设计一种由2个螺旋槽组合构成新型螺旋型槽干气密封结构,该组合螺旋型槽由沿外圈开设的大螺旋槽以及沿大螺旋槽根部开设的小螺旋槽组合而成。运用流体仿真软件Fluent对组合螺旋型槽干气密封的密封性能进行数值模拟,并与螺旋型槽干气密封进行比较。通过正交试验法对组合螺旋型槽干气密封的结构参数进行优化分析,获得了以开启力、泄漏量、扭矩为目标函数的组合螺旋型最优端面结构。结果表明,组合螺旋型槽干气密封在同等结构参数下的密封性能优于螺旋型槽干气密封,且压力、槽台宽比和槽深越大,组合螺旋型槽在减少泄漏量方面的优势更加明显;对于组合螺旋型槽干气密封,泄漏量、开启力、扭矩最优对应的端面结构参数组合不同,在干气密封设计时,应根据设计目标需要,选择合适的端面结构参数组合。 相似文献

对月球次表层钻取采样外螺旋钻杆的输土阻力进行理论分析。基于散体力学中连续介质假设,建立钻杆回转输土阻力矩模型。利用该模型分析钻杆直径、螺旋升角等结构参数与输土阻力矩变化的关系,给出参数选择范围。以钻杆输土所消耗的功率为目标,以钻杆结构参数为变量,对钻杆结构参数进行优化设计,使优化后的钻杆平均输土功率降低了30.5%。对结构优化后的钻杆输土阻力进行测试试验,验证了钻杆输土阻力矩随深度增加而变大的趋势。研究成果能为月球次表层采样钻杆设计提供理论依据。 相似文献

The results are presented of an experimental investigation carried out at Mansoura University Laboratories aimed at studying the effect of change of helix angle and lubricating oil on wear of a relatively new type of gearing of circular-arc tooth-profile. Eighteen pairs of gears of 6 DP, 91.5 mm pitch diameter and different helix angles were run in power circulating gear test rig at different speeds and transmitting different loads, and the gears were lubricated with oils of different viscosities. It was found that wear increases with increasing helix angle and decreases with increase of oil viscosity. Variations of amount of wear with all the test variables are presented. 相似文献

Designing a high-performance solid carbide end mill is difficult due to the complex relationship between end mill geometry and numerous or conflicting design goals. Earlier approaches of computer-aided solid end mill design are limited to only a few design aspects. This article presents a three-dimensional finite element method of milling process for solid carbide end mill design and optimization. The software was secondarily developed based on UG platform, integrating the parametric design with the development of the two-dimension drawing of solid carbide end mill. The three-dimension finite element simulation for milling Ti-6Al-4V alloy was performed and the geometrical parameters were optimized based on the objective of low cutting force and cutting temperature. As a result, a simulation-based design and optimization of geometrical parameters of tool structure and cutting edge is possible. The optimized results, for the geometrical parameters of tool structure and cutting edge when milling titanium alloy using a 20-mm diameter solid carbide end mill, is a 12-mm diameter of inner circle, four flutes, a 45 ° helix angle, and a 9 ° rake angle of the side cutting edge. 相似文献

This paper presents an experimental investigation into the torque-thrust coupling effect in twist drills. A set of cross-coupling
stiffness coefficients (Kft and Ktf) are defined. The influence of helix angle on torsional and the cross-coupling stiffnesses is studied. The coupling interaction
(as measured by Kft and Ktf) is strongly influenced by the helix angle and has a distinct maxima around 28°. Also, the magnitudes of the coefficients
increase parabolically with drill diameter. The pure torsional stiffness also has a maxima around the same helix angle. Under
axial restraint, the torsional stiffness increases by 10 to 25% owing to the coupling effect. The larger the torque-thrust
interaction, the larger is this increase in torsional stiffness. The findings of this investigation is proposed as a probable
basis for the traditional popularity of a 28 to 30° helix angle for drills. 相似文献

为深入了解金属弹簧波导对太赫兹波的传输效果,对不同螺线间距金属弹簧的太赫兹波传输特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,对于线径0.8 mm、外直径12 mm、长14 cm的金属弹簧,在3.5/4.4 mm等较大的螺距下,弹簧波导反而能在较大的带宽下传导太赫兹波,并具有良好的偏振保持能力。3.5/4.4 mm螺距弹簧的太赫兹传输带宽均约为0.9 THz,且在其峰值频率处的传输损耗分别约为0.2 cm-1和0.27 cm-1。此外,金属弹簧能将太赫兹模式束缚在空气芯内传输,而非通过金属螺线导引传输。该研究结果对金属弹簧波导在太赫兹技术中的应用具有一定参考意义。 相似文献
