应用模糊辨识方法对 (% ) :0 0 1~ 0 0 5C ,0~ 0 89Si,0~ 1 2 5Mn ,10 2~ 16 0Cr,0~ 9 0Ni,0~1 8Cu ,0~ 0 8Al,0~ 0 9Ti马氏体时效不锈钢的力学性能进行预测。该方法是基于T S模糊模型 ,采用三角形隶属函数计算给定样本的隶属度 ,利用稳态卡尔曼滤波器辨识模糊模型的结论参数。根据收集整理国内外文献的实验数据 ,使用模糊模型建立化学成分和热处理主要工艺参数与产品力学性能之间的关系。离线仿真表明 ,产品力学性能的预测值与实际值拟合良好 ,抗拉强度 (10 0 0~ 2 0 0 0MPa)相对误差 91%在± 2 %以内 ,断面收缩率 (4 5 %~ 77% )的相对误差 85 %在± 2 %以内 ,延伸率 (6 %~ 2 2 % )的相对误差 84 %在± 4 %以内。 相似文献

以现场收集的四钢轧SS400热轧板的原始化学成分、终轧厚度、实测的力学性能数据为基础,通过回归模型和人工神经网络BP算法建模,确定其相互关系,并最终通过其化学成分和终轧厚度来预测产品力学性能。现场使用证明,在现有的条件下,回归模型比人工神经网络更适用。经测试,其抗拉强度预报值与实测值的相对误差有80%7g超过5%,屈服强度预报值与实测值的相对误差有76%不超过10%,延伸率预报值与实测值的相对误差有77%不超过10%。 相似文献

研究了Keras深度学习框架下的BP神经网络在热轧带钢力学性能预测中的应用。首先采用主成分分析PCA对原始数据进行降维,再利用Keras深度学习框架下优化函数及参数对BP神经网络进行优化,最终建立原始化学成分和热轧生产工艺参数与带钢力学性能之间的关系。验证结果表明,模型取得了较高的预测精度,对于抗拉强度,预测值与实际值的相对误差绝对值在10%以内的样本占比93. 4%;对于屈服强度,预测值与实际值的相对误差绝对值在10%以内的样本占比92. 1%;对于伸长率,预测值与实际值的相对误差绝对值在10%以内的样本占比90. 5%。因此,通过验证,预测结果对热轧现场具有较好的指导意义。 相似文献
