我国特殊螺纹接头油套管生产使用现状及需要注意的几个问题 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
随着钻井技术的进步,油套管的服役条件更加苛刻,按照API标准生产的油套管螺纹接头已经不能满足某些油气井的使用要求,因此特殊螺纹接头的应用范围不断扩大。我国开发特殊螺纹接头尚处于初级阶段。综述了我国特殊螺纹接头油套管的生产使用现状,指出了我国特殊螺纹接头使用和开发过程中需要解决的问题,并就特殊螺纹接头的开发提出了几点建议。 相似文献

针对页岩气井的井身结构特点及其对特殊螺纹的使用需求,研制开发了一种TP-NF/E特殊间隙接箍接头。介绍了Φ139.7 mm×10.54 mm规格P110 TP-NF/E特殊螺纹接头的开发情况;运用有限元分析和ISO13679∶2002 CAL II实物性能试验,评价了TP-NF/E特殊螺纹接头的抗螺纹黏结性能、密封完整性、结构完整性等。分析认为:该特殊螺纹采用勾型螺纹连接、锥-锥金属密封面、止扭矩台肩的形式设计,具有良好的抗螺纹黏结和密封性能、较大的抗弯曲能力、较高的抗压缩能力,达到了产品设计要求 相似文献

AbstractThe influence of threaded and wear simulated (half thread) tools on the mechanical properties of dissimilar Al alloy friction stir spot welds is investigated. With lower tool rotational speed settings, the failure loads of Al 5754/Al 6111 lap joints made using a threaded tool were clearly higher than that of a half thread tool. However, the failure load of the joints made using a half thread tool increased when the tool rotational speed increased, and finally, as the rotational speed was further increased, the failure load became almost the same as the failure load of joints made using a threaded tool. In Al 5052/Al 6061 butt joints made using the threaded and half thread tools, the area of the stir zone on the bonded cross-section corresponded with the actual bonded region on the fracture surface. Therefore, the thread on the rotating pin has limited influence on the mechanical properties of the friction stir spot lap joints. 相似文献

AbstractThe influence of tool design on the energy output, microstructural features and overlap shear strength properties of friction stir spot welds made of AZ31 base material is examined. The mechanical properties of AZ31 friction stir spot welds made using three-flat/threaded tools are superior to those in joints made using a tool with a threaded pin at all tool rotational speed settings. It is proposed that the failure load properties are optimised when the friction stir spot welding operation is carried out in such a manner that it produces a large bonded width, a small v/t ratio (the height of the hook region above the sheet intersection divided by the thickness of the upper sheet) and a hook region, which is curved outwards from the tool axis. 相似文献

T6-treated 20 wt% B_4 Cp/6061 Al sheets were joined under welding speeds of 400–1200 mm/min by friction stir welding(FSW) with a threaded cermet pin. The macro-defect-free FSW joints could be achieved at high welding speeds up to 1200 mm/min, but larger plunge depth was required at the welding speeds of 800 and 1200 mm/min to eliminate the tunnel defect. In the nugget zone(NZ) of the joints, the B_4 C particles were broken up and uniformly redistributed. The NZ exhibited lower hardness than the base metal(BM), and the hardness value almost did not change with increasing welding speed, attributable to the dissolution of precipitates. Compared with the BM, the joints showed lower tensile strength. As the welding speed increased from 400 to 800 mm/min, the joint efficiencies were nearly the same and up to ~ 73%. When the welding speed increased up to 1200 mm/min, the tensile strength significantly decreased, due to the occurrence of kissing bond defect at the bottom of the NZ. With increasing welding speed, the fracture location of the joints transferred gradually from the heat-affected zone to the NZ due to the kissing bond defects. 相似文献

Two post-weld heat-treatments ( PWHT) , 900℃ oil quenched and low temperature tempered (PWHTA) and high temperature tempered and then 900~C oil quenched and low temperature tempered ( PWHTB ) , are employed to treat the weldment. Then the effect of two post-weld heat-treatment processes on the microstructure, mechanical properties and fiacture toughness of electron beam welded joints of 30CrMnSiNt‘2A steel have been discussed. The results show that, after two kinds of PWHT the microstructure and hardness at every zones of EBW joints are nearly same. Although the welds have good mechanical properties, fiacture toughness of both weld and heat-affected zone (HAZ) is low, the CTOD values of welds are comparatively higher than that of HAZ. Microstructure and fiacture toughness of two EBW joints have no evident differences. 相似文献

对马氏体不锈钢0Cr13Ni5Mo焊接接头经过1000℃油淬后,分别进行了600℃,620℃+600℃,400℃回火。通过显微组织分析、拉伸试验、冲击试验和硬度检测对3种焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,3种焊接接头中焊缝组织粗大,硬度最高;焊接接头的韧性低于相应热处理状态下母材的韧性;随着回火温度的降低,韧性下降,强度提高。二次回火比一次回火组织更加细小,强度和韧性更好;620℃+600℃二次回火后焊接接头具有比较理想的综合力学性能。 相似文献

通过LF6/LD10铝合金搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)的工艺试验研究,分析了工艺参数对其接头性能的影响。结果表明,当搅拌头的旋转速度值较低时,提高焊接速度有利于提高接头的抗拉强度值。当旋转速度值较高时,提高焊接速度对接头性能的影响不大。焊接速度较低时,改变旋转速度对于接头的力学性能影响不大;焊接速度较高时,提高旋转速度将会降低接头的力学性能。其它参数相同的条件下,材料所处的位置对接头拉伸性能的影响不大。其它条件相同,在焊接速度和旋转速度都较低时,使用无螺纹的搅拌头所得到的接头性能要优于带有螺纹的搅拌头施焊所得接头的性能;在焊接速度和旋转速度都较高时,搅拌针上的螺纹对于接头的力学性能的影响不大。 相似文献
