An important characteristic of virtual assembly is interaction.Traditional direct manipulation in virtual assembly relies on dynamic collision detection,which is very time-consuming and even impossible in desktop virtual assembly environment.Feature-matching is a critical process in harmonious virtual assembly,and is the premise of assembly constraint sensing.This paper puts forward an active object-based feature-matching perception mechanism and a feature-matching interactive computing process,both of which make the direct manipulation in virtual assembly break away from collision detection.They also help to enhance virtual environment understandability of user intention and promote interaction performance.Experimentl results show that this perception mechanism can ensure that users achieve real-time direct manipulation in desktop virtual environment.  相似文献

Recently,virtual environment (VE) based design and planning,which is a kind of interaction intensive computing,has shown great potential.Most users of such systems are specialists or technicians and their 3D interactions with the system embed a great deal of knowledge and skills.Thus,how to integrate human knowledge and skills into VE is a great challenge to researchers in the human computer interaction field.This paper proposes a method for acquiring user knowledge from VE.The main ideas and work include,abstracting the interactive process and formalizing the interactive semantics,as well as providing a semantic model of an interactive information repository,from which user interactive processes can be retrieved and all kinds of application logics can be established.A virtual assembly planning system is introduced as an example of a practical application of this method.Experiments show that the related models can well capture user knowledge and retrieve the interaction process.  相似文献

The development of new products of high quality, low unit cost, and short lead time to market are the key elements required for any enterprise to obtain a competitive advantage. This part of the paper presents a methodology to automatically simulate the conceptual design results in the virtual entity form. To the identified basic mechanisms, their kinematic analysis is carried out by matching basic Barranov trusses, and their virtual entities are modeled based on feature-based technique and encapsulated as one design object. Based on the structures of the basic mechanisms and their connections, a space layout to the mechanical system corresponding to the symbolic scheme is then fulfilled. With the preset-assembly approach, all parts in the mechanical system are put onto proper positions where the constraint equations are met according to the space layout results. In this way, the virtual entity assembly model of the mechanical system relative to the symbolic scheme is set up. The approach presented in this paper can not only obtain innovative conceptual conceptual design results, but also can evaluate their performances under 3-D enviroment efficently.  相似文献

CAD model with nominal dimension is implemented in interference checking of assembly simulation of aircraft complex parts at present,which causes inadequate availability.In order to address this challenging issue,interference checking method with tolerance based on assembly dimension chain was proposed.Worst case and maximum error probability of tolerance of composing loop were used,and CAD models were respectively re-constructed and inserted into simulation system.Before dynamic interference checking,engineering semantic interference condition was set to assembly requirements.Finally,the interface checking result was a basis for reasonability of assembly process and tolerance.A prototype system was developed based on the above research.  相似文献

This paper proposes a virtual brush model based on droplet operation to simulate Chinese calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting in real time. Two ways of applying droplet model to virtual calligraphy and painting are discussed in detail The second droplet model is more elaborated and can produce more vivid results while being slightly more time-consuming. The novel feature of the proposed droplet virtual brush model successfully enables the simulation painting system to overcome the poor expressional ability of virtual brush based on particle system and avoids the complex evaluation of physical brush with solid model. The model, derived from the actual calligraphy and painting experience, due to the simplicity of the droplet operation and its powerful expressive ability, considerably improves the performance of the simulation system and maintains painting effect comparable with real brush by supporting special Chinese brush effect such as dry brush, feng and stroke diffusion.  相似文献

The most important goal of virtual reality is to create a virtual world computers where users are allowed to view the environment and control the virtual objects interactively.Traditionally,virtual reality systems use 3D computer graphics to model and render a virtual environment in real time.However,this approach usually requires laborious modeling and expensive special-purpose rendering hardware.Image-based rendering is a new approach in composing a virtual environment in which a set of panoramic images is used to compose the virtual environment and walking in the space is accomplished by “hopping”to different panoramic points.This paper introduces an experimental image-based VR system.The techniques utilized in the system,in particular the authoring and interactive control tools of the system,are described in detail.  相似文献

In this paper, a method of fault estimation and fault tolerant control for networked control system (NCS) with transfer delay and process noise is presented. First, the networked control system is modeled as a multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) discrete-time system with transfer delays, process noise, and model uncertainties. Under this model and under some conditions, a fault estimation method is proposed to estimate the system faults. On the basis of the information on fault estimation and the sliding mode control theory, a fault tolerant controller is designed to recover the system performance. 虚拟装配是虚拟现实技术在产品设计领域的一个重要应用 .为了从运动学与动力学的角度来考察虚拟装配过程中零件的运动 ,以便更真实地反映虚拟环境中零件装配运动的本质规律 ,提出了一种虚拟装配环境中用于将装配几何约束自动映射为运动副约束的基于运动自由度分析的物理约束生成方法 ,同时 ,提出了基于变刚度弹簧模型的装配力交互输入方法 ,并实现了位移输入与装配力输入的映射 .另外 ,还给出了基于物理模型的虚拟装配的基本过程 .该方法在虚拟设计与装配原型系统的研究与开发中已得到实现 .  相似文献

