注水是目前油田的主要开发方式,能有效保持地层压力、驱替原油,提高采收率。通常利用采出的地层污水进行除油、除污处理后再回注入地层。针对于低渗储层若回注污水水质较差,将导致储层受到损害的问题,对回注污水水质要求较高,因此有必要开展回注污水处理工艺技术的相关研究。分析了无机陶瓷膜处理回注污水的可行性,进行了室内实验,优选了陶瓷膜最佳孔径,并优化了陶瓷膜过滤处理的工艺参数,并探讨了陶瓷膜再生的技术方法。对陶瓷膜除油过滤技术的实践应用,应用效果表明,处理后水质基本满足了低渗油田I级回注水水质要求。  相似文献

The compression properties of IGCC (integrated coal gasification combined cycle) fly ash cake on a ceramic filter were carefully investigated under well-controlled conditions. Overall cake porosity and pressure drop of dust cake of three different particles of geometric mean diameters of 3.7, 6.2, and 12.1 Μm, and dynamic shape factors of 1.37, 1.57 and 1.65, respectively, were investigated, at face velocities of 0.02-0.06 m/s. Overall cake porosity was strongly dependent on face velocity, mass load, and particle size. The expressions for overall cake porosity, considering the compression effect, and pressure drop across the dust cake were developed with good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

采用热线风速仪测量陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹喷嘴出口的流场得到了喷吹气体流量,分析了喷吹压力和脉冲宽度对喷吹气体流量的影响。实验结果表明,喷吹气体流量随喷吹压力的增加而显著增加,而脉冲宽度的增加对喷吹气体流量的影响较小,只是增加了气体喷吹持续时间。同时证明由热线风速仪测得的一次脉冲反吹的压缩气体耗量与将储气罐排气过程简化为绝热排气过程所计算出的结果非常吻合,推荐采用绝热排气过程估算压缩气体耗量。  相似文献

利用压电式压力传感器测定了滤管外的压力波形,分析了喷吹压力、脉冲宽度等因素对滤管外压力的影响。实验结果表明,在脉冲反吹时滤管外附近区域的压力波衰减轻快,而离滤管壁一定距离后压力波则在过滤器内均匀传播。同时证明在脉冲及吹过程中,集气室对相邻滤管间相互影响具有重要作用。  相似文献

Tape casting is a well-established technique to fabricate ceramic tapes. This technique has been usually applied to produce dense substrates for electronic applications, but recently there are increasing efforts regarding the production of porous cast tapes. The aim of this paper is to present the latest strategies and achievements to manufacture porous ceramic materials by tape casting. The pores morphology can be manipulated by adjusting particle size, sacrificial pore formers, sintering conditions, and combined techniques (phase inversion and freeze casting). Moreover, tape casting enables adjusting the thickness of the product, which is a key property in separation applications using membranes and/or support materials with tailorable structure.  相似文献

By using mixtures of Mo, Al and B powders with a molar ratio of 1/n/1 (n, 1.4–1.9 in 0.1 increments), porous MoAlB ceramic was successfully synthesized thorough activation reaction technology. The effects of aluminum content on phase transformation, volume expansion, microstructure and pore structure parameters (including pore size, porosity and permeability) were investigated systematically. With an increasement of Al content from 1.4 to 1.9, the open porosity reveals a trend of slowly increasing first and then the increment of growth rate. Meanwhile, the volume expansion, pore size and permeability show a similar trend with the open porosity. The reasons for these pore structure parameters alteration evolution are thoroughly explored. In the present study, alumina (Al2O3) and zirconia-toughened alumina (ZTA) porous structures (foams) were manufactured using the space holder technique. Al2O3 and ZTA foams with varying porosities from 20% to 69% were fabricated by adding different sizes (10, 20, and 40 μm) and different volume % of polystyrene beads (space holders) to Al2O3 and ZTA powders. All the fabricated foams were investigated under static conditions to assess the compressive behavior. It is observed that the compressive strength of these foams strongly depends on porosity, pore size, pore size distribution and pore wall thickness. Among all fabricated foams, Al2O3 foams with 20 vol% beads of 10 μm size showed a higher compressive strength of 700 MPa with low porosity (21%) and a higher pore wall thickness (2.8 μm). It is also observed that the pore wall thickness decreased with the increase in beads size and the volume % of the beads, resulting in a low compressive strength value of 8 MPa with a lower pore wall thickness of 1.75 μm at 80 vol% of 40 μm beads. All the foams, irrespective of pore size, showed a typical ceramic failure phenomenon up to 70 vol% of beads; after that, the failure behavior changed to complete open-cell fracture.  相似文献

Quartz and clay are substituted gradually by fly ash using a triaxial ceramic formulation under simulated industrial conditions and the effects of fly ash substitution on the macroscopic properties and microstructures of the sintered ceramics are evaluated systematically. With the substitution of 35 wt% (1250 °C), the ceramic sample exhibited optimal properties, including linear shrinkage of 15.61%, bulk density of 2.39 g cm-3, water absorption of 0.62% and flexural strength of 41.70 MPa, due to the accelerated densification and fly ash-spurred needle-shaped mullite. The microstructure analysis shows that the sintered matrix consists of three types of particles, quartz-, clay- and feldspar-like particles showing sintering behavior with respect to filling the glassy matrix with preserved morphology, precipitating mullite crystals, and fusing with the surrounding glassy matrix, respectively. The strength of the fly ash - containing ceramics is analyzed by the dispersion-strengthening mechanism and porosity and the results indicate that the fly ash particles affect the mechanical strength due to Griffith flaws when the total porosity is less than 25% and pores at higher total porosity. This study provides a viable strategy to recycle industrial fly ash in the production of architectural ceramics.  相似文献

The catalytic filter, V2O5-WO3-TiO2 supported on a ceramic filter, is known as a promising material for treating particulates and NO x simultaneously at optimum temperatures around 320°C. In order to improve its catalytic activity at low temperatures, the effect of Pt addition on the catalytic filter has been investigated. Catalytic filters, Pt-V2O5-WO3-TiO2/SiC, were prepared by co-impregnation of Pt, V, and W precursors on TiO2 coated-SiC filter by vacuum aided-dip coating. The Pt-added catalytic filter shifted the optimum working temperature from 280–330°C (for the non Pt-impregnated filter) to 180–230°C, providing N x slip concentration less than 20 ppm for the treatment of 700 ppm NO at a face velocity of 2 cm/s with the same value over the non Pt-added catalytic filters. The promotional effect following the addition of Pt is believed to result from electrical modification of the catalyst maintaining a high electron transfer state. Ammonia oxidation was also observed to be dominant above the optimal temperature for SCR.  相似文献

Two different ceramic laminates composed of porous alumina and alumina/zirconia layers were designed and produced in the present work. The two symmetrical architectures were selected whose fundamental difference is the presence on the surface of a porous layer in the first and a compact alumina/zirconia composite layer in the second. The residual stress profile and corresponding fracture toughness were tailored to promote the stable growth of surface defects prior to final failure to increase the mechanical reliability of the material. The laminates were realized by stacking together different green laminae (containing specific pore former content) in a specific order, thermo-compression and co-sintering. The results point out an important reduction of the strength scatter and a clear insensitivity to surface damage. It is also shown that the mechanical performances are strictly related to the specific architecture of the laminate, this allowing to tailor a priori the mechanical performances of the composite.  相似文献
