企业成本的竞争已从单纯核算经营成本转向核算价值链的成本,即从项目调研、产品设计、材料供应、生产制造、产品销售、运输到售后服务都作为价值链上成本控制的重点,进行作业成本分析。就车身工艺设计而言,承担车身从图纸到实物的转变工作,产品生命周期成本研究表明,产品成本的80%在设计阶段已经确定,生产阶段的成本只占产品成本的20%。轿车四大工艺之一的车身焊接工艺,其设计水平对产品质量和成本有较大影响。从车身焊接工艺优化设计角度探求同等工艺技术与产品品质条件下的低成本工艺设计,提出焊接工艺生产准备阶段工艺设计中值得注意的问题和基本设计原则。 相似文献

针对汽车车身焊装自动化生产线各类夹具快速设计的需要,提出了一种基于基元模型的车身焊接夹具分层实例推理设计方法. 在对各类焊接夹具设计特征分析的基础上,给出了由形状特征、位置特征和装配特征等3个子特征所描述的焊装特征模型. 建立了一种基于基元模型的焊接夹具设计知识的表达与存储方法,形成了基于知识重用的焊装工位信息模型. 从焊装特征的角度,分3个阶段对焊装工位信息的相似度进行计算,通过映射获取最相似的夹具实例. 以某车型内蒙皮加强板分总成工位为研究对象进行了应用,验证了文中所提方法的高效性. 相似文献

This paper presents generalized CAPP (G-CAPP) method which deals with macro process planning for multiobjective in the planning stage of production line of accuracy welding (PLAW) based on the features of accuracy welding production ( AWP ). G-CAPP offers foundations for prototype design and general equipment sorting, production capacity predication and production analysis by means of simulation and optimization. A synthetic hierarchy evaluation (SHE) model for G-CAPP established according to the planning objective is utilized to estimate the alternate processing plans by using membership function and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) of operational theory. The assembly welding line of hydraulic torque converter (HTC) is as an example of typical A WP to explicate G-CAPP and synthetic evaluating strategy of PLAW. For car and aircraft industries, the management of geometrical variations has become an important issue in product design process and concurrent engineering. Indeed, designers need to manage dimensional and geometrical tolerances and to know information that contributed to their determination. The goal here is to put tolerancing in a concurrent engineering context. There are important questions that would need to be looked upon: How to integrate the tolerance synthesis in the design process? How to ensure the transition from function to geometrical specifications on parts? How to keep traceability of tolerances during the design process? Few answers exist today in academic works and there are few supports in CAD systems. Therefore, to build a coherent data model taken into account tolerances, we describe in this paper a multi-level approach that enables a tolerancing process integrated with conceptual design. The first level integrates information relating to functional aspects of an assembly. The second describes the structure of the assembly, and concerns the integration of functional needs and technological solutions. The last level translates functional requirements into geometrical requirements between/or on parts of the products, and provides the geometrical specifications on each part satisfying the geometrical requirements. This multi-level architecture is represented as an object oriented data model based on UML (Unified Modelling Language) that enable data management for functional tolerancing in design and keeping traces when querying about data. 相似文献

针对目前变型设计主模型构建过程中手工梳理设计参数时存在的效率低下、易产生人为误差等问题,提出了结合复杂网络理论的焊接夹具变型主模型构建方法。通过构建尺寸约束网络,实现夹具内不同元件、结构间的尺寸关联;以尺寸约束网络中节点、度的特性为依据,自动计算并发布夹具结构的驱动尺寸参数;同时开发了与计算机辅助设计软件集成的变型设计主模型构建系统,提高了变型设计主模型构建效率和质量。以飞机环控散热器总装焊接夹具主模型构建为例,验证了文中所提方法的可行性。 相似文献
