对引进的工程软件进行了完善与改造,使化学驱模型(UTCHEM)突破了25口井的限定,增加了场数据修改插值模块和单井压力、产量、含水报表。给化学驱模型配接前后处理,增加了表格、图形功能;实现了文件的项目管理,增强了模型功能,拓宽了应用范围;实现了任意时刻提交VIP作业和批处理作业;解决了模型和计算机忙闲不均的问题,提高了模型和计算机的使用效率。  相似文献

在生产实战过程中,我们对引进的PE-3284机的系统软件进行了扩充,开发生成了多处理机系统,强化了文件管理功能,对地震资料处理系统GEOMAX-Ⅱ进行了改造,改进了串行信息处理方式,建立了独立的分析环境及应用软件库,实现了控制台的分离,并对系统进行了稳定性改造。使得机器处理功能更强,手段更灵活。效益更高,初步满足了当前江汉油田资料处理的需要.  相似文献

长庆石油勘探局在安塞油田塞平一井分段试油压裂工艺技术研究中,自行设计研制了水平井自定位定向射初装置,进行了裂缝数目和工艺参数优选,并研制了液体胶塞技术,成功地实现了井筒隔离,保证了该井分4段射孔、试油压裂施工的顺利进行,取得了明显的增产效果。此项技术研究和实践的成功,填补了我国水平井分段试油压裂工艺技术的空白,为特低渗透油层水平井的开发提供了宝贵的经验。  相似文献

胜利油田河口采油厂陈家庄薄层稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开发中存在的主要问题有:热采防砂有效期短,层薄、净总比低,热损失严重。针对以上问题,采油厂进行了提高薄层稠油热采效果配套工艺技术研究,取得了显著效果。开展了薄层稠油热采防砂新工艺模式的研究及应用,有效延长了防砂有效期;开展了油溶性降黏剂+CO2+蒸汽的复合吞吐工艺的研究及应用,优化了CO2注入强度以及油溶性降黏剂的注入量和浓度,有效提高了蒸汽在薄层稠油油藏的波及体积,同时也有效补充了地层能量;开展了薄层稠油水平井配套技术的研究,优化了水平井注汽参数,研究应用了均匀注汽管柱,现场应用取得了显著效果。  相似文献

河南油田原油生产过程中产生了大量的含油污泥,针对污泥的特性,通过脱油、脱水、固化及燃烧等进行了大量的试验研究,确定了适合河南油田含油污泥特点的处理工艺,并取得了良好的效果。该工艺做到了含油污泥的无害化、减量化和可利用处理,避免了污泥外排引起的污染,有效地保护了油区环境。  相似文献

将调整好pH值的乳化剂水溶液在乳化设备中加热至试验温度,开动乳化机,加入规定量的热熔沥青,在分散、剪切力的作用下制成表现均匀的乳化液.沥青乳化液的性质,如粒径、粘度、稳定度等,与乳化方法、乳化条件、乳化剂与助剂的种类及用量有关,尤以乳化剂的种类与结构影响最大,因而选择适合的乳化剂甚为重要,考查了AE—1和L—10两种乳化剂的用量对乳化结果的影响,沥青乳化液流动特性试验及其单滴燃烧与冷喷试验结果.  相似文献

Bitumen in the form of concentrated bitumen-in-water emulsion can be transported using a pipeline. Froth, which is a product of water based extraction of bitumen from oil sands, can be emulsified using NaOH. The emulsion can then be inverted by lowering pH to recover the bitumen. NaOH concentration, salt concentration, temperature, and mechanical energy input affect the formation of the emulsion and its viscosity. Optimum conditions for emulsion formation and inversion were specified.  相似文献

Demulsification study was carried out for the oil-in-water emulsion (o/w) existing the column top of delayed coking unit in refinery. The stability of such emulsion was investigated and various kinds of demulsifiers were evaluated. Some new kind of cationic demulsifiers were proved to be more efficient for this o/w emulsion. The tractability of petroleum is intimately related to the type of emulsion that is formed during its production. The characteristics of water/oil and oil/water emulsions depend on some factors such as the density and the composition of the oil. In this work, the properties of oils coming from the Campos Basin, Brazil, were evaluated by means of water-in-oil emulsion physico-chemical, interfacial, and characterization tests. Such properties have been correlated with the tractability of the petroleum in order to establish a behavior prediction method based on the properties of such petroleum. The main tool used in this work was the chemiometry technique. Through this method, it was possible to conclude that density, viscosity, surface tension, and nickel content were the properties that influenced the separation of the oils. Density, pour point, initial temperature of crystal formation (TIAC), characterization factor, and nitrogen content were the properties that influenced the diameter of the emulsion drops.  相似文献

Formation and flow of emulsions in porous media are common in all enhanced oil recovery techniques.In most cases,oil-in-water(O/W) emulsions are formed in porous media due to oil-water interaction.Even now,detailed flow mechanisms of emulsions through porous media are not well understood.In this study,variation of rate of flow of O/W emulsions with pressure drop was studied experimentally,and rheological parameters were calculated.The pressure drop increases with an increase in oil concentration in the O/W emulsion due to high viscosity.The effective viscosity of the emulsion was calculated from the derived model and expressed as a function of shear rate while flowing through porous media.Flow of O/W emulsions of different concentrations was evaluated in sand packs of different sand sizes.Emulsions were characterized by analyzing their stability,rheological properties,and temperature effects on rheological properties.  相似文献

本文对乳液和乳液稳定性特征进行了探讨,综述了乳液的分类和应用,并对乳液及乳化技术在钻井和完井液中的应用进行了总结,将其分为4类:油基钻井液体系、合成基钻井液乳液体系、外加乳液处理剂以及钻井液循环中形成的乳液。研究发现,石蜡纳米乳液对基浆的流变学性能影响不大,具有良好的粘土分散抑制性和较强的页岩分散抑制性,同时还具有突出的润滑性能和良好的油层保护性能。现场应用效果表明,这种乳液体系能够增强钻井液的润滑性能,起下钻正常,技术套管下入顺利,在水平井施工中钻具扭矩小,井壁稳定,动塑比高,无卡钻现象出现。从室内实验和现场应用看出,石蜡纳米乳液是一种性能突出的多功能处理剂,可能成为钻井液处理剂未来发展的一个方向。  相似文献