虚拟装配工艺规划中目前大都采用装配顺序描述装配过程,但尚无法表达装配工序交叉和设计中的安装布置'捌整等问题.考虑设计阶段和制造阶段的装配要求,建立了基于装配任务的装配工艺信息模型.该模型以多层次的装配进程表达产品装配工艺过程,通过任务对象的交叉安装表达工序交叉和安装布置凋整,并给出了装配调整策略;针对冗余装配任务提出了装配任务合并方法.最后通过实例验证了文中模型的正确性和有效性.  相似文献

将循环迭代法应用于飞机虚拟拆装,研究飞机的拆装过程,提出一种基于循环迭代的虚拟拆装过程建模方法。结合飞机拆装过程动态循环的特性和虚拟人拆装行为并行相似的特点,建立虚拟人拆装行为参数化模型,规范虚拟人拆装行为的统一表达;在此基础上,分析虚拟人与部件的交互关系,构造虚拟人拆装行为、拆装次序、部件状态之间的迭代函数,建立虚拟拆装过程模型,实现虚拟人拆装行为的参数化描述和部件拆装过程的表达。以分布式虚拟维修训练平台中的集中故障显示接口组件拆装为例,对该方法进行仿真验证和比对,结果表明,以虚拟人拆装行为变化表示的部件状态变化使部件的拆装更易于表达,拆装训练效率有所提高。  相似文献

将虚拟装配技术引入化工流程中,对可视化设计化工流程、培训工人操作技能以及化工厂的数字化建设具有很大的应用价值。通过分析精馏系统,搭建了可视化装配平台。根据装配约束条件建立了可装配设备模型。提出了"1+1"和"1+n"普遍化的装配方法,实现了装配复杂精馏系统。通过输出装配信息,获取精馏系统装配过程中的装配方式和装配序列,验证装配操作的正确性。装配测试表明装配方法正确可行,其真实性、准确性和有效性满足了精馏系统虚拟装配的要求,实现了自由选择设备装配所需的精馏系统。系统可扩展性强,通过添加其它单元设备,可以实现所有化工流程的虚拟装配。  相似文献

Virtual assembly has been widely used in product development. However, virtual operation and actual operation are different in time and space, the simulation of interactive virtual assembly cannot support the assembly operation's process planning directly. In this paper, the solution for assembly operation's process planning is developed based on interactive virtual assembly. According to the solution, interactive assembly operation is used to obtain the actions of operation sequence. The actions are mapped into the data of a real operation action to obtain real operation actions. Then assembly operation cards can be obtained. To support the assembly operation actions obtained through virtual assembly simulation, a product assembly model is proposed. An operation semantic model is used to replace the geometric constraint model of assembly, which contains several ordered geometric constraints and some engineering restriction conditions. To test the solution and the models, one process planning example of an automobile engine is introduced. The results verified the feasibility and the effectiveness of the methods.  相似文献

随着虚拟现实技术的逐渐成熟,研究者们已将其引入到工程领域,为实现虚拟设计与虚拟装配过程的集成,避免现有的虚拟装配系统中,虚拟环境与CAD系统间所必需进行的复杂的、无谓的数据传输,描述了一个基于多通道的、集成的虚拟设计与虚拟装配系统VDVAS。在该系统中,设计得可以通过直接三维操作和语音命令直观方便地建立机械零件及其装配模型,并通过交互拆装来得到零件的装配顺序和装配路径等信息,VDVAS的一个重要特征在于,可通过集成虚拟设计与虚拟装配过程,使设计者能在一个集成的虚拟环境中修改零件几何(假如在装配过程中发现零件存在设计缺陷的话)。  相似文献

The assembly in Virtual Reality (VR) enables users to fit virtual parts into existing 3D models immersively. However, users cannot physically feel the haptic feedback when connecting the parts with the virtual model. This work presents a robot-enabled tangible interface that dynamically moves a physical structure with a robotic arm to provide physical feedback for holding a handheld proxy in VR. This enables the system to provide force feedback during virtual assembly. The cooperation between the physical support and the handheld proxy produces realistic physical force feedback, providing a tangible experience for various virtual parts in virtual assembly scenarios. We developed a prototype system that allowed the operator to place a virtual part onto other models in VR by placing the proxy onto the matched structure attached to a robotic arm. We conducted a user evaluation to explore user performance and system usability in a virtual assembly task. The results indicated that the robot-enabled tangible support increased the task completion time but significantly improved the system usability and sense of presence with a more realistic haptic experience.  相似文献
