This paper presents an Ethernet based hybrid method for predicting random time-delay in the networked control system.First,db3 wavelet is used to decompose and reconstruct time-delay sequence,and the approximation component and detail components of time-delay sequences are fgured out.Next,one step prediction of time-delay is obtained through echo state network(ESN)model and auto-regressive integrated moving average model(ARIMA)according to the diferent characteristics of approximate component and detail components.Then,the fnal predictive value of time-delay is obtained by summation.Meanwhile,the parameters of echo state network is optimized by genetic algorithm.The simulation results indicate that higher accuracy can be achieved through this prediction method.  相似文献

Abstract: Logistics service providers are professionals who serve clients such as manufacturers, raw material suppliers, distributors, retailers and shippers within the supply chain. Traditionally, the formulation of logistics strategies to execute various logistics services has been based solely on experience. In this paper, an intelligent case-based logistics strategy system (CLSS) is designed to help logistics service providers to develop strategies under various customers' demands. The proposed system, which is suitable for use in warehouse operations in the Hong Kong/Pearl River Delta region, enhances the effectiveness of logistics strategies formulations by integrating case-based reasoning technology seamlessly with various data management software such as a data warehouse, on-line analytical processing and a multidimensional database management system. Through applying CLSS in Eastern Worldwide Company, the resource utilization is maximized while work efficiency is greatly enhanced. Supply chain management (SCM) is a new approach to satisfy customers of products and services via an integrated management for the whole business processes of the manufacturing from the raw material procurement to the product or service delivery to customers. With the rapid development of the information technology and global market environment the company is required to manage whole supply chain network to gain the competitiveness in business. Typically semiconductor industry is the one whose supply chain network is distributed all over the world, and its manufacturing process has the particular characteristics which has to be considered in the modeling of supply chain. In this paper we suggest the push and pull type supply chain models and their mathematical formulation for the semiconductor industry of the global market. Die bank between the front-end and back-end in the semiconductor manufacturing process is assumed to be the decoupling point by which two models are divided. Push supply chain model is based on the high throughput and the balance of the WIP flow, which takes the characteristics of re-entrant mechanism into account. Pull supply chain model is constructed considering order-based manufacturing, distribution and transportation process in order to meet customer's request appropriately. Development issues of the system and its implementation are also discussed.  相似文献

Efficiency of supply chains management mostly depends on the process coordination and information integration between the supply chain companies.The well-known integrated circuit design houses,the wafer fabrication industries, and the integrated circuit packaging/testing business has together formed a contiguous supply chain from materials to system in Taiwan during the past decades.Logistic management of the wafer hence becomes the key linkage in the semiconductor foundry supply chain.The objective of this paper is to develop the wafer warehouse management system for global wafer logistics.Current operations for wafer logistics management are firstly reviewed. The system requirements are analyzed by the model-driven business transformation approach.The business operation model and the platform-independent solution architecture for the wafer logistics management are constructed.A prototype information system is also developed for validation.Results of this research can improve the effectiveness and efficiency in wafer logistics management for the semiconductor foundry supply chain.  相似文献

Information technology has been used increasingly to enhance the global competitiveness in various industries through the widespread application of cost effective electronic commerce. Many Internet-based systems have been designed and developed for supply chain management in many areas, such as publishing, computer, and garment industries. Most of them mainly center on information communication infrastructure, coordination between production and distribution, and purchasing functions with security mechanism. In this paper, we focus on the most common modules in electronic commerce front-end to conjoin various business organizations and to strengthen business competence, namely (1) an efficient web page and catalogue generator; (2) a hybrid search engine specifically for product, merchandise, equipment, and other enabling technologies; and (3) a set of tools to monitor usage patterns to further improve the web page organization. A number of business requirements (e.g. compliance with regulatory and legal provisions, diffusion of global standards, supply chain integration) are forcing consumer goods manufacturers to increase their efforts to provide product data (e.g. product identifiers, dimensions) at business-to-business interfaces timely and accurately. The quality of such data is a critical success factor for efficient and effective cross-company collaboration. If compliance relevant data (e.g. dangerous goods indicators) is missing or false, consumer goods manufacturers risk being fined and see their company’s image damaged. Or if logistics data (e.g. product dimensions, gross weight) is inaccurate or provided not in time, business with key account trading partners is endangered. To be able to manage the risk of business critical data defects, companies must be able to a) identify such data defects, and b) specify and use metrics that allow to monitor the data’s quality. As scientific research on both these issues has come up with only few results so far, this case study explores the process of identifying business critical product data defects at German consumer goods manufacturing company Beiersdorf AG. Despite advanced data quality management structures such defects still occur and can result in complaints, service level impairment and avoidable costs. The case study analyzes product data use and maintenance in Beiersdorf’s ecosystem, identifies typical product data defects, and proposes a set of data quality metrics for monitoring those defects.  相似文献

现代企业的竞争已经转变为供应链之间的竞争,供应链管理是经济全球化发展的产物。在供应链系统的数据库或数据仓库之中存储了大量的数据,如果在供应链数据仓库的基础之上开发OLAP数据挖掘系统,可以使供应链数据仓库更好地适应物流企业决策的需求。文中介绍了基于供应链数据仓库的OLAP数据挖掘应用技术,最后给出了应用实例,并讨论供应链数据仓库的OLPA数据挖掘系统的工作模式及其今后的研究方向。  相似文献

One of the most critical issues facing supply chain managers in today’s globalized and highly-uncertain business environment is how to proactively deal with risks that might cause serious severances and distortions of material flows in a supply chain. This paper proposes a simulation-based evolutionary algorithm approach for deriving the operational planning of global supply chains from the systematic risk management, which proactively deals with the negative consequences of random and hazardous risk events in sourcing, production, distribution, and transportation in an integrated way. The proposed approach incorporates the production lot size of the plant, order quantity and reorder point of DC, and five response coefficients as decision variables to potential risks. The proposed approach is successfully applied to an industrial example of a consumer electronics manufacturing company. The results of the computational study show that the systematic risk management of global supply chains using the proposed approach increases the profit by 20% and 16.1% in the industrial example in comparison with passive and active risk management, respectively. In addition, a mixed strategy for the inventory management of distribution centers is suggested to improve the profits of global supply chains subject to substantial risks.  相似文献

Electronic commerce has the potential to significantly impact on supply chain management in today's highly dynamic business environment. Enterprises are eager to tap into new opportunities such as the proliferation of alternatives in the electronic marketplace, real-time access to supply information including both product price and leadtime at virtually no cost, and an efficient inter-organizational electronic collaboration infrastructure. In our work, we model different business entities as software agents interconnected via the Internet. Our main research focus is how to coordinate supply chain management agents dynamically and flexibly such that goods and services can be delivered at the right time in a cost-effective manner.  相似文献

提出一个利用领域本体解决数据仓库元数据管理中的语义异构问题的方法,即在局部元数据与领域本体之间建立映射,利用领域本体对局部元数据进行语义集成。最后,在医疗领域数据仓库项目建设中,进行了实验数据分析。结果表明,领域本体方法可以有效地集成数据仓库应用中不同业务部门的异构数据。  相似文献
