基于CATIA自定义特征,开发了汽车钣金产品可成形性分析与毛坯展开系统BEW(Blank EstimationWizard),该系统将CAE模型作为CATIA的特征集成于CAD平台上,重点解决BEW系统中CAD设计与CAE分析模型同步更新技术,主要包括产品曲面,以及材料参数、工艺参数、网格剖分、中性层偏置等。开发了汽车覆盖件产品设计同步仿真系统,以避免在平台转化过程中模型数据丢失与精度损失,减少产品设计初期CAE反复建模的时间,提高了设计人员的工作效率。 相似文献

针对多拐曲轴材料利用率低的问题,采用数值模拟技术与生产试制结合的方法,对多拐曲轴毛坯精化问题进行了研究,提出了采用带阻力墙的飞边槽结构和凸形连皮形式实现曲轴毛坯精化的措施.以连皮的形状和厚度参数为指标,分析了不同结构形式的连皮对曲轴模锻成形的影响;以毛坯精化为设计指标,分析了阻力墙对不同下料尺寸毛坯的影响.研究结果表明,采用阻力墙和合理的连皮结构可以实现曲轴精密模锻毛坯的精化,此时阻力墙的斜度为10°、间隙为1~2.5min、距模具型腔的位置为10mm,连皮结构为凸连皮、厚度为18mm.生产实践表明,多拐曲轴精化毛坯后材料利用率达到了88.3%.此研究成果可推广到其他曲轴毛坯精化技术中. 相似文献

Traditionally a rotary forging process is a kind of metal forming method where a conic upper die, whose axis is deviated an angle from the axis of machine, forges a billet continuously and partially to finish the whole deformation. For the rotary forging process simulation, more researches were focused on simulating the simple stage forming process with axisymmetric part geometry. Whereas in this paper, the upper die is not cone-shaped, and the billet is non-axisymmetric. So the movement of the punch is much more complicated than ever. The 3D FEM simulation models for the preforming & final forming processes are set up aider carefully studying the complicated movement pattern. Deform-3D is used to simulate the material flow, and the boundary nodal resisting forces calculated by the final stage process simulation is used to analyze the final forming die strength. The CAE analysis of the die shows that the design of the final forming die is not reasonable with lower pre-stress which is easy to crack at the critical corners. An optimum die design is also provided with higher pre-stress, and verified by CAE analysis. 相似文献

In this paper, a CAD/CAM/CAE integration system for a sculptured surface die for hollow cold extrusion has been developed by using C language for Windows. A sculptured surface model with variable control points is incorporated with a general three-dimensional velocity field to analyze the extrusion process. The profiles of the product and the billet are generated in the CAD module. The fitting points are generated to interpolate the profiles of the product and the billet. The initial guess of control points are created by using the offset of corresponding fitting points in the axial direction. The control points are varied automatically to obtain the optimum die surface by using the upper-bound method and optimization procedure. The CAM module generates the cutter locations by using the optimized die surface model. The gouging areas of the tool path are detected and removed. The calculated cutter locations are verified through the tool path simulation. The NC codes are generated automatically by using the gouging-free cutter locations and then sent directly to a three-axis CNC machine centre to manufacture the EDM electrodes. The extrusion die cavity is made by using an EDM process. Extrusion experiments have verified the proposed CAD/CAM/CAE integration system is successful. 相似文献

针对机动车尾气后处理系统铝泵体精锻过程中出现的锻件凸台充填不完整、模具易开裂和飞边废料多等问题,建立了以锻件凸台端面充填率、终锻力比率和材料利用率为优化目标,以模具预热温度、坯料长度、坯料加热温度和飞边桥部高度为设计变量的二次多项式响应面模型。然后结合响应面法与差分进化算法对锻造参数进行优化,得到的最优锻造参数为:模具预热温度为350℃,坯料长度为83. 27 mm,坯料加热温度为490℃和飞边桥部高度为1. 15 mm。最后,采用最优锻造参数进行实际生产,生产出的锻件充填完整,提高了模具寿命和材料利用率。 相似文献
