustic parameters that control completely the contact. Our article proposes to approach four typical phenomena occurring on rubber wiper blades. Also, we will describe the evolution of dry friction coefficient with temperature. Later, we will approach the influence of velocity on the friction coefficient of a wiper rubber blade by water. Then we will talk about a phenomenon called tacky friction where the friction coefficient reaches a very important value. And in conclusion, we try to give a relationship between the stick–slip and the squeal noise.  相似文献

Process planning and scheduling used to be two very separate processes. However, owing to the recognition of the intricate relationship between them, recent work has focused on integrating the two processes. The use of flexible process plans in scheduling allows more flexibility in production and thus gives substantial cost savings. It also increases the solution space of the optimisation problem and makes it more critical to have an effective optimisation algorithm than for traditional scheduling problems. This paper describes a process-planning and scheduling system that makes use of the branch and bound approach to optimise priority weighted earliness of jobs scheduled in a mould manufacturing shop. Instead of consideing a flexible manufacturing system, this paper focuses on the demands of less integrated factories, which are especially typical of mould manufacturing shops. The layout of the system, the methodology of the algorithm and effectiveness of performance measures for real industrial use are discussed in the paper.  相似文献

针对作业车间批量生产的调度及仿真问题,根据等分批原则,建立分批调度的数学模型,之后把分好的子批看成一个新的工件,对其重新进行编号并计算新的加工时间,利用遗传算法良好的全局搜索性能和禁忌搜索算法优良的局部搜索性能,引入混合优化算法进行生产调度;然后利用OpenGL建立生产车间以及加工设备的三维模型,并赋予场景初始化、设备初始化功能和视点移动、模型整体变换功能;最后利用分批调度计算得出的最终结果,根据工件中每个工序的开始加工时间和加工消耗时间,设置触发器和定时器,并通过读取相应的加工设备编号确定加工的位置坐标,进行实时地调度仿真。  相似文献

为了满足钢铁企业实时的动态调度需求,分析了钢铁调度模型特点及规律,提出模块化的处理方式对钢铁调度模型进行划分,并提出基于集合的方法解决了钢铁调度模型单一、针对性弱的问题。重点研究了模型与集合的映射关系以及模型的重构算法,并给出了模型重构算法流程图,以实现多个模型的交、并、差运算,从而构建综合多个模型优势的新模型,满足钢铁生产智能调度的需要,避免了重复建模。最后通过两个钢铁热轧调度模型重构实例说明了模型重构的可行性。  相似文献

The friction and wear behaviors of polyamide 66 (PA 66) and rubber-filled PA 66 (PA 66/SEBS-g-MA) composites were investigated on a block-on-wheel model friction and wear tester under dry sliding and water lubricating conditions. In order to further understand the wear mechanisms, the worn surfaces and scraps of samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The experimental results indicated that the wear mass loss and the friction coefficient of PA 66 decreased with the addition of rubber particles. The friction coefficients of PA 66 and PA 66/SEBS-g-MA composites under water lubricating condition are lower than those under dry sliding condition, but the wear mass losses are higher than those under dry sliding condition. The main wear mechanisms under dry sliding condition are the plastic deformation and mechanical microploughing. Whereas the main wear mechanisms under water lubricating condition are the mechanical microploughing and abrasive wear.  相似文献

This study investigated the fatigue lives and mechanical properties of the carbon black filled natural rubber for the vibration-proof parts of the railway vehicle and automobile. The carbon blacks were one of the sources of crack nucleation and crack propagation in the rubber matrix, like the cementite and the maganese sulfide in iron matrix. Different kinds of carbon blacks resulted in different fatigue lives, critical J-values, and fracture morphologies. It was noticed that the critical J-value remained almost the same regardless of the length of a pre-crack. In addition, different kinds of carbon blacks generated different fracture morphologies, and microscopic and macroscopic roughnesses. The critical J-value has linear relations to the roughness, and it seemed related to the size distribution of carbon black particles. By reviewing all the experimental data, we found the factors that were related to the fatigue lives, and the logarithmic value of the fatigue life could be linearly expressed by the combination of the critical J-value and the macroscopic roughness. We also proposed a new estimative equation of fatigue life.  相似文献

This paper analysed the effect of different white carbon black (fumed silica and precipitated silica) on the mechanics and friction property of silicone rubber. The tensile strength, tearing strength, elongation rate and shore hardness of silicone rubber reinforced with different kinds or dosages of white carbon black were investigated in detail. The wear morphology, worn surface analysis and chemical compositions of the rubber sample after the friction test were analysed by means of scanning electron microscopy, three-dimensional profile metre and energy dispersive spectrometer, respectively. Results showed that the mechanics properties of silicone rubber were obviously enhanced with the increase in white carbon black content. Moreover, after the friction test, the vulcanised rubber reinforced with fumed silica has less wear surface protrusions and grinding than that of precipitated silica. The wear rubber filled with fumed silica surface is quite smooth and shows few furrows and grooves, which well corresponds to good anti-wear ability of the reinforcing fillers. In the course of practical application, it is necessary to take into account of the mechanical properties, wear resistance of rubber and the adding amount of filler to achieve the optimum coordination for the best mechanical and friction properties of silicone rubber.  相似文献
