为满足生产管理与在线监测的需要,设计并实现了一个面向MES的生产线数据采集系统;该系统采用了一种基于PROFIBUS-DP和OPC技术的数据采集方法,实现了现场采集数据的高速及稳定的传输,保证了不同设备之间良好的兼容性;用户可以通过OPC客户端完成对生产线状态的远程监控,当采集到的参数超过设定的阀值时,系统可以自动报警并做出相对应的处理;经过试验表明,该系统各项性能良好,已经实现MES底层硬件和软件的深度融合,在生产线监控方面有着很重要的应用价值。  相似文献

本文设计并实现了一个面向机房的动态虚拟装配系统.该系统将传统的三维虚拟装配分解为二维装配和三维可视化两部分.在二维装配阶段,用户只需简单的交互操作就可完成机房的装配,配置结果记录在系统动态生成的配置文件中;在三维可视化阶段,系统根据配置文件可视化装配结果,实现虚拟装配.这种动态虚拟装配的架构有效提高了装配的效率,使装配更简捷、修改更容易.此外,该系统采用 WebGL 技术实现可视化,使得该系统的操作可全部在浏览器端完成,系统的发布和使用更加便捷.  相似文献

A manufacturing control system configuration is defined by the number of parallel assembly cells slaved to a specific superior microprocessor, their superior microprocessor, and the associated microprocessors performance capacities. The above-mentioned items of configuration were explored in this research to derive their effects on the efficiencies of manufacturing cells. The manufacturing cells are represented in this research by pneumatic motors assembly cells. A knowledge base and inference algorithms were developed and programmed to explore the effects of a large variety of architecture configurations on cells efficiencies. The achieved numerical results lead to the conclusion that exponential correlations characterize the interrelationships between assembly cell unutilization and architecture configurations parameters. Since exponential correlations characterize the interrelationships between assembly cells unutilization and architecture configurations parameters, an optimal architecture configuration is defined by three conditions, which match the beginning of the flattened parts of the exponential curves: (1) If the number of slaved assembly cells is considered, the optimal configuration is achieved when an additional slaved assembly cell results in a most significant reduction in assembly cells efficiency. (2) If the number of superior microprocessors is considered, the optimal configuration is achieved when an additional superior microprocessor does not result in a significant reduction in assembly cells unutilization. (3) If microprocessors capacity performance (bits/sec) is considered, the optimal configuration is achieved when additional capacity performance cannot reduce the assembly cells unutilization. Computer runs were performed to evaluate the optimal configurations. The developed knowledge base and inference algorithms were defined and programmed in generic terms and can be implemented in a large variety of systems. © 1996 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

规范易用的汇编框架与样例是微处理器深层次应用开发的基础,但汇编编程复杂,并且目前针对32位ARM Cortex-M4的汇编程序资料和样例程序非常匮乏,学习难度大,开发工作困难重重。在深入分析ARM Cortex-M4汇编指令系统和寻址方式的基础上,以NXP半导体公司发布的Kinetis K(KK)系列MCU为蓝本,根据软件工程思想和构件设计理论,提出层次架构的工程框架建模思想,并构建基于ARM Cortex-M4内核的构件化汇编框架,据此制作GPlO驱动构件。指示灯闪烁样例工程的设计及测试结果表明了汇编框架规范、实用、易用,能降低嵌入式汇编语言的学习难度。框架能为业界基于ARM Cortex-M4的汇编开发提供参考。  相似文献

针对直升机升力系统手工装配质量不稳定、效率低等问题,提出基于6-PUS并联机构的数字化装配设备方案,进行机构构型分析、运动学建模与分析、误差映射分析等,设计用于直升机升力系统装配的6-PUS并联机构。面向装配精度需求,研究关键零部件的加工、装配精度设计及分析技术。分析结果表明该机构可用于直升机升力系统的数字化装配,代替人工操作,提高装配质量。  相似文献

A measure of product variety induced complexity has been proposed for mixed-model assembly systems with serial, parallel and hybrid configurations. The complexity model was built based on the assumption of identical parallel stations, i.e., same product variants are produced at all parallel stations in the same volume and with the same mix ratio. In this paper, the existing complexity model is extended to general mixed-model assembly systems with non-identical parallel stations in the presence of product variety. Then it is discussed that how to reduce the system complexity using the variant differentiation, based on which a mathematical formulation is developed to minimize the complexity of a mixed-model assembly system. The formulated problem is a non-linear programming problem and then solved by genetic algorithm. Last the developed complexity mitigation model is applied to the configuration selection of assembly systems, i.e., to identify the system configuration with the minimum complexity.  相似文献

This work analyses how ergonomics and assembly system design techniques are intimately related. It also develops a new theoretical framework to assess a concurrent engineering approach to assembly systems design problems, in conjunction with an ergonomics optimization of the workplace. Its purpose is to provide professionals with a new and detailed approach to assembly system design procedures that includes ergonomics issues.The methodological framework offered takes into account technological variables (related to work times and methods), environmental variables (i.e. absenteeism, staff turnover, work force motivation) and ergonomics evaluations (i.e. human diversity) to create a comprehensive analysis.At conclusion of the study, the work reports data and insights from two real industrial cases, where an advanced simulation software is used, to validate the procedure and support methodology applicability.

Relevance to industries

This work provides an extremely valuable methodological framework to companies who recognize the link between assembly and ergonomics. The methodology underlines the necessity to analyze and classify the assembly system layout configuration in relation to both technological and environmental parameters- as reported in the framework.  相似文献

High power and high capacity lithium-ion batteries are being adopted for electrical and hybrid electrical vehicles (EV/HEV) applications. An automotive Li-ion battery pack usually has a hierarchical composition of components assembled in some repetitive patterns. Such a product assembly hierarchy may facilitate automatic configuration of assembly systems including assembly task grouping, sequence planning, and equipment selection. This paper utilizes such a hierarchical composition in generating system configurations with equipment selection for optimal assembly system design. A recursive algorithm is developed to generate feasible assembly sequences and the initial configurations including hybrid configurations. The generated configurations are embedded in an optimal assembly system design problem for simultaneous equipment selection and task assignment by minimizing equipment investment cost. The complexity of the computational algorithm is also discussed.  相似文献

虚拟现实技术对于制造业信息化有着重要意义。为建立开放技术标准之上的可视化装配系统,该文对基于VRML-JAVA的虚拟现实技术在工程设计领域的应用进行了研究,提出一种新型的Web环境下3D交互仿真结构,复杂的运算和仿真在服务器上进行,从而实现服务器端装配模型和客户端显示模型的分离。并在此基础之上提出协同环境开发的系统结构。该模型不仅可用于网络环境下的可视化装配,也适合于其他领域基于Web的科学可视化。  相似文献
